<itunes:summary>Security expert Steve Gibson and Leo Laporte Dives deep and explains how the NSA's PRISM data collection system really works. Fast forward to the 24 minute mark for the technical explanations as to how the US government taps into our private calls, electronic communications and online data. Well over 95% of the world's electronic data passes through the US based internet system.

Should the rest of the world be concerned?

Should American citizens be worried?

Are you worried that every word you speak, text you type, picture you send or Google search you enter is being collected, collated and stored for future reference?

Just because the government can do something does that give it the right to execute?

It seems Whitlock's favorite co criminals are still trying to impersonate real police officers based on our latest information. According to sources Michael Stephens (remember he likes to shoot people at close range for fun, WARNING: ACCOMPANYING VIDEO IS GRAPHIC), is now the front man for the latest endeavor by these wannabe cops.

Their latest venture is a supposed security firm called SECURUS. You can visit their site here until they take it down too like they do ever other one when they get caught.

And who really owns SECURUS? Look at this for that answer:

Miraculously they are still advertising themselves as using real off duty cops for security yet I can find no real cop that will admit to doing any work for them.

What is more likely is they are continuing to hide behind the ruse that as Constables they actually are real cops. They are advertising for CCDW classes yet no one has called them out for their previous failed unsafe efforts at these classes.

No legitimate CCDW uses loaded weapons in a classroom environment, yet these clowns do and jeopardized the lives of many in their former office when a stray shot went through a wall into a packed Licensing office next door.

We also can't ignore Whitlock's present and past acquaintances involved in this pathetic attempt at playing cop.

So who are they?

Let's start with the face, but certainly not the leader of this new SECURUS.

Michael Stephens... A wannabe cop and Police Impersonator, and washed out fire fighter. He was running around in a fully equipped Crown Vic with a gun and badge, sources say he still is.His car was paid for by Whitlock and he was thought to be involved in the felony theft that Brent Choate was convicted for.

Stephens also disappeared from his home and the face of the earth when Whitlock got in his latest round of trouble only to resurface now with this company. Rumor has it he was lying low in Whitlock's basement until the heat died down. Rumor also has it that Whitlock is really behind this new company which could violate the latest terms on his most recent diversion deal.

Brent Choate... Convicted felon, and was under wraps but is coming out of cover now.

Cody Whitaker... Supposedly 'pulled from the streets' by Whitlock and Stephens. Has carried a gun illegally since he was a minor, also given a badge and gun bu Whitlock and Stephens and allowed to impersonate a cop while a minor.

Frank Medeiros: Works at Off Duty Police Services and did give jobs to Whitlock and his crew. Unconfirmed if he is part of SECURUS or sends work their way today. This guy has issues himself and loves to act like he's a cop while harassing people while doing traffic or security jobs.

Terry Gaddis...Who loves impersonating as well.

Bottom line is that it appears Whitlock, or at the very least his felonious co conspirators, are still trying to remain active in acting like police officers.

One can only hope that anyone who would even think about hiring these clowns would certainly due their due diligence in finding out exactly who and what they are.

This will get worse going forward if history is any indication so stay tuned.....</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Louisville, KY - Unions are under fire in Michigan, will Kentucky be next? Detroit news has the story.

In April 2012, four unions representing Michigan school employees filed suit to block Public Act 53, a ban on payroll deduction of dues for public school employees. Detroit U.S. District Judge Denise Page Hood granted a preliminary injunction in June 2012 prohibiting the law from taking effect.

In a 2-1 ruling, U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Raymond Kethledge — a Troy lawyer named to the bench in 2008 by President George W. Bush — said the law didn't violate the U.S. Constitution. He rejected union arguments that the failure to collect dues violated the First Amendment right to speech by teachers' unions. The Sixth Circuit reviews appeals from the federal district courts in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.

For many people the fact that employers are allowed to forcefully remove union dues from your paycheck has been a point of contention that many refer to as organized theft. Michigan's Public Act 53 was enacted to eliminate that argument.

We agree, though it should be pointed out, that if this rule applies to Michigan's public teachers it should apply equally to ALL public employees including fire. police, and all union represented government employees.

What was most astounding about this ruling wasn't that it was upheld but that the lone dissenting voice, and Obama appointee, decided to interject politics into the equation.

In a dissent, Judge Jane Branstetter Stranch, named to the bench by President Barack Obama, questioned the Republican argument that the bill would boost union accountability and questioned why it wasn't extended to police, firefighter and other public-sector unions.

