TRATAMENTO

A finalidade do tratamento é repor a energia, regular o desequilíbrio hormonal e emocional e aumentar os super nutrientes do corpo.

Dry skin brush, Massage oils, Beet juice and Meridian Stretches …

Are just a few things you can do this fall to nourish and detox your skin, improve your immune system and prevent your body from building up toxicity during the cold winter.

Start by getting a good natural brush. I like the Japanese sisal brush that you can find in many health food stores in Toronto. It has a firm and gentle brush very suitable for all types of skin.

When brushing the skin or massaging it, I like to follow the pathway of the meridian. Each energy system has a natural flow

of Qi energy.

The Yin meridias run from bottom to top and the Yang meridians from top to bottom.

However, if you want to follow the lymphatic system you may also brush towards the centre of the body.

Dry skin brush technique

For better results, use this technique everyday before your shower and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

1- Begin brushing your left side from chest towards the inner arm finishing at the hands. Brush between 4-8 times

2- Brush the outer hands, outside the arms in the direction of your shoulders.

You may want to draw small circles on your skin moving the brush slowly towards your hands. You can also brush it in straight lines as if you were cleaning your arms, do a long and firm stroke.

3- Brush the upper back from the spine out in circular movement

4- Brush belly in circular movement clockwise direction.

Move the brush upwards in the centre of the stomach ending in the breast bone.

5- Brush inner legs from feet towards the thigh.

6- Brush the side of your ribs paying attention to delicate spots, continue

stroking down the hips, outer leg and feet.

Repeat on the right side

After massaging your skin dry take a nice cool shower and continue massaging it under the water.

Dry skin gently and apply natural moisturizer to tone the skin.

I like to use a therapeutic massage oil that contains skin healing properties such as lavender, roman chamomile, rose and cypress.

It will nourish and moisturize your skin, leaving it shinny and smooth naturally.

Choose to eat small meals at a sitting. Do not get over full

Do not eat and drink at the same time.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Be relaxed and only focus on your food when you are eating.

Prepare your food ahead of time and store it in the fridge, choose natural foods as opposed to food from boxes.

Drink green tea to help reduce body fat.

For women specially, avoid skipping meals, eat foods that are warm, light and easy to digest, and try to avoid goods or aromas that are highly chemicalized.

Cook with spices, equals parts of turmeric, cumin, coriander and fennel to aid digestion.

Take real rest during your menstrual cycle.

For a romantic dinner choose foods in the shape of sexual organs such as onions, figs and oysters which are rich in minerals and will keep your libido high.

Eat lots of green leaf vegetables. Green leafy vegetables contain a wide range of vitamins and minerals as well as high doses of chlorophyl, digestible proteins and enzymes. The most powerful greens are: spinach, dandelion greens, kale, watercress, parsley, lettuce, endive, chicory, broccoli, sunflower sprout, buckwheat sprout, mustard sprouts

Brush your skin dry before shower.

Massage the bottom of foot everyday

Include seaweed in your diet, such as nori, kelp, dulce and wakame. Because you don’t need to cook seaweed it is great to use as seasoning on salads or vegetables. The chemical composition of seaweeds is so close to human blood plasma that perhaps their greatest benefit is regulating and purifying our blood system. According to researches sea vegetables have ten times more calcium than milk and eight times as much as beef. The most remarkable results with seaweeds we see in boosting weight loss and deterring cellulite build up.

Choose a liquid mineral supplement that contains sea vegetables and aloe vera plant.

Aloe Vera stimulates cell growth and tissue healing. It has 20 of 22 amino acids, including 8 essential nutrients. It is an excellent source of vitamin B12. It aids in detoxifying hormone balancing, sleep enhancement, digestive support and strengthening the immune system.
Aloe vera caries lots of minerals and is cooling in nature. It has a very gentle effect in the colon and powerful detoxing properties.

It is considered superfood after research studies identifying its seventy-five healing compounds including natural steroids, antibiotic agents, amino acids, minerals and enzymes.
Aloe Vera and sea vegetables also contain high concentration of natural sulphur (MSN). For difficult digestion it alkalizes the digestive tract preventing over acidity a common cause of indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn and ulcers.
Sea vegetables- are the most popular ocean deep greens. Along with herbs, sea vegetables are higher in vitamins and minerals than any other food. They are the only vegetarian source of B-12 for cell health and also an excellent source of body building minerals like calcium, iron, iodine and potassium. It contains trace minerals like boron, chromium and selenium that are vital to health.

Be happy and peaceful, keep smiling .

Only choose thoughts that feels good.

Enjoy the season!

A pele é o maior orgão respiratório e eliminatório do corpo humano e corresponde a 16% do peso corporal.

DO PLANETA
