Bilingual Assistant Operations Manager-Statesville, NC (Night Shift) -NC-Statesville

The Bilingual Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the motivation, training, and leadership of a distribution center production workforce. They will develop and execute daily and weekly operational plans to meet and exceed customer service requirements, while maximizing the quality, throughput and productivity of the facility. Organized in a shift structure, this position is responsible for all production functions for a specific shift and, in the absence of the Operations Manager, is responsible for all Lowe’s employees present. This position is a development position for Operations Manager to support the long term growth of the DC network. As such, the willingness and ability to relocate will be an important consideration for placement/promotion into this position. They are expected to demonstrate flexibility with regard to working both a.m. and p.m. shift schedules, and weekends, where necessary and applicable.
Specific Duties:
-Assist Operations Manager with execution of daily production plans that meet or exceed customer service level expectations while achieving maximum operating efficiency.
-Assist, develop and implement short and long-range staffing plans based on productivity objectives and forecasted volume requirements.
-Daily balancing of labor availability and volume requirements throughout the facility.
-Train, develop, and retain a dynamic shift management team.
-In conjunction with HR, develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of new employee training programs.
-Ensure all safety policies and procedures are implemented and observed, and that equipment and work areas are neat, clean and well organized.
-Develop, analyze, and recommend strategic and tactical operational improvements to meet current and future service, throughput, and cost objectives.

Distribution Operations Supervisor-Pittston, PA -PA-Pittston

The Coach is a front-line supervisor who handles management responsibilities for the team members under his/her supervision. Additional duties include: ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise, developing and training team members as well as developing and implementing team goals. Each Coach has management responsibilities for 20-50 team members.

The Coach reports to the Operations or Assistant Operations Manager of the facility and ensures that accuracy and production standards are met, that a safe work place exists, and that damages within the Distribution Center are eliminated.

The Assistant Operations Manager develops and executes operational plans to meet and exceed customer service requirements, while maximizing the quality, safety, and productivity of the facility. This position is responsible for all productions function in the absence of the Operations Managers. The Assistant Operations Manager is expected to demonstrate flexibility with regard to schedules, where necessary and applicable.

Millwork OPerations Supervisor -TN-White House, Ro

The Coach is a front-line supervisor who handles management responsibilities for the team members under his/her supervision. Additional duties include: ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise, developing and training team members, as well as, developing and implementing team goals. Each Coach has management responsibilities for 8-25 members.

The Coach reports to the Operations or Assistant Operations Manager of the facility and ensures that accuracy and production standards are met, that a safe work place exists, and that damages within the Millwork facility are eliminated.

Distribution Planning Supervisor (Coach)-Perris, CA -CA-Perris

Under the direction of the Planning Manager, develop interdepartmental cross training for Planning, provide production scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency, meet production and volume requirements of stores and Customer Service Center. Plan and execute special programs and clearly communicate with peer level and upper management as well as store personnel of the special action points of plan.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
The Planning Coach is responsible for the leadership of the Planning Department. Responsibilities include:
1. Daily supervision of the Planning Team Members and Label Breakers.
2. Execution of daily planning schedule to include the preparation of the receiving schedule.
3. Execution of daily building allocations to provide sufficient work based on availability of demand and operational resources.
4. Execution and communication of new store rollouts or patch area changes.
5. Ensure Daily Reports are updated accurately and timely.
6. Track Idle Demand to ensure aging demand is addressed.
7. Serves as the single point of contact for store service requests.

Weekend Distribution HR Coach-Rockford, IL -IL-Rockford

Under the direction of the Location Human Resource Manager, the HR Coach oversees payroll, benefits, recruiting, workers compensation & unemployment claims, and ensures employee personnel records are kept in accordance with corporate policy. In addition, the HR Coach conducts ongoing training and champions the facility’s Safety, Recognition, and United Way initiatives.

Distribution Center Support Coach (Day Shift)-Statesville, NC -NC-Statesville

Under the direction of the Assistant Planning Manager, develop interdepartmental cross training for planning department. Provide production scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency while meeting service level requirements of service area. Plan and execute special programs, clearly communicating expectations with all levels of Lowe’s Distribution, as well as Store and Corporate personnel.
Specific Duties:
1.Responsible for the proper scheduling of production work to maximize flow and reduce work content.
2.Provide leadership and direction of the Production Planners on the assigned shift.
3.Perform daily allocations and monitor progress to productivity reporting.
4.Analysis and problem solving of service level issues.
5.Coordinate and execute logistical requests for Corporate and Stores.
6.Creation and communication of daily plan to Operations, resolving issues or concerns with existing plan.
7.Provide high level of customer service to our Stores
8.Identify and resolve idle demand in a cost effective manner.
9.Other duties as assigned.

Distribution Operations Supervisor (Coach) - Perris, CA -CA-Perris

The Operations Coach is responsible for the motivation, training, and leadership of a distribution center work team. The Operations Coach assists in developing and executes daily operational plans to meet and exceed customer service requirements, while maximizing the quality, safety, and productivity of their designated area.

Specific Duties:
-Works closely with Location Management to ensure prompt efficient and accurate handling of merchandise
-Monitors the productivity and accuracy of team members
-Ensures all team members have specific responsibilities and there is an equitable distribution of workload
-Coaches, counsels and trains team members to ensure competence, as well as, prepare them for future opportunities
-Develops and implements team goals
-Ensures all safety rules and procedures are followed
-Ensures assigned equipment and work areas are neat, clean and well organized