"Michigan's failure to similarly promote the accountability of those employees' unions suggests that Act 53 targets teachers because the state disagrees with their point of view," she wrote.

As this Judge should know the law is supposed to be partisan blind. A Judge is supposed to be unbiased and yet with this statement this Judge clearly shows a bias based on personal political beliefs. That can never be allowed in our judicial.

Such blatant disregard for the bench should be dealt with by Judge Stranch peers and she should be sanctioned or removed accordingly.

But it will never happen.

Then of course this whole at will employment status for Kentucky workers has proven to be a failure to protecting employee rights and yet we never hear about the union pursuing action to stop this.

And then there is this.

Perhaps tis is where the term union 'fat cats' originated from but it is interesting when you read the expenses that so many hard-working employees pay for.

With that it isn't so hard to see just why Public Act 53 may be a blessing in disguise for the disgruntled union workers....

<itunes:summary>Louisville, KY - The Barbara Shanklin removal hearing has been scheduled for July 23. Of course her attorney Aubrey Williams is crying foul as usual. Williams of course continues making a mockery of the whole process apparently because he has no case. According to WFPL:

“It seems to me that the what you’re saying is the Ethics Commission’s work and the work that we did in defending against the action that they took was an entire waste of time, of my time, my clients time, or taxpayers money," he said.

Of course the biggest waste of time and taxpayer money was due to the antics of Aubrey Williams himself during the whole ethics commission case. Here is an idea Mr. Williams.

If you are so worried about the six figure income you received from we the taxpayer by making a mockery of the process, then please feel free to return all monies to us. Why did you not represent Barbara Shanklin pro bono if it means that much to you?

Once again Williams is proving that he really is clueless or just wants to get paid.

In the meantime Shanklin should be held accountable and impeached as former Councilwoman, the late Judy Green was, because she did the identical thing that Green did. Don't hold your breath waiting.

<itunes:summary>Louisville, KY - Obama and the IRS scandal can only be described as an assault on the intelligence of the American people.  President Obama announced Wednesday that acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller has resigned in the wake of the agency scandal in which conservative groups were targeted. The report concluded poor management allowed agents to improperly target Tea Party and other groups for more than 18 months, starting in 2010.

Obama said Lew asked for the resignation and Miller agreed, after being on the job since November 2012. Miller became acting commissioner after Commissioner Douglas Shulman completed his five-year term. Shulman had been appointed by President George W. Bush.

So what does this mean Obama is doing to fix the problem? Absolutely nothing.

Steven Miller started his contract job as temporary IRS Commissioner on November 12, 2012, after the election and long after the illegalities in the IRS occurred. His resignation was already happening since his contract was up in June.

So who is Obama protecting? Doug Shulman? Or perhaps Valerie Jarrett who is the most likely culprit in the White House cover ups.

<itunes:summary>Louisville, KY - The Benghazi massacre is just the start of the Obama meltdown. Unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last few weeks you now know that there was a massive coverup regarding the Benghazi massacre that killed four Americans. All with the knowledge and consent of the White House including P{resident Barrack Obama and then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

We now know, thanks to whistleblowers that include Gregory Hicks, who assumed leadership in Libya after the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens, that the White House was indeed aware of the escalating tensions in Benghazi and refused to intervene.

Who is Gregory Hicks? He was the first American official to publicly reveal who was on the ground in Libya on the night of the attacks. His testimony was detailed and at times emotional.

He noted, remarkably, that Stevens's body was taken to a hospital controlled by Ansar al-Shariah, an Islamist militia that various Twitter accounts claimed at the time had taken credit for the attacks.

Hicks also said the U.S. outpost in Benghazi did not meet security standards for diplomatic missions. "According to the regional security officer at the time in Tripoli, John Martinek, they did not," he said.

Perhaps the most stirring part of his testimony came when Hicks recounted how he had convinced a defense attaché to get a Libyan C-130 transport aircraft with four American special forces to fly to Benghazi.

"The people in Benghazi had been fighting all night. They were tired. They were exhausted. We wanted to make sure the airport was secure for their withdrawal," he said. "As [Special Operations Command Africa] Lt. Col Gibson and his three personnel were getting in the cars, he stopped, and he called them off and said -- told me that he had not been authorized to go."

There was no way to miss the signs of trouble to come. Increasing terror attacks since the fall of Qaddafi in 2011, at least 5 previous attacks were attempted against the embassy leading up to September 11, 2012, and yet a special ops team that wanted to come help was ordered to stand down.

