Further, this analyst assists in the development of new initiatives arising from business changes or new areas of opportunity. Responsibilities may also include special projects focused on report rationalization and alignment, data analyses, performance metric creation and validation and exception based reporting.

                                              &lt;span class="pc-rtg-body"&gt;The Administrative Specialist's primary function is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Controller and departments within the Corporate Controllership. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, accurately and timely scheduling of meetings, making travel arrangements, using computer applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, verifying and tracking expense reports, invoice processing, filing and organizing, and sorting incoming mail.                                               &lt;span class="pc-rtg-body"&gt;The Trade Payables Specialist will be responsible for researching rejected invoices to validate the charge allowing the invoice to be processed for payment. This individual must be capable of functioning within a Workflow/Imaging environment. &amp;nbsp;Other duties include performing a post-audit analysis in an effort to recover monies due Lowe&amp;#x2019;s; routing information within the Trade Payables department; generating and analyzing information with Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, and Access) and Host-based systems, such as DART. &amp;nbsp;This individual must be comfortable communicating with other Customer Support Center (CSC) departments, carriers, and vendors in an effort to resolve open issues, improve match rates, and eliminate reoccurring invoice problems. &amp;nbsp;They will also create posting entries for general ledger (GL) accounts; provide continuous training to CSC personnel and vendors; coordinate special projects and tasks; and reconcile GL accounts. &lt;/span&gt;
