They have a deep knowledge of logistics processes, systems and techniques for inventory deployment. They are regarded as subject matter expert regarding specific logistics/vendor constraints and unique requirements associated with their assigned product category. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      1. Use analytical tools and processes to create store specific inventory deployment plans for promotions, seasonal flow, and resets. These plans must be carefully crafted to meet strategic parameters and in-stock objectives for assigned product category. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      2. Deploy project management skills to ensure timely completion of key supply chain tasks associated with promotions, seasonal flow, resets, new item adds, drops, etc. Includes CAP tool submission and monitoring. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      3. Coordinate with Network Flow and Vendors to ensure that inventory plans are within supply chain constraints and adjust as required 
      &lt;br&gt;
      4. Lead the investigation and root cause of inventory shortage issues, develop corrective action plans and communicate to appropriate stakeholders 
      &lt;br&gt;
      5. Monitor inventory positioning to meet category objectives. Where necessary, initiate and manage DC crossbill and global store to DC returns. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      6. Develop and implement DC Capacity Resolution Plans as needed. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      7. Create and manage vendor order forecasts. Where appropriate, conduct collaboration meetings with key vendors to ensure alignment 
      &lt;br&gt;
      8. Manage vendor capabilities and compliance program. Partner with key vendors to promote supply chain efficiency and reliability 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      Required Qualifications: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Operations / Logistics 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Bachelors degree or 10 years of Supply Chain experience at Lowe&amp;#x2019;s or a related organization 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Excellent skills in effective written and verbal communication, project management, influencing others, and data analysis. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Demonstrated skill in using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, etc. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      Preferred Qualifications: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Demonstrated proficiency in working effectively in a matrix organization at Lowe&amp;#x2019;s supporting a merchandising product category 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Previous experience with analytical tools at Lowe&amp;#x2019;s, including JDA/Manugistics, Microstrategies, Teredata, DART, etc 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022; Masters Degree program in business, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or other discipline focused on supply chain.

      Job Requirements

      Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and measures. Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions. Ability to operate store equipment in assigned area (including but not limited to LRT, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, key cutting, panel saw, paint mixing computer, blind cutting, forklifts, pallet jacks, electric lifts, etc). Satisfactorily complete all Lowe's training requirements (including annual Hazardous Material, Forklift certification/departmental training, etc). Ability to interpret RDC label, price tag, and UPC information. Ability to process merchandise information through store computer system, POS register system and complete all required paperwork according to policy. Ability to follow instructions. Anticipates, recognizes and responds to change by innovative problem solving. Develop and plan activities to ensure proper completion in a timely manner. Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise.
