      &amp;#x2022; Develop change communication strategies that leverage multiple communication vehicles, are level appropriate, and are carefully timed in order to have optimal impact and absorption of the intended audience.

      &amp;#x2022; Draft and/or review drafts of important communications regarding change initiatives to ensure alignment with broader strategy and message relevance.
