I received an email from someone residing in America (at least that's what the email header tells me) who had nothing to say except spout several swear words. It seems the person felt a need to vent themselves regards one of my articles although which one vexed them isn't something I can hazard a guess because they never said. Kind of loses the argument from the start on that score. Perhaps if they had explained then I might have contemplated a reply – alas, they didn't so no reply was required on my behalf.

I guess I just have to accept that there are people out there that crawl out of the woodwork from time-to-time who can't seem to hold back while under the influence of a new email account with an inability to express themselves except to fire off some expletives.

If anyone finds any of my articles upsetting then by all means please do send an email but at least try to explain which article you're struggling with, that at least shows you have a brain (this does not, of course, include all the lovely articulate emails I have received over the years to date. I've enjoyed some of our debates).

For the fun of it, here is the inexpressive email from 'Ea Onln' (made up new name) in all its glory with their newly acquired email account just for me: classicwingers@gmail.com: (I apologise in advance for the authors swearing – shows a little mind is behind the email – as can be seen, the author really had nothing to say in the end)

Cattle Mutilations. More down to earth than we may think

I wasn't aware of cattle mutilations until we attended a fairly recent talk. It sounded disturbing; the photos were horrendous, but the mystery of who (or what) and why reeled me in.

To cut a long (and probably repetitive) story short: Some believe it's a government body behind the 'mutilations' while others favour aliens. The majority of articles written on the subject suggest that precision surgery was used to remove organs and body parts from the animals. The words 'laser-like' or 'surgical' cuts certainly gives that impression. There are those who tell us that a few animals had broken bones, that there were deep indentations (some say up to three inches deep!) beneath the carcasses, suggestive of being dropped from a height. Then there's the mention of cattle found in trees which can only lead the reader (or listener) to reach the conclusion that the animals had been airlifted, either by helicopter or beamed up by aliens, and then unceremoniously dumped (from a huge height apparently) into the field they had originally been taken from.

But for me there's too many unanswered questions with that scenario. Why go to all the bother of snatching animals under the cover of dark, secret them off to a lab somewhere for testing and then return their 'mutilated' bodies? Why not simply test the foliage, grass or animal feed? If the animals are key to whatever experiments is supposedly going on, then why not tell the farmer/rancher that one or two of his cattle require testing for whatever reason they may care to fabricate (new virus? New disease? How about good ol' foot and mouth?) with the promise of compensation. Why not buy cattle and graze them nearby? Even if I screw on my 'bestest' conspiracy head, it doesn't make sense to steal an animal and then return it, surely that would only cause a stir and risk an investigation (which did happen in the 70's). Or are we to believe that it was designed that way to start the rumour of aliens in the vicinity? Which ever way I look at it, either scenario will cause too much interest. Surely the last thing any covert operation needed was curious reporters or extraterrestrial believers setting up camp let alone an investigation which could very well blow the lid on the supposed secret tests.

All very mysterious...so mysterious that I found myself looking into it. What I discovered behind the 'mutilations' though is somewhat less mysterious and more down-to-earth.

Cattle had been dropped from a great height

I can find no evidence of this supposed “deep indentation” beneath the cows in any of the numerous available photos of 'cattle mutilations', in fact all photos show cows laid on the surface. You would think with this being one of the most pivotal statements to prove alien's are behind the 'cattle mutilations' that there would be at least one. So where did this story come from?

The only documented source I could find that suggests a cow being dropped from a great height is from Dulce, New Mexico (April 20, 1979). An officer claimed “he had seen one mutilation case in which a 600-pound cow was found in the branches of a tree – indicating to him it must have been dropped there by some type of aircraft.”

The officer mentioned is Gabriel ('Gabe') L Valdez.

The problem with this is that he apparently later admitted “...that the animal was not actually in the tree but was found at its base”. So if true it removes the suggestion that the cow had been dropped from a great height. It seems his story has been embellished over the years, morphing into “deep indentations in the ground”.

Conclusion: There is nothing to substantiate the claim that 'mutilated cattle' (or any animal for that matter) was dropped from a great height.

Side note: The only photographs of large animals I could find lodged in trees were deer but they are obvious hoaxes.

Broken bones

Another statement to indicate the cattle were dropped from on high is that some had broken bones.

The source appears to originate from the same police officer in Dulce, New Mexico, and again there is nothing to substantiate this story. In fact, there is no mention of broken bones in the autopsies written by trained veterinarians. What makes matters worse is that his associated officer was later interviewed and stated that although a hard-working, dedicated policeman, he has become too emotionally involved in cattle mutilations and “sees things that are not there.” When asked for an example, he mentioned an incident in Taos which both he and the officer had investigated together. The officer, he said, “claimed the animal had broken bones when it did not.”

Conclusion:Nothing to substantiate broken bones as proof of being dropped from a height.

Tranquiliser and anti-coagulant found in the liver

A tranquilliser and anti-coagulant tested positive in a bull, leading to speculation that the animal was rendered unconscious and an anti-coagulant administered to enable the blood to be completely drained.

According to Rommel's investigation, the tranquilliser was Chlorpromazine. It's usually injected but can be added to animal feed or given orally in tablet form. Apparently this is done to calm the animal when it's ill and acting 'goofy'. Chlorpromazine can remain in the body for some time depending on the size and metabolism of the animal.

The anti-coagulant was citric acid.

Dale Spall of Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, who had performed the original blood tests, said he had found only a trace of chlorpromazine in the blood and was not significant enough to have affected the animal. Also found was high level of napthalene which indicated the animal had been on a hormone feed. He had originally thought the amount of citric acid exceeded normal levels, he has since determined, through additional tests, that the amount of citric acid (anti-coagulant) was normal. The drug, he pointed out, occurs naturally in all animals.

Conclusion:Misunderstanding of 'drug' usage.

Circular 'tripod' marks

These marks/tracks, approximately 4” (four inches) in diameter, have often been cited as proof that alien spacecraft (or hovering craft) had landed in the vicinity of the 'mutilated' cattle; the circular depressions in the ground indicating that the craft was heavy. While this may seem like solid proof that aliens are indeed involved, further reading finds that there is probably a more down-to-earth explanation. The problem with looking for specifics to back a story is that the obvious is sometimes overlooked.

No impressions of the tracks/marks were taken, but I have no reason to doubt Gabe's report, he seems like a genuine and honest police officer who was merely reporting as much as was humanly possible no matter how significant or insignificant. However, Rommel had observed on a number of occasions that the marks are due to a combination of certain weather and soil conditions prevalent in the south-west, the preserved hoof marks from a cow and horses can quickly erode to a circular-like depression of approximately the size mentioned.

Interviews

During a recorded interview Gabe Valdez stated categorically that it is "humans not UFOs or Satanic groups or people from Mars". Although still determined that the cattle were mutilated he states that “it was humans” and he believes researchers carried out the acts using helicopters.

Is reconsideration a dirty word?

This may come as a surprise to some, but having returned to Jane Tanner's statements/rogatory and cross referencing I can find no apparent discrepancies regards the man she says she saw 'striding purposefully' across the road.

What I did notice in her rogatory (10 April 2008) is that she was able to explain herself better considering she was speaking with a British police officer. This is not to suggest that the previous translation are incorrect, only that she appears to have found it difficult to make herself understood.

