Factory dispatch under agreed terms
Orders are checked, packed and dispatched from Kaunas on working days under the agreed collection and logistics terms. This refers to factory dispatch, not final-mile delivery.
Production scale, in real numbers
Production figures are annual averages, not maximum capacity and not guaranteed future output. Bespoke and non-standard output is approximately 1,800-2,000 timber structures per year, excluding glulam. Glulam homes over 100 m² are reported separately at approximately 50 per year. These figures describe separately scoped averages and must not be added together.
How the buildings are made
Eurodita manufactures timber building kits and timber joinery in its Kaunas production operation. Selected components and specialist services, such as aluminium sliding systems, structural engineering and freight, may be sourced from specialist partners.
Timber and machining
Nordic and Northern European timber, both spruce and pine, dried in-house in Nardi kilns to a 12-14% working moisture range. Wall profiles and components are machined on Hundegger CNC equipment.
Wall systems
Solid timber profiles from 19×100 to 70×130 mm. Glulam from 70×130 to 220×260 mm, with the Dovetail corner system available across the glued-laminated profiles except 70×130. Multi-storey buildings are engineered per project.
Our own joinery
Eurodita manufactures its own timber window and door systems, including IV45, IV68 and triple-glazed IV92, and its own wooden sliding and bifold doors. Aluminium sliding systems are sourced from a specialist supplier.

Eurodita designs, prices and documents timber-building projects on a proprietary in-house system built for this workflow rather than a generic quoting tool. Interactive 2D floor-plan design, 3D visualisation, automated material and timber-volume calculation and automated cost estimation run in one integrated pass.
What the package contains
Depending on the configured project: 3D visual renders, 2D CAD floor plans, side and elevation drawings with dimensions, technical project specification, window and door schedule, the priced quotation and branded PDF output.
It can carry your brand
Where configured, the client-facing quotation package is generated with your company identity instead of Eurodita’s, so you can present it to your own customer under your own name.
Why it matters commercially
Work that would otherwise need separate drafting, 3D rendering and spreadsheet pricing is produced in one pass. Project definition, human review and commercial judgement still apply.

Eurodita manufactures and supplies private-label timber building kits. The written quotation and order documents define Eurodita’s factory scope, the trade partner’s site and customer scope, and the items confirmed for each project.

Trade partner and site scope
The buyer or its appointed project parties manage local approvals, foundations, site construction, installation and the end-customer relationship. Delivery and unloading responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterm and written order.

Who does Eurodita supply?
Eurodita supplies dealers, distributors, builders, developers, holiday park operators and private-label product brands. Garden buildings are supplied through dealers; larger homes are also supplied directly to private clients.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Standard catalogue items have no fixed minimum order quantity. Load planning and commercial viability are confirmed per quote. Bespoke and glulam projects are qualified and quoted individually.
Can Eurodita manufacture my own design?
Yes, subject to factory and engineering review. Send a sketch, drawing or target specification and we will confirm the manufacturable scope before quotation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Company and destination market, product family, expected quantity and target timing, plus any drawing or specification you already have. The enquiry checklist further down this page lists the same inputs in full.
How are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched from Kaunas on working days. Standard terms are EXW. DAP or DDP may be arranged for selected markets and projects and agreed individually per order.
What quotation, drawing and 3D support is available?
Quotations, drawings and 3D visuals are prepared to the agreed project scope. Availability and timing are confirmed during qualification.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty terms are confirmed in the written quotation and order documentation for the specific product and project. They reflect installation, treatment and painting, maintenance, site conditions and product-specific exclusions. Eurodita does not publish a single warranty figure covering the whole product range.

Commercial terms you can expect
- Payment. 50% with order confirmation and 50% before factory dispatch, unless the written quotation states otherwise.
- Quotation validity. Quotations normally carry a 30-day validity period. After that the price is revalidated rather than automatically withdrawn.
- Delivery basis. EXW Kaunas is the default. DAP can be arranged and DDP is considered case by case.
