interview and have successfully completed a professional interview and investigations seminar. Minimum experience of 100
professionally conducted employee
interviews is required.

Job Description This position will be responsible for supporting and developing safety and health programs, systems and policies that will ensure uniform and consistent implementation of all applicable Federal/State/Local health and safety regulations. Safety Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Safety & Asset Protection programs directly for assigned Regional Distribution Center, and other Flatbed and Specialty locations in a mentor position as requested.
• Manages and coordinates safety activities, through subordinate supervisory personnel, to ensure implementation of safety activities throughout the organization (Supply Chain).

Safety Responsibilities:
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks related to safety in Cyber Manager.
• Execute the role of STOP administrator for assigned facility.
• In conjunction with RDC Operations Management, Co-Chair the facility Safety Committee for each shift on a monthly basis. Develop action plans to reduce and minimize losses due to safety related issues, document and post meeting minutes in Cyber Manager .
• Manage, review and ensure compliance to all applicable state and federal agency regulations including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and CBP (CTPAT).

• Effectively communication of company-wide safety awareness programs.

•Administer loss control procedures in the event of a natural disaster, fire or civil unrest.

The Director, Regional LP direct, support and counsel with the Regional Vice President of Store Operations, Market Directors and Store Management Teams in the development, administration and maintenance of Loss Prevention Programs. Responsible to work with Store Management Teams to set and achieve challenging inventory shrinkage, claims and severity goals in order to enhance the profitability of Lowe’s. Maintain constant communication and presences within the stores in order to ensure the Company’s investment in Loss Prevention returns exceptional dividends. Identify causes of internal or external theft, including company-wide or district-level trends and issues, and follow through with appropriate investigation techniques (including all reports and all LP/Safety technology), post-investigative analysis, and by providing appropriate direction to District and store LP/Safety staff.
Regularly meet and partner with store management, LP/Safety, and district-level team to identify, investigate and address store and district trends and correct any process breakdowns through education and training. 30-60-90 day shrink trend evaluation and action plans implementation for high risk/high trending stores.
Managing regional concerns regarding IRP/cycle accuracy and capture. Management of all SGA related accounts: Loss Prevention Payroll, Safety and Security, Chargeable Causality, Cash short and over, Credit Card chargeback's, Shrink, and Damages.
GA account management: Mileage, business meals, training, ALPM salaries, supplies. Review and approve direct reports business expenses. Capital Expense review and submission for EAS, CCTV, Alarm, and other system related monitoring equipment.

Area Loss Prevention Mgr -NY-Middletown

The Area Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for maximizing NBT profit in assigned stores by reducing inventory shrink, the combined accident frequency rate, and cash over/short losses to the
budgeted goal. The ALPM is also
responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the Loss Prevention Specialist
and Loss Prevention Manager positions in assigned stores and will direct, support, train, and counsel store management in all
Loss Prevention and Safety programs.

This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of all Loss Prevention and Safety programs in all new stores within the assigned area. Will ensure that target stores are focused on their inventory and safety goals and that stores are using all
tools available to achieve their goals. Most important, maintain a constant presence and communication with target stores, ensure positive action is taken to achieve goals.

Will assist Regional Loss Prevention Director with investigations as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a minimum of five years Loss Prevention experience. Candidates must have good communication, leadership, organization,training and people skills. Candidates must
also poses a demonstrative ability in the area of employee theft, investigation and
interview and have successfully completed a professional interview and investigations seminar. Minimum experience of 100
professionally conducted employee
interviews is required.

Basic working knowledge of retail policies and procedures and multi-store experience are also required. Overnight and extended travel required; must be willing to travel by car and plane.