There is a possibility that Jane Tanner has been misunderstood, called a liar, simply because the mainstream media gave misleading reports in the early days – child wrapped in a blanket in one article and then barefooted in another; man walking in one direction then walking in another. In fact, reading through her statements, Jane Tanner has always maintained that the child is barefooted and that the man she claims to have seen was striding 'purposefully' across the road was always heading in the same direction.

Personally I believe that she may very well have seen someone crossing the road but I don't believe he was the supposed abductor. There's a possibility that when the alarm was raised the memory of the man 'striding purposefully' across the road came to mind and perhaps she envisioned a pinky hue to the pyjamas. While talking with the British police officer who was interviewing her she admits that “I thought I saw pink pyjamas and I thought I could see colours, but I don't know, it was fairly orange so I don't know. With a turn-up.”

What I found strange is the conflicting testimonies between Gerry McCann, Jez Wilkins and Jane Tanner regards who was standing where at the time that Jane Tanner passed the two men as they chatted in the street. Although Jez Wilkins didn't see Jane Tanner his memory of where he was standing concurs with her positioning of the two men, therefore, the sighting could not have been concocted by Gerry McCann, but it does beg the question why he disagrees with both of them and is adamant that it's Jane Tanner who has the positioning wrong, so much so that he discounts her positioning during the 'reconstruction' filming (and, in essence, that of Jez Wilkins too).

So why didn't Jez Wilkins see Jane Tanner and why didn't Jane Tanner say anything as she passed? Mr Morsal and me chatted about this and although only from a personal perspective it seems quite plausible that if someone is unknown to us (in this case Jez Wilkins) who is chatting with someone we do know then we would simply pass by – it would be rude to interrupt. If the person we knew looked in our direction then we'd say hello. So, according to both Jane Tanner and Jez Wilkins positioning, Gerry McCann would have had his back to Jane as she passed. As Jane Tanner didn't know Jez Wilkins then the likelihood of her saying anything is zero. Why didn't Jez Wilkins see Jane Tanner passing? That, I admit, is a tough one and only guess work because I wasn't there, but to give an example...we are regulars at a particular supermarket and chatty with some of the checkout women there, one of which (later told us) saw us in MK City Centre but didn't say hello because we were discussing something. I didn't see her. Same thing? I think so.

All in all, I feel Jane Tanner has been misunderstood and that she did perhaps see someone that evening, albeit not an abductor.

It's not wrong to be mistaken but it is wrong not to correct it once you realise!

1. There appears to be no mention of certain details in Jane Tanner's 10 May 2007 rogatory. This might be because she had “maintained the honesty of her initial version” and therefore no need to repeat every detail in this particular statement.

Sandy Hook: Plants and Provocateurs

Most of the early reports from mainstream media were grasping at any information they could grab and then relayed to the public ‘as it happens’ regardless of whether or not the information was factually correct. This has undoubtedly played a huge part in the apparent inconsistencies surrounding the Sandy Hook massacre.

Naturally the reluctance to offer any visual or substantive evidence has also added to the theory that something is amiss. Let’s face it, in the past when a crime has been committed the mainstream media has been keen to offer photos of bloody footprint trails or blood splattered walls or even the murder weapon in situ or bullet holes...which would of course be distasteful in the Sandy Hook instance, but refusing (or unable) to release any CCTV footage of the supposed ‘lone shooter’ entering the school or even photos of broken windows is bound to have keyboards rattling as people attempt to make sense of the whole thing.

I know because having followed the McCann case for several years and watched closely as the events unfold it is clear that much of the wild speculation and confusing reports have been generated by the very lack of information. So many people can see that something is wrong but almost nobody can get a handle on it.

And I think if somebody had a desire to mislead the public over this incident then the greatest weapon in their armoury would be the cloak of secrecy that they throw across the issue.

However, unlike Sandy Hook, researchers of the McCann case now have access to the official police files. Sandy Hook – at least at the moment – is void of anything official for reference; instead it’s down to looking for anomalies among available photos and videos, watching for any betrayal in the faces of the speakers and relying on the media’s half cocked way of reporting. It’s this part that bothers me...

... Over the years conspiracy theorists (or Truth Seekers) have worked hard to gain some credibility, which, by and large, has been accomplished with the dedicated efforts of many in their respective areas. Truth Seekers have done well to gain respect yet now I’m seeing a downward slide once more because of those who are too quick to publish their research when further digging would make a marked difference to the outcome of their findings. Already Emilie Parker has been mistaken for her sister Madeline and school nurse Sally Cox marked as a fraud, all because the authors have reached a conclusion they’re satisfied with rather than dissecting it to ensure they’re correct. What’s worse is that they’re offering their findings to the internet world as gospel and people are running with it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking questions and putting a viewpoint across, after all that’s how most brainstorming reaches useful conclusions, but some of the ‘evidence’ offered on the Sandy Hook case has been rushed in an almost competitive way to reach a final conclusion regardless of whether there is a full picture or not, it doesn’t seem to matter any more. What seems to matter is being the first to claim a viable scenario which may have little bearing on the truth. More importantly, this clambering for a conclusion, devoid of any evidence, serves only to destroy the truth movement and one can only conclude that this in fact maybe what qualifies Sandy Hook as a pysop and not Obama’s desires to take your guns? That’s simply a side issue because they never pass on an opportunity.

In short, what matters is for the truth community to get refocused, kick out any destructive elements that are undermining our efforts (plants and provocateurs) and come together again in our common cause of exposing lies and manipulation.

Sandy Hook: The missing triage area

Mystery of the 'bundles' has now been solved!

Many thanks to Anonymous who left a HD helicopter video and an explanation in the comment section where he/she has kindly solved the ‘bundle’ mystery – as Anonymous has rightly pointed out, the ‘bundles’ are nothing more than white folding chairs:

Anonymous pointed out that Gene Rosen can be seen perfectly at 1:19 through to 1:35 and again at 8:15 - 8:48, while the 'shooters' car is already roped off at 4:37 - 4:44:

The rest of this article is no longer applicable. However, I'm leaving it here as an example of how the imagination can sometimes fill in the gaps when there is lack of clear information.

According to Advisory.com First Responders “immediately began setting up a first triage centre for major injuries and a second triage area for the walking wounded” (Sandy Hook Fire Chief Bill Halstead)

...And from ABC News: "We set up a triage area right by our rescue truck for major injuries and we set up a second triage here at the firehouse for the walking wounded," Halstead said.

So, besides the caption beneath the following photo, we know from the above statements that there were two triage areas set up – one at the school and one at the Fire Station. Try as I might, I can’t see any triage area at the fire station in the (official) photo below:

The problem for me is that the only place I can see a triage area at the fire station is an aerial video filmed by ABC News where there appears to be bundles laid on the red groundsheets:

The following Google map screenshot shows the distance between the school and the fire station. The red circle denotes roughly where the triage area is located. Note there is only one route from the school:

If the bundles are indeed victims of the shooting then this doesn’t make sense, at least not to me. To transport that many bodies between the two buildings would surely mean several trips via the ambulance service or other transportation, yet there doesn’t seem to be any eye-witness reports to verify this.

Besides, the unharmed children were told by a policeman to run out of the building [and] go to the Fire Department. My first thought was that surely the bodies of the victims would be in full view of the children as they headed towards the fire station, but on closer inspection, the line of vehicles may have obscured the scene from the road.

If this is no more than a bundle of pillows or other items in preparation of receiving the ‘walking wounded’ then why has it been cut from the official photos of the Fire station triage area? Why are there no clearer photos showing the ground sheets? Why has that area been completely erased from public viewing? Considering ABC shot the footage then they must surely know of its existence.

