                                              &lt;span class="pc-rtg-body"&gt;The Senior Programmer Analyst is expected to analyze problems and design, document, and deliver accurate, well-tested modules for the Store Systems applications. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Additionally, the Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for cultivating and applying an understanding of Lowe&amp;#x2019;s methodology, policies, standards, and internal and external controls.                                               &lt;span class="pc-rtg-body"&gt;The Director, IT Service Delivery Planning is responsible for leading the planning of activities related to the IT Service Delivery functions as defined by the ITIL IT Service Management (ITSM) framework as well as leading the Service Support functions of Change and Release Management. &amp;nbsp;Responsibilities of &amp;nbsp;the incumbent include planning and execution of IT Service Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery), IT Service Level Management, and IT Change and Release Management. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The incumbent is also responsible for working with other IT groups and the business to elicit and establish operational requirements for new systems and services including the IT Transition to Production functions of planning for Service Level Management, planning for Capacity Management, planning for Availability Management, planning for Business Service Management, and planning for IT Financial Management (87x and STOT). &amp;nbsp;The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to integrate operational readiness planning into the Lowe&amp;#x2019;s Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and BTSC Gating processes. &amp;nbsp;Ensures that operational readiness and recovery planning are incorporated into IT programs so that the transition to production is timely, complete, orderly, economical, and error-free. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Works with other IT groups to ensure that the appropriate recovery capability exists for all IT applications assigned to a Disaster Recovery tier and plans and executes periodic recovery exercises to demonstrate Lowe&amp;#x2019;s recovery capability.

                                                The Director will oversee the following functions:

                                                &amp;#x2022; IT Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery planning and execution) including IT Business Impact Analysis (BIA) which is the framework for regulating Lowe&amp;#x2019;s investments in Disaster Recovery capacity.
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; IT Change Management
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; IT Release Management
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; IT Transition to Production planning
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Develop Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions and ensure procedures are carried out in a timely manner (i.e., within the Recovery Time Objective).
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Develops tactical and strategic IT Service Planning initiatives and presents recommendations to Senior IT Management
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Develops and recommends appropriate courses of action to developers, engineers, and management identified during Disaster Recovery planning.
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Responsible for monitoring, tracking, overseeing, &amp;nbsp;and communicating production environmental changes, oversight of the IT change process and the orderly and controlled management of changes to the IT production environment.
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Creates, monitors and manages capital and expense budgets
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Develops and maintains departmental metric systems to evaluate overall business performance.
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Recruits, directs, trains, develops, promotes, evaluates, and disciplines assigned personnel in accordance with the responsibilities of their positions and to facilitate the growth and development of each team member. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Makes interventions into the performance of subordinates through performance management, training, development, coaching, and, when required, progressive discipline. &lt;/span&gt;