All of this is treasonous and yet the White House spin continues.

Even our allies in other Western nations withdrew from Benghazi because of poor security and the inherent risks associated with it. The biggest fear came from the radical Islamist terror networks that were able to basically do what they wanted in in eastern Libya once Qaddafi was removed. And yes our own State Department personnel in Libya repeatedly warned Washington about the threat.

Did it matter? Of course not.

Hillary Clinton says she had no knowledge?

When Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican of Utah, visited Libya after the attack, Mr. Hicks said his bosses told him not to talk to the congressman. When he did anyway, and a State Department lawyer was excluded from one meeting because he lacked the necessary security clearance, Mr. Hicks said he received an angry phone call from Mrs. Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills.

Hillary Clinton perjured herself at the Congressional hearing. Did it matter? Of course not.

Of course Hillary and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, both have a history of lying and not held accountable for it. Hillary as far back as Watergate.

Meanwhile, on September 15, 2012 even liberal biased CNN reported that we knew there was security problems at least three days before the attack.

Three days before the deadly assault on the United States consulate in Libya, a local security official says he met with American diplomats in the city and warned them about deteriorating security.
Jamal Mabrouk, a member of the February 17th Brigade, told CNN that he and a battalion commander had a meeting about the economy and security.

He said they told the diplomats that the security situation wasn't good for international business.

"The situation is frightening, it scares us," Mabrouk said they told the U.S.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Louisville, KY - Barbara Shanklin has been denied more of our taxpayer money for her defense. According to WFPL Shanklin's attorney, Aubrey Williams, will not be paid for her current appeal of the Metro Ethics finding against her and rightfully so. Of course Williams is crying that he may have to drop her as a client since we won't pay and acting like we are trying to deny her justice.

What a pathetic bit of grandstanding. Never mind that Williams has already ran up over $80,000 in fees we have paid him, with more to come. Never mind that Williams padded his pockets by playing the idiotic games he did during the hearing and going so far as ordering his client to walk out of proceedings thus forcing this case to go on longer than it should have and also increasing his billing accordingly.

In a lawyer's world there is no hour that should not be billed and Williams does a great job of paying himself. Never mind his client as long as he gets his.

While Williams is feigning his indignity, he apparently does not know when you sign a contract, and the obligations of that contract are fulfilled, the contract is then considered complete and nothing else is forthcoming or owed.

According to County Attorney Mike O'Connell, that is exactly what happened.

"The contract we signed with Mr. Williams to represent Ms. Shanklin in front of the ethics commission contains the exact language in the amended ordinance, which says he will only be paid through work before the Metro Ethics Commission," says O'Connell. "So his contract specifies that and despite his opinion that’s what he signed."

Aubrey Williams is a lawyer and does not understand this basic concept?

I feel sorry for his clients. In the meantime perhaps Shanklin can find more of our tax money to pad her pockets for her legal defense.

We all know the guilty should never have to pay for their own sins right?

In other news:

As reported in the CJ, Jacob Conway, who accused members of the group Progress Kentucky of recording a Mitch McConnell strategy session, has quit his Democratic Party leadership post.

Bill Ryan, chairman of the Louisville-Jefferson County Democratic Party, said that the county party’s executive committee accepted Conway’s resignation Wednesday. Conway had been vice chairman of the Democratic Party’s 29th legislative district.

For starters a Vice LD chair being a 'leadership' position is a stretch, however, Bill Ryan making a comment is a telling one since he would not comment or be quoted during this whole fiasco. As we know pictures tell a thousand words and we know Bill Ryan is friends with Shawn Reilly.

The tangled web we weave when at first we practice to deceive. You can read more with parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of our series on Democratic corruption, cover ups, and sexual deviancy right here in Louisville.

After repeatedly avoiding denouncing the antics of her good friend Shawn Reilly and Progress Kentucky, Allison Lundergan Grimes finally decided to distance herself from this mess thanks to political expediency. Why did she not do it sooner? Many of us know that answer.

In the meantime, while denying the relationship in this situation there is plenty more for her to worried about. Yep we will be exposing those as well going forward. You may be startled.

Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway stated “there’s a good chance” he will run for governor in 2015 and that he won’t “defer to anybody” when making his decision. I hope he does run.

Aqua Buddha, and his involvement in brother Matt Conway's drug problems are just teasers of what is to come. Conway has secrets of his own and they will come forward I am sure.