But back to the analysis...

...Notice the line of cars to the bottom right of the official photograph:

Now look at the line of cars on the screenshot of the triage area:

As the fire truck has moved we can safely assume the aerial video and the official photo were taken at different times, but the line of cars match, indicating they were most likely taken on the same day.

The sequence of screenshots taken from the video leads the viewer to the other triage area at Sandy Hook Elementary School, meaning that the Fire Station triage area was not a drill filmed on a previous date:

Why would the official version omit the bundles from the scene? If those bundles are the bodies of the victims then how did they move them to the fire station without anyone seeing a stream of ambulances running between the two buildings and just as importantly...when did they remove the bodies from the school?

According to CBS News, Police spokesman Lt. Paul Vance confirmed that:

“... the families of the victims have been notified, and that the victims' bodies were removed from the school overnight.”

Overnight? That just seems convenient. No eye-witnesses present to verify this report.

No wonder conspiracy theories are swimming around the internet when simple information such as the triage area is being withheld. Given the apparent ‘secrecy’ surrounding the Fire Station triage area anyone could be forgiven for thinking that it was originally intended to appear as the victims only to change ‘plans’ later and erase all evidence.

Perhaps an easier theory to digest is that it was too distressing to show the footage of the victims, but then that still doesn’t explain why Lt. Paul Vance stated that the victims were removed from the school overnight.

And if those aerial shots do not show the victims laid on groundsheets then there doesn't seem to be any reason to cut the footage.

It doesn’t matter which way I look at this, it simply does not make sense.

To add to the confusion there does appear to be a couple of photographs of a body being removed from the school at night:

If these two photos show the removal of an adult victim (rather than the supposed 'lone shooter') then surely there must be photos of other victims if they were also removed during the evening? Why then, were these particular ones released for public consumption?

One other thing...I understand forensics and FBI being present, but I’m stumped regards the man dressed from head to toe in black (left of the photo). Who is he and what is his occupation?

(Please note: At the beginning of the video there is a theory that Crisis Actors were possibly used – although the apparent ‘evidence’ seems compelling, I personally do not subscribe to that idea, at least not at the moment. However, I do agree with the creator of this video that the footage (approx. 7.42) of the Medical Examiner is deeply disturbing, not only his reactions but also his words “you can control the situation depending on your photographer...and I have very good photographers.” Odd comment to make to say the least.):

Sally Cox – school nurse – Administered hearing tests to the students

60 year-old Sally Cox had worked as a nurse for Sandy Hook Elementary School for the last 15yrs. She hid under her computer desk when the shooter walked into her office. She could see him only from his knees down when she peered through a small hole in the desk holding computer wires. After the shooter had gone Barbara Halstead, a secretary, ran into the office and hid under the desk with Sally. She pulled the phone off the desk and dialled 911. The two women then raced into a supply closet, where they remained until they were escorted out of the school by police who told them to close their eyes.

Some have suggested that Sally Cox is a fraud. They’ve typed her name into The State of Connecticut eLicencing Website, with zero results and therefore concluded that she was never a nurse at the Sandy Hook Elementary school.

However, Sally is a nickname for both Sarah and Sandra. A quick search on the internet for ‘Sandy Hook Nurse Sarah Cox’ and the mystery is solved by the New York Post

“[Sarah] Cox, known as Sally to friends and co-workers, took no chances.”

So the true name of Sandy Hook Elementary School nurse is Sarah Cox. Placing that name into the database does indeed bring up one record:

Emilie Parker still alive after Sandy Hook shooting – Not true!

I have to admit there does appear to be some contradictions and inconsistencies with the Sandy Hook shooting, but one thing I am certain of is that Emilie Parker was not photographed with Obama.

The members of Metabunk forum have outlined this fact and offered their findings with indisputable evidence. The children with Obama are Emilie’s sisters Samantha and Madeline – I hope Metabunk doesn’t mind my using their photos to illustrate:

The following photo enables us to gauge the sister’s heights. It’s plain to see that Emily is taller than her two younger siblings while Samantha and Madeleine are of similar height. Also note Madeline’s smile.

Now look at the sisters with Obama – notice the similar heights between the two girls and the distinct smile:

Emilie was photographed in the red dress in 2010 (age: 4) – it stands to reason that two years later Madeline will be of similar age/height. The girl with Obama is Madeline wearing her sister’s dress.

Well, the Mayan’s were correct and the doomsday people were, thankfully, wrong... The world did not end today.

I imagine those who got caught up in the ‘world is nigh’ are either relieved or feeling a little red in the face, not to mention a few £’s lighter.

Some descended on a small village in Bugarach, France, where it’s said, the mountain is a garage for UFO’s which would supposedly transport them to safety, presumably to some hospitable planet unknown to mankind as yet.

Others paid £600 per person to party the end of the world away in a Russian Cold War bunker 184 feet below ground level which had been turned into a nightclub.

If the Druids and Pagans (and perhaps some Doomsdayer’s) believed it was going to rain fire and brimstone then they were going to see their last night out at Stonehenge because over 5,000 gathered there to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

At least they enjoyed themselves in their respective chosen locations.

As for those who stocked up on tins, dried food and bottled water in preparation of being holed up for a few months, take heart, you are a few leaps ahead the rest of us should some disaster befall the world in the near or distant future.

Soy The toxic bean

Soy (or soya) has been hailed as the wonder bean, pushed to the public as a cure all for cancer prevention, menopause, osteoporosis, heart conditions, weight loss as well as other health issues. Health conscious people and vegetarians alike have consumed huge amounts of soy as meat replacement and in energy bars believing the cleverly marketing techniques used by soy multi billion industries that soy foods and supplements are the health food to consume.

It may come as a surprise to learn that soy may not be the wonder bean it’s been touted to be. In fact, a little searching on the internet will bring up an amazing amount of sites which outline the hidden dangers of toxins lurking in the soy bean which may have adverse effects on our bodies and health and has been attributed to a rash of modern day illnesses including fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism.

Even the Guardian newspaper wrote a warning article "Should we worry about Soya in our diet?":

Fitzpatrick carried out an exhaustive study of soya and its effects. "We discovered quite quickly," he recalls, "that soya contains toxins and plant oestrogens powerful enough to disrupt women's menstrual cycles in experiments. It also appeared damaging to the thyroid." James's lobbying eventually forced governments to investigate. In 2002, the British government's expert committee on the toxicity of food (CoT) published the results of its inquiry into the safety of plant oestrogens, mainly from soya proteins, in modern food. It concluded that in general the health benefits claimed for soya were not supported by clear evidence and judged that there could be risks from high levels of consumption for certain age groups. Yet little has happened to curb soya's growth since.

More than 60% of all processed food in Britain today contains soya in some form, according to food industry estimates. It is in breakfast cereals, cereal bars and biscuits, cheeses, cakes, dairy desserts, gravies, noodles, pastries, soups, sausage casings, sauces and sandwich spreads. Soya, crushed, separated and refined into its different parts, can appear on food labels as soya flour, hydrolysed vegetable protein, soy protein isolate, protein concentrate, textured vegetable protein, vegetable oil (simple, fully, or partially hydrogenated), plant sterols, or the emulsifier lecithin. Its many guises hint at its value to manufacturers.

