                                                The primary responsibilities of the position include:

                                                &amp;#x2022; Partner with business clients to structure, draft and negotiate contracts with customers, distributors, suppliers, licensors and licensees, and others; 
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Exercise seasoned judgment in providing advice on risks and alternatives associated with complex transactions; 
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Work with others internally such as product management, product development, pricing, and finance, along with legal subject matter experts in house and externally, to develop legal approaches and programs to support new business initiatives; 
                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                &amp;#x2022; Apply in depth knowledge of business to assist in diligence and identify risks with potential merger and acquisition targets, and to take a lead role in integration of any acquired businesses; and
                                                &lt;br&gt;
