      Job responsibilities the Manager, FP&amp;amp;A Marketing &amp;amp; Promotions, include but not limited to: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Lead consistent approach to pro forma development for promotional events 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Ensure measurement plans and success criteria are clearly defined ahead of execution 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Drive a test and learn culture 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Utilize latest tools for developing expectations and measuring results 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and forecasting capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate visibility to establish goals and measure efficiency and effectiveness of Lowe&amp;#x2019;s advertising and promotion spend 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of new programs. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Participate as a key thought leader of the Finance team, influencing decision making and identifying finance priorities 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Recruit, train, and develop staff 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Travel as needed

      REQUIREMENTS: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;Bachelors Degree majoring in Finance or related field 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;5 to 7 years of Finance and Accounting experience with progressive responsibility 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      &amp;#x2022;MBA, CPA and/or other professional certification preferred 
      &lt;br&gt;

      &amp;#x2022;Significant people management experience 
      &lt;br&gt;

      The principle purpose of the Sr. Financial Analyst &amp;#x2013; Store Operations is to be a financial partner to Lowe&amp;#x2019;s Domestic Store Operations team. This partnership includes the production of value added analysis and performance reporting with the goal of enhancing the operations of the Store Division. The position will proactively develop a knowledge base of the division and the markets in which it operates to aid in the quarterly financial forecast and to also aid in any analysis requested on the Division. The Senior Analyst position is the key contact concerning financial and forecast related issues, engages with all levels of store operations and financial executives, and uses state-of-the-art query and statistical tools to creatively pull, summarize and draw inferences from data. The position reports to the Manager &amp;#x2013; FP&amp;amp;A Store Operations. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;
      The Sr. Analyst also: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Acts as the lead finance partner for Store Operations. Deliver timely financial/operational analyses which identify opportunities and potential areas for productivity improvement. Utilize planning, analysis and communication skills to keep the operating area in step with the broader organization. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Business decision support 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Leverages prior analyses to model the performance of new program/initiatives. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Champions the use of sound financial principles with a focus on educating the store teams. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Researches issues proactively, reporting findings and suggesting alternative courses of action. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      * Plays a significant role in the quarterly forecasting process. 
      &lt;br&gt;
      &lt;br&gt;

      REQUIREMENTS: 
      &lt;br&gt;
      This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Economics. A MBA or advanced certification is preferred. Experience in retail is beneficial. Candidates must have 5-7 years experience in a financial position in which analytical skills were regularly used to interpret financial information and draw conclusions, provide financial insight into business issues, provide actionable recommendations, develop pro-forma financial statements and present complex financial information to senior executives.

      Candidates must also have a strong understanding of financial and accounting processes as well as have expertise in spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications software.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      Candidates with experience in TM1, SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy or other OLAP and relational databases should highlight their particular strengths and systems backgrounds.