Soya increases the protein content of processed meat products. It replaces them altogether in vegetarian foods. It stops industrial breads shrinking. It makes cakes hold on to their water. It helps manufacturers mix water into oil. Hydrogenated, its oil is used to deep-fry fast food.

Soya is also in cat food and dog food. But above all it is used in agricultural feeds for intensive chicken, beef, dairy, pig and fish farming. Soya protein - which accounts for 35% of the raw bean - is what has made the global factory farming of livestock for cheap meat a possibility. Soya oil - high in omega 6 fatty acids and 18% of the whole bean - has meanwhile driven the postwar explosion in snack foods around the world. Crisps, confectionery, deep-fried take-aways, ready meals, ice-creams, mayonnaise and margarines all make liberal use of it. Its widespread presence is one of the reasons our balance of omega 3 to omega 6 essential fatty acids is so out of kilter.

You may think that when you order a skinny soya latte, you are choosing a commodity blessed with an unadulterated aura of health. But soya today is in fact associated with patterns of food consumption that have been linked to diet-related diseases. And 50 years ago it was not eaten in the west in any quantity.

But Soy is the staple diet of Asian countries isn’t it? Certainly that’s what we’ve been led to believe but the reality and truth of the matter is somewhat different:

The hypothesis behind the health claims is that rates of heart disease and certain cancers such as breast and prostate cancer are lower in east Asian populations with soya-rich diets than in western countries, and that the oestrogens in soya might therefore have a protective effect.

Fitzpatrick, however, looked into historic soya consumption in Japan and China and concluded that Asians did not actually eat that much. What they did eat tended to have been fermented for months. "If you look at people who are into health fads here, they are eating soya steaks and veggie burgers or veggie sausages and drinking soya milk - they are getting over 100g a day. They are eating tonnes of the raw stuff."
In fact, most Asian dishes are brimming with fresh vegetables, fish and meat. They do use soy sauce however it is fermented for months to remove the toxicity of the soy bean

Soya is used in traditional oriental diets in these forms, after cultures, moulds or precipitants have achieved a biochemical transformation, because in its raw form the mature bean is known not only for its oestrogenic qualities but for also its antinutrients, according to the clinical nutritionist Kaayla Daniel, author of The Whole Soy Story. Soya was originally grown in China as a green manure, for its ability to fix nitrogen in the soil, rather than as a food crop, until the Chinese discovered ways of fermenting it, she says.

The young green beans, now sold as a fashionable snack, edamame, are lower in oestrogens and antinutrients, though not free of them. But raw mature soya beans contain phytates that prevent mineral absorption and enzyme inhibitors that block the key enzymes we need to digest protein. They are also famous for inducing flatulence.

Even the lecithin (a heavy sludge in the soy bean oil draining storage) was once considered a waste product, but now with clever marketing it’s used as an emulsifier and can be found in a high amount of food including margarine.

Soy Online Services has summarised the dangers of soy:

• High levels of phytic acid in soy reduce assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Phytic acid in soy is not neutralized by ordinary preparation methods such as soaking, sprouting and long, slow cooking. High phytate diets have caused growth problems in children.
• Trypsin inhibitors in soy interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic orders. In test animals soy containing trypsin inhibitors caused stunted growth.
• Soy phytoestrogens disrupt endocrine function and have the potential to cause infertility and to promote breast cancer in adult women.
• Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer. In infants, consumption of soy formula has been linked to autoimmune thyroid disease.
• Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are not absorbed and actually increase the body’s requirement for B12.
• Soy foods increase the body’s requirement for vitamin D.
• Fragile proteins are denatured during high temperature processing to make soy protein isolate and textured vegetable protein.
• Processing of soy protein results in the formation of toxic lysinoalanine and highly carcinogenic nitrosamines.
• Free glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and added to many soy foods.
• Soy foods contain high levels of aluminum which is toxic to the nervous system and the kidneys.

SOY INFANT FORMULA — BIRTH CONTROL PILLS FOR BABIES

• Babies fed soy-based formula have 13,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than babies fed milk-based formula.
• Infants exclusively fed soy formula receive the estrogenic equivalent of at least five birth control pills per day.
• Male infants undergo a “testosterone surge” during the first few months of life, when testosterone levels may be as high as those of an adult male. During this period, baby boys are programmed to express male characteristics after puberty, not only in the development of their sexual organs and other masculine physical traits, but also in setting patterns in the brain characteristic of male behavior.
• Pediatricians are noticing greater numbers of boys whose physical maturation is delayed, or does not occur at all, including lack of development of the sexual organs. Learning disabilities, especially in male children, have reached epidemic proportions.
• Soy infant feeding—which floods the bloodstream with female hormones that inhibit testosterone—cannot be ignored as a possible cause for these tragic developments. In animals, soy feeding indicates that phytoestrogens in soy are powerful endocrine disrupters.
• Almost 15 percent of white girls and 50 percent of African-American girls show signs of puberty such as breast development and pubic hair, before the age of eight. Some girls are showing sexual development before the age of three. Premature development of girls has been linked to the use of soy formula and exposure to environmental estrogens such as PCBs and DDE.

Far from the being the "wonder" bean it appears that soy is the "toxic" bean. Most of us are probably consuming soy in unsuspecting food stuffs such as bread, cakes, sauces, chocolate, frozen foods, mayonnaise and margarine to name but a few.

The Real Bread Campaign found that “fresh” bread sold in supermarkets is part baked and then finished off at the supermarkets. The consumer may not know the amount of artificial ingredients (including soy flour) which lurk in the so-called fresh loaves because loopholes in labelling rules mean they need not list all additives and processing aids.

The Daily Mail’s article "Supermarket bakeries are just loaf tanning salons" tells us:

Supermarkets dress up these loaves as 'fresh' or even 'artisan' bread - suggesting they are the result of craft and expertise.

But a range of processing aids and additives are used, while fat, ascorbic acid, soya flour and sugars are included as 'improvers'.

Processing aids include the fungal enzyme alpha amylase, which increases volume and gives a darker crust and prolonged softness.

The campaign said it could cause an allergic reaction. Enzymes created by genetic modification may also be included.

I asked my local Tesco ‘baker’ if there were any loaves which didn’t contain soy flour. Surprisingly he fanned his hands out to the breads on the ‘freshly’ baked rack, including the organic range, and said “none of these...” then promptly led me away from the ‘fresh’ loaves and past the manufactured bread to their gluten free section...”..Perhaps something here?” he suggested.

Because of the low cost of soy the food industry has been adding soy additives and derivatives to their products. Over the years soy has found its way into vegetable oil, mayonnaise, margarine, chocolate, salad dressings and biscuits.

I find shopping a chore at the best of times, but now it’s a nightmare because I’m scrutinising every ingredient label on all packets, cans and jars looking for the words lecithin, mono-diglycerides, monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed vegetable protein and of course now I avoid processed foods like the plague because more often than not they contain some sort of soy additive or derivative.

Whatever happened to real food?

UKIP Geoffrey Clarke: Compulsory abortion of Down’s Syndrome

Only last night I was viewing video’s of an area in Siberian Taiga which is probably as close to Utopia as you can possibly get, where the population of 4,000 appear to live in perfect harmony with nature and teach children their complimentary male/female roles in society and what’s more, they all seem perfectly happy and content. The only problem is that the person who founded and heads this beautiful place is Vissarion. This man claims to be a reincarnation of Jesus. As much as I love the idea of being out of the rat-race, government control and living in harmony with nature I can’t say I'm overwhelmed by the thought of Utopia being overseen by someone who proclaims himself as the Voice of God.

By the way, if you have never read the inspirational book ‘The Shack’ then pick up a copy! You will never see life in the same light again.

Reading the book and viewing Vissarion’s way of life has done one thing for me, it’s made me look at the real world around me...the ugly, self indulgent culture of the Western World where the ‘me’ society has sprung forth from a fountain of greed...where its commercial industry is destroying the land and waters and the ceaseless battle of violent video games and video nasties are poisoning the minds of our young. I hate what I see; I dislike what the modern world currently stands for and I'm repulsed at how far removed we, as a society, are from the rhythm of nature.

Last night I went to bed with a longing to part of a society who love and desire to be loved; have compassion for all living things, possess respect for one another and above all else, to live in harmony with nature.

Then this morning I woke to a News article that reflected everything I dislike about the modern way of thinking and living - Geoffrey Clarke, a UKIP candidate, stated that:

"...Consider compulsory abortion when the foetus is detected as having Downs, spina bifida or similar syndrome which, if it is born, will render the child a burden on the state as well as on the family".

It? It! If IT is born.

And...

"It should also look into medical treatment for people over the age of 80, which the 66-year-old says is 'extraordinarily costly' to the NHS".

So basically that's what modern life boils down to – burden and cost.

How have we moved so far along the road that we missed the turning onto the path of compassion and understanding?

I can’t express my upset over Mr Clarke’s statement because there just are not any words that could convey exactly how I feel. Instead, I would like you to see this from someone else’s point of view...Stephen, a 47 year old man who has Down’s Syndrome and who has beaten the odds with the help and devotion of his father Grenville Green and patience and understanding from Helene, Grenville’s wife.

I met Grenville, Helene and Stephen for the first time in 2010 and we've been in contact ever since. Admittedly I found it difficult to understand what Stephen was saying when I first met him, but Grenville was at hand to help me by ways of repeating Stephens’ words without actually giving the impression that he is. Over time and after a few phone calls talking directly with Stephen I began to hear his words for myself.

You really could not meet a more compassionate family than the Greens. Prior to meeting Stephen I had no experience of those with Down’s Syndrome, in fact, it’s through Grenville, Helene and Stephen that I have learnt so much in a relatively short space of time.

Grenville and Helene have spent time showing Stephen just how much he has to offer, that he has worth as a human being and can accomplish anything he desires if he puts his mind to it. Stephen has learnt to play the piano, organ and keyboard and most importantly, he has learnt how to read music, something that was once thought impossible for those with Down’s. His list of accomplishments is probably as long as my arm which includes a sponsored canoe paddle on the river Trent and more recently, in October 2012, he became the first man with Down’s Syndrome to be elected as councillor for Nuthall parish.

But with his accomplishments aside and looking at Stephen through my eyes, he is a warm and considerate person who smiles a lot and is brimming with enthusiasm for life. He is like any one of us except he has Down’s Syndrome. He has a tremendous sense of humour, he hurts inside when someone upsets him because he simply cannot understand why anyone would want to use hurtful words, and he feels for the plight of others, eager to help where he’s able and loves to make people laugh. He has never had a bad word or thought about anyone...and there lays the magic of Stephen...his thoughts. He thinks. He lives. He loves. He learns.

What right does anyone have to look on those with Down’s Syndrome, or any syndrome for that matter, as an ‘it’?! And what right do people like Mr Clarke have to condemn them simply because he believes they are “a burden on the state as well as on the family”. If families like the Greens love their children regardless of their outward appearance and have patience and love to teach them then the likes of Mr Clarke has no right whatsoever to play God.

It’s about time we ditched this modern way of selfish thinking, step off the road of the ‘me’ society and take the next turning onto the path of compassion and understanding that we all have within us. If we don't then where will it end? Who will be the next group of people to be targeted by the likes of Mr Clarke because he considers them a burden on the state or an extraordinary cost to the NHS?

Compassion, Mr Clarke, a word that encompasses the very nature of all human beings even those born with any type of syndrome or disability. Perhaps you should pick up a dictionary, learn the meaning of the word and engrave it in your heart and mind.

UPDATE: UKIP has suspended Mr Clarke:

"The UK Independence party has suspended one of its election candidates who suggested that mothers carrying foetuses with Downs syndrome or spina bifida should be forced to have abortions to avoid the child being "a burden on the state as well as on the family".

Ukip had initially backed Geoffrey Clark, saying that members held "a range of views and opinions" that were not party policy and adding that while it disagreed with his comments, they were contained in a "personal manifesto".

But following a backlash, the party performed a u-turn and said in a later statement the views of the would-be Kent county councillor were "abhorrent" and that he would not be standing for the party again.

"Ukip reject the abhorrent views expressed in the personal manifesto of Mr Geoffrey Clark, a candidate in the local elections," said a spokesman who said that Ukip wanted to apologise to anyone who has suffered distress as a result of this matter.

"The party was not aware of these views when it allowed him to stand under our name."

Peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots and almonds are all closely related fruit trees with very similar pits. In all these fruits, the pit must be broken open to reveal the almond-shaped kernel within. In fact, this is what almonds actually are: the kernel within the pit of the fruit of the almond tree!

The kernels of all these species contain high concentrations of a chemical known as laetrile. It's also known as amygdalin or vitamin B-17. Research has shown that laetrile induces programmed cell death in cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. It's sort of like Mother Nature's chemotherapy except that it doesn't make you suffer the way man-made synthetic chemotherapy does.

Laetrile appears to work because the nutrient is actually composed of four separate molecules: two of glucose, one of benzaldyhide and one of cyanide. The latter two chemicals are toxic, but are bound up in a non-bioavailable form. Cancer cells contain an enzyme that healthy cells do not, known as beta-glucosidase. This enzyme actually breaks apart the component pieces of laetrile, and the cell is poisoned by a combination of benzaldyhide and cyanide. Healthy cells do not undergo this effect, which is why they remain unaffected by laetrile.

The medical establishment, learning about this natural "chemotherapy" that killed cancer cells and didn't even require a prescription, quickly began to attack it by spreading lies about the dangers of laetrile . The FDA, long an enemy of healing through nutrition, banned laetrile in 1971. Highly toxic chemotherapy substances, however, remain perfectly legal and continue to kill hundreds of thousands of people every single year. (Most people who "die from cancer " are actually killed by chemotherapy and radiation, not from the cancer itself. "Cancer survivors" are people who miraculously survive chemotherapy.)

With the assistance of Former Senior Investigating Officer of the Jersey Child Abuse Investigation, and Former Deputy Chief Police Officer Mr. Lenny Harper, we are able to bring you exclusive video footage of arguably the world's most renowned Cadaver Dog "Eddie" not only working at the crime scene of the Former Jersey Children's Home, Haute de la Garenne, but alerting to the scent of human death.

Not a great deal of these Cadaver dogs work has been reported in the State Media, other than to discredit them, so we asked Mr. Harper to document for us just exactly what is happening in the video below, what does a Cadaver dog do? How significant to the investigation the dog was? What, if anything did he (the dog) find?The results, it has to be said were astounding. Mr. Harper agreed to our request and once again we thank him for his commitment to the truth and justice.

00.00.0 Getting ready. I was reluctant to let the dog inside as I did not feel that it would do much good. In truth, I was a little sceptical – I had not felt a favourable impression from the handler (Martin Grimes) at our initial meeting and I was dubious, although my opinion of his qualities and integrity was to markedly change as events unfolded. I began to realise as I worked closely with him over a period of months that what I originally took as arrogance was simply supreme confidence in the ability of his dogs in the face of jealous, empire protecting rivals who were not as professionally capable.

Throughout the investigation, we subjected Martin and his dogs to many ‘verifying’ tests, from burying swabs in sand (which he always found no matter how large an area), to minute blood stains. The dogs never failed.

Many of these tests were carried out in front of Jersey politicians and media, including Channel Television and Diane Simon of the JEP. Frank Walker and Andrew Lewis were only two of the politicians who witnessed the ability of the dogs in hugely impressive displays. Funny how they all forgot this when they jumped on the bandwagon which sought to ruin Martin Grime’s reputation. One of the most spectacular exercises occurred when one of the Anthropologists brought a vial of sand back that she had removed from the tomb of a mummy in Egypt. We put this vial on a beach, below the sand, and let Eddie off to look for it. The dog amazingly sought it out in a few minutes and gave us the reaction you will see in this video. To get back to the start of the video and my initial doubts, after a few days outside I had at least gained a grudging respect for Martin’s hard work and dedication. I still was not keen to extend the search inside the house with the dog; however, I reluctantly conceded that we should look at all our possibilities so that we could walk away and say that we had given it a good shot. You can see me standing looking less than confident.

00.00.45 The first indication that the dog (Eddie) is finding something amiss. His behaviour has changed, and is remarked on by the handler. He is initially reacting further down from where we were to eventually find the initial fragment, (which ILM and others still incorrectly claim to be definitively identified as coconut) and in the flow of the drainage from the area where it was found. To clarify, Eddie is trained to trace the scent of dead human flesh. He will react where this scent is found, not necessarily where it was originally located. His strongest reaction will normally be where that scent is strongest, which will usually be where the dead flesh has lain longest, but he will sense it in areas where the scent has been carried, for instance, by drains.

They tell us they are fighting for freedom and human rights... Bollocks.

We're bringing democracy to oppressed people... Bollocks.

What human rights is it that allows a child to be slaughtered because he happens to have been born in the wrong part of the world? He committed no crime! Do they care? No they don’t.

They lie to us about weapons of mass destruction; they tell us there could be a mushroom cloud over London in forty five minutes... More Bollocks, but decades of television providing the only education the people get and what do you expect? They own the news... They own all the media.

The western governments supported oppressive regimes and in fact often installed them around the world, so long as it served to control those populations and allow the world’s elite to continue their exploitation of these people and to profit from their suffering.

Actually we are all guilty of these crimes – they were carried out in our name. It does not matter that we did not call the shots... The fact that we stood by means that we all will burn for this unless we redeem ourselves some time soon.

We cannot turn away and say this was not me – we paid them taxes to fund their violence – yes they deceived us and continue still, but we know it is criminal because we were born with the ability to discern right from wrong; we did not need to read it someplace.

What we need now is to accept that we are in part to blame for what has gone wrong, take ownership of the error and make a mends by stopping those who would continue on this course of destruction, and to say to them, no more in our name!

The corruption of this world is so deeply rooted that it’s almost impossible to quantify, yet it is evident to all. It is hard to imagine that just a small group of influential individuals are responsible for nearly all the worlds’ conflicts but they are, and dare I say it, the Bible warned us long ago... I merely make reference here in the hope you will search for your own truths.

Most people are so terrified of their own lack of knowledge regards corruption etc that they reframe from any discourse and so leave it to someone else to fathom. In fact it is the deliberate denial of information from those in control that cause the individual to shy away... Cleaver plan, No?

The education of the masses definitely lacks the depth and clarity of a proper education afforded the elite. They are provided with an understanding of the real word and the agenda of those who would control, while we must make do with indoctrination into compliance with their wishes.

Time is running out and soon the average person will have to decide on which side he will be standing... I hope that the enlightenment of the masses will result from the plight of the oppressed peoples of the world and there will be no need to think, simply a desire to act...

The programme included a brief exchange between a reporter and Goncalo Amaral (a former policeman who had worked on the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and had since written a book on the case). One word in the exchange was bleeped, and the report gave the impression that this was because Sr Amaral had used offensive language about the McCanns. A viewer complained that this was inaccurate and unfair to Sr Amaral.

Outcome
The reporter’s belief, reinforced by others on the programme team who viewed the recording, was that Sr Amaral had indeed used an English phrase which included an offensive term applied to the McCanns. On further examination, however, it became clear that Sr Amaral had been speaking Portuguese, and that an inoffensive phrase had been misconstrued. Upheld

Further action
The Editor of the programme has discussed the outcome with the producer and reporter involved. In future, the team plans to use interpreters if clips from interviews are unclear.

While some jumped eagerly on the chance to make Mr Amaral out to be the bad guy without checking their facts, Martin Brunt (Sky News Correspondent) was the only journalist at the time with guts enough to tell the truth in his article ‘Spare a thought for my new best friend Goncalo Amaral':

I’m beginning to think the former detective in the Madeleine McCann case has a point when he complains about the British media attacking him.

My Beeb colleague accused him of saying “F*** the McCanns” in an alleged off-guard moment when we all followed him out of court the other day.

What he actually said was “Fala com McCanns” which means “Ask the McCanns”.

The rest of us, through our interpreters, understood perfectly what he was saying.

I think he needs a good libel lawyer.

Sadly it will be at the hands those pretending to represent America that the nation will be led to slaughter.

Those who really control the future are rarely visible yet they and their ancestors have been responsible for all the wars this world has ever seen, for those who control the money supply, control the wars, they have sponsored rebels, they have funded armies and they have paid the blood money for many a coup.

You see they are shaping the world because they believe they are the keepers of the knowledge and therefore rightfully placed to decide the future of mankind, although they don’t actually see the general population as the same species and so have no qualms about wasting their lives and spilling their blood to accomplish even the smallest of goals, they see the populous as completely expendable, they are just useful animals that can be exploited for whatever purpose they see fit and sadly are so easily led, indeed some members of the ruling elite in America have stated it exactly like that, yet the people still respond to the call to war so long as it is presented as a noble cause.

America, God bless her was sold on ideals, dreams that any man would aspire to, for who could not believe in the right to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" and who in their right mind would not be prepared to lay down their life to defend it... Unfortunately the dice are loaded by those who believe in none of it.

By the creation of fictitious demons like communism and Al Qaeda, a nation brought up to believe in freedom etc has been duped into carrying out the most hideous crimes in the name of defending all that they believe in, even to the point of thinking they were saving the people they invaded, bringing such gifts as freedom and democracy, a crusade if you will, surely they must want to be like us!

At this moment in time I believe a plot is being perpetrated simultaneously on many nations around the world, a plot hatched a long time ago that required the coordination of many factors in preparation for the most fantastic deception in the history of the world.

The goal is whole world domination by a small controlling elite who have on many occasions spoken of the need to reduce and then control the population of the world at something like 500,000. History, if only it were taught in our schools would show that such manipulation of men and women has been repeated since Time immemorial but this time the plan is so sinister that it will strike the death knell for the freedoms and dreams of all human beings.

To return to my point that America will be no more, I want you to realise that if America stands for liberty and freedom, then in order to remove it as an obstacle to one world government it must first be shown to represent neither, which appears to be what’s happening right now, only then can the safety and security that so many people seem to desire be offered in the form of a one world government.

All we see right now are clear examples of the American administration and their naively obedient military, as opposed to the American people, attacking nation after nation in the hunt for Osama bin Laden and accusing them of harbouring him or being in some way complicit in his misdeeds, none of which is true.

At the same time we are led to believe that America is responsible for the pending collapse of the financial markets which is actually due to the mishandling of the markets by private banks who are the only ones to benefit from this chaos and not the American people who like the rest of us suffer at every turn with the theft of their property and wealth through the bailout fiasco and so called austerity measures imposed all over and a currency designed to fail, since being issued at interest inevitably means someone must fail, default and lose everything or indeed the system itself.

America is being set up as the bad guy, which is actually what wiki leaks was created to achieve, it was not about individuals fighting for truth, but to expose the corruption and abuses being carried out in the name of the American people who again had no control over, or for the most part were even aware of these things, the power is in the hands of only a few with an agenda unrelated to the apparent issues, it’s merely a smoke screen to hide the real crimes.

Spin, spin and more spin, international politics which is too convoluted for the average person to keep up with is presented in sound bites to manipulate the masses and create a sense of hostility between nations, to paralyse them with fear and anxiety and the belief that world war three maybe just ahead if we don’t accept the New World Order, a dangerous game they play just to appear as the saving grace with one world governance when all else appears lost.

The next step is to allow the American administration to be exposed to all the world as the great deceiver in prophetic biblical terms and proportions, regards the likes of 911 and Osama bin Laden being mere manufactured reality etc, ensuring that no other nation will come to her aid when world powers are forced to take a stand and the new world order or new wave communism will seem the only solution to the superpower gone rogue.

Yes, if peace where what was actually on offer, then I’m sure many people would agree that it must be the answer, the end to the killing of thousands of innocent men women and children and the poisoning of much of the world in the name of suppressing terrorism, but actually terrorism is manufactured by these people to convince us to relinquish our freedoms in the mistaken belief that someone else will keep us safe from harm, rubbish.

They are busy right now reshaping the various regions of the globe, toppling governments and shifting the balance of power, installing their puppets as they have always done ready for the final push amidst terrible fear and confusion, seizing control of resources, creating shortages and cripplingly high prices so few will be able to feed their families until the peoples cry out for the New World Order as promised now by so many world leaders.

Achieved by deception, lies and false flag events all nations will be led blindly to a future more frightening than anything yet witnessed from the past, to a point when most of us will have lost everything to the power of the banks and our liberties dismantled by totalitarian authorities, we may out of helpless desperation welcome this Beast that will decide who lives and who dies just as in the fabled 1984 or the numerous other works of fiction depicting the goals of the controlling elite, God helps us.

What I would like to do is simply encourage anyone who reads this to question everything that is presented to them by anyone in an official capacity, if what they say is true then it will stand healthy scepticism and be made the stronger for the enquiry, and then re-examine all explanations regards world events given to us by the media who we have grown to trust as our sole source of information, and ask ourselves that if such evil does exist then would it not use all these things against us, would it not turn man against man, divide us by religion, use the sciences of war and medicine and the influence of governments and the media, are we not encouraged now through greed and selfishness to regard our neighbours with mistrust?

People are not inherently bad, they tend more towards goodness and kindness, I remember a journalist that went to Iraq prior to the gulf war who met with villagers and told then of the impending invasion and although they had little, far from seeing him as the enemy, they laid on a feast for the man and welcomed him as a guest, though we were led to believe they are hostile, even savage, that’s the nature of the deception. Conversely under the right influence all men can be coerced into carrying out unspeakable deeds as we know only too well.

What is needed now before it is too late is to rework our thinking and understand that prejudice is learned and not natural, that every man no matter what race, has the same love for his family, experiences the same emotions when a baby is born, when a daughter is married and when he kisses his wife and does he not bleed when he is cut just like you or I, Will he not starve when the food runs out or die from lack of water? We are born with concern for one another, just watch babies at play, we could have ensured the health and safety of all people if we had shared the space and resources of this world instead of being encouraged to benefit from another man’s misfortune as the money lenders do, it is only wrong thinking learned over time, born of greed that has poisoned the minds of men and led to this state we are in.

We can go no further down this road, such damage as has been done to the world will take a long time to remedy and will require the collective efforts of everyone, but failure to stop now and make the necessary changes, at a time when our leaders are causing radiation to be spilled all over the face of the earth, will mean that there will be no tomorrow...

Last photo: Gerry McCann's missing elbow explained

The sudden appearance of photograph showing Madeleine sitting alone at the poolside gave rise to speculation that she had been superimposed onto the ‘Last photo.’

People rightly pointed out that Gerry’s elbow is far too close to Madeleine’s head for it to be a crop. However, when I took a closer look at the photo which shows Madeleine on her own I noticed that not only is the background blurred but so are the edges around Madeleine’s arm, head and body – to superimpose this blurred image onto the ‘Last photo’ and result in sharp edges around Madeleine seemed impossible...but it does make sense if Gerry and Amalie had been removed from the photo!

I’m not an expert with photographs but I hope the following gives a good enough example to explain:

I believe the person who originally removed Gerry and Amalie from the photo may have used the bottom of the wall to clone the top of the wall hence the reason it looks straight in the original ‘Lone Madeleine’, whereas I chose to continue the 'hump' in the wall.

Photo on Wikipedia "disappearance of Madeleine" is not Madeleine

While looking for information on Madeleine’s coloboma I came across a print of a girl which the Wikipedia page “disappearance of Madeleine McCann” (under the subheading ‘family’) plainly entitled “Projected image of Madeleine as an older girl (shown draped over a building).”

The image of the supposed ‘aged’ Madeleine has no coloboma in her right eye. This intrigued me and armed with full confidence in the contents of Wikipedia I went ahead with an article entitled “Huge Projected Image of Madeleine McCann” and later included it in another article “Madeleine’s Coloboma – Fact or Fiction.” The question was why the artist had omitted her coloboma from his artistic impression.

Some months later, on 15th March 2010, I received a polite email from Cyril (Studio Helnwein – the official site of Gottfried Helnwein) who informed me that the image is not Madeleine but of a girl named Molly from Waterford. She was part of an art installation by the artist Gottfried Helnwein (2008). Apparently the picture of Molly was left on the Old Mill longer than the rest of the installation. Once I understood this, the article “Huge Projected Image of Madeleine McCann” and any reference to it in "Madeleine's Coloboma - Fact or Fiction" was immediately removed from ‘Little Morsals.’

Cyril has also informed me that the Wiki user RTG has incorrectly labelled the image. Cyril explains:

The image "The Last Child" is actually a print and not a projected image. The print is actually so large, that it had to be done in 3 sections and stitched together for hanging off the old mill in Waterford.

After explaining where I’d found the information, Cyril contacted Wikipedia (also on 15th March 2010) after which the image was immediately put up for deletion. Information here: Debate on Projected Image of Madeleine

RTG, the Wiki user who incorrectly labelled Molly’s photo as being an aged appearance of Madeleine has since explained that he uploaded it because of the likeness between the two girls (and nothing more?) Regardless, the removal of the image - even after nine days – is still being discussed. Currently the last statement on the debate page is that there is no copyright infringement.

To put the record straight, the issue isn’t copyright – it’s the fact that the image of Molly (“The Last Child”) is neither that of Madeleine nor a depiction of her and as they are fully aware of this then to my mind they are deliberately misleading their readers by leaving the image in situ on their “Disappearance of Madeleine McCann” page.

This is not the first time Wikipedia has come under the spotlight for displaying incorrect information on their pages. They can be forgiven for mistakes but to deliberately and knowingly retain misinformation and appearing reluctant to remove it, then to my mind that is unacceptable.

I doubt I’ll have as much confidence in Wikipedia as I once did and I am now extremely wary about using their site for future research/reference. It’s a shame because they had the potential to be a useful resource site.

Let's hope they do the right thing now and remove the image of Molly or at least the misleading title "Projected image of Madeleine as an older girl (shown draped over a building)."

In response to growing awareness about the dangers of artificial sweeteners, what does the manufacturer of one of the world's most notable artificial sweeteners do? Why, rename it and begin marketing it as natural, of course. This is precisely the strategy of Ajinomoto, maker of aspartame, which hopes to pull the wool over the eyes of the public with its rebranded version of aspartame, called "AminoSweet".

Over 25 years ago, aspartame was first introduced into the European food supply. Today, it is an everyday component of most diet beverages, sugar-free desserts, and chewing gums in countries worldwide. But the tides have been turning as the general public is waking up to the truth about artificial sweeteners like aspartame and the harm they cause to health. The latest aspartame marketing scheme is a desperate effort to indoctrinate the public into accepting the chemical sweetener as natural and safe, despite evidence to the contrary.

Aspartame was an accidental discovery by James Schlatter, a chemist who had been trying to produce an anti-ulcer pharmaceutical drug for G.D. Searle & Company back in 1965. Upon mixing aspartic acid and phenylalanine, two naturally-occurring amino acids, he discovered that the new compound had a sweet taste. The company merely changed its FDA approval application from drug to food additive and, voila, aspartame was born.

G.D. Searle & Company first patented aspartame in 1970. An internal memo released in the same year urged company executives to work on getting the FDA into the "habit of saying yes" and of encouraging a "subconscious spirit of participation" in getting the chemical approved.

G.D. Searle & Company submitted its first petition to the FDA in 1973 and fought for years to gain FDA approval, submitting its own safety studies that many believed were inadequate and deceptive. Despite numerous objections, including one from its own scientists, the company was able to convince the FDA to approve aspartame for commercial use in a few products in 1974, igniting a blaze of controversy.

In 1976, then FDA Commissioner Alexander Schmidt wrote a letter to Sen. Ted Kennedy expressing concern over the "questionable integrity of the basic safety data submitted for aspartame safety". FDA Chief Counsel Richard Merrill believed that a grand jury should investigate G.D. Searle & Company for lying about the safety of aspartame in its reports and for concealing evidence proving the chemical is unsafe for consumption.

Despite the myriad of evidence gained over the years showing that aspartame is a dangerous toxin, it has remained on the global market with the exception of a few countries that have banned it. In fact, it continued to gain approval for use in new types of food despite evidence showing that it causes neurological brain damage, cancerous tumors, and endocrine disruption, among other things.

The details of aspartame's history are lengthy, but the point remains that the carcinogen was illegitimately approved as a food additive through heavy-handed prodding by a powerful corporation with its own interests in mind. Practically all drugs and food additives are approved by the FDA not because science shows they are safe but because companies essentially lobby the FDA with monetary payoffs and complete the agency's multi-million dollar approval process.

Changing aspartame's name to something that is "appealing and memorable", in Ajinomoto's own words, may hoodwink some but hopefully most will reject this clever marketing tactic as nothing more than a desperate attempt to preserve the company's multi-billion dollar cash cow. Do not be deceived.

Midwives who refuse to give swine flu vaccine 'irresponsible'

Midwives who refuse to vaccinate pregnant women against swine flu are "irresponsible", the head of the Royal College of GPs has said.

Following reports that some patients were being advised to avoid the jab, or even denied it altogether, health authorities have sent out letters reminding midwives of their obligations.

Some women have concerns over being vaccinated while pregnant despite evidence showing they are at greater risk of complications, including miscarriage and death, if they contract swine flu.

Prof Steve Field told the Daily Telegraph: "It is irresponsible for health professionals not to follow the guidance and to actively dissuade women from having the vaccine.

"This is a professional matter and all the professions are united on the advice."

Prof Field said the College had received dozens of emails from GPs who had been confronted by women who said their midwife had given them conflicting advice.

Any nurse or midwife who continues to reject Government advice over the swine flu vaccine may have to account for their actions to the professional regulator, the Nursing and Midwifery Council, if a complaint was made.

The letter sent out to midwives says: "All pregnant women in the UK have been prioritised for the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine as an ‘at risk’ group.

"However, there has been accumulating evidence that some nurses and midwives are either refusing to immunise pregnant women or strongly advising women against this option.

"While some uncertainty, and in some cases resistance to new vaccines is understandable, we are writing to reassure nurses and midwives of the safety of the H1N1 vaccines, and the significantly increase risk of severe complications in pregnant women who contract the virus, compared with the rest of the population."

The letter is signed by the heads of the Royal College of Midwives, the Royal College of General Practitioners and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Christina McKenzie, Head of Midwifery, at the NMC, said: "Nurses and midwives are accountable for their actions and omissions within the NMC code: Standards of performance and ethics for nurses and midwives (2008). They must follow their employer's local policies and be able to justify their decisions should their actions cause harm.

"We would strongly advises nurses and midwives to follow the Department of Health guidelines to support the vaccination of pregnant women. Although the decision to follow guidelines rests with the individual nurses and midwives should remain mindful of their obligations under the code."

Members of the online forum Mumsnet said their midwives had told them 'not to touch the vaccine with a barge pole'.

Several members expressed concern over having the vaccine.

The letter sets out the latest safety data saying more than 65 million doses of H1N1 vaccines have been administered so far worldwide and the World Health Organisation has said they have 'an excellent safety profile'.

It also highlights WHO data which shows that up to one in ten of people admitted to hospital are pregnant women despite pregnant women making up around one per cent of the population at any one time.

Meanwhile the European medicines regulator has said children having their second dose of the swine flu jab may develop a high fever.

Parents and doctors are being urged to keep watch on a child's temperature after research found they were more likely to suffer a fever – above 38C (100F) – following the second dose compared with after the first.

Youngsters were also more likely to suffer soreness at the site of injection as well as drowsiness, irritability and loss of appetite after the second dose.

British children under 10 in high-risk groups are currently receiving two 0.25ml doses of the Pandemrix vaccine, which is half a normal adult dose. The doses are being given at least three weeks apart.

Experts at the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) said the "findings were unexpected as they were not seen with the mock-up vaccine".

Five year old boy dies. Another case of Swine Flu scaremongering?

Three large media outlets: Telegraph, Guardian and BBC News have all reported on the Emberton five year old boy who died at Milton Keynes hospital of suspected swine flu. They’ve all mentioned that the Emberton School was closed as a precaution and all have reported the sadness expressed by the head teacher and all three newspapers have implied he died of “suspected swine flu”.

The BBC even states that they spoke with the head teacher, Steve Dunning.

What none of these apparent respected newspaper discloses is that five year Charlie Callaghan was sent home from school on the Friday because of a high fever, the following day he was admitted into Milton Keynes hospital where he was administered medication. At 6:00am the following day he had a fit and continued to fit throughout the ambulance journey and was pronounced dead shortly after he arrived at Milton Keynes hospital at 7:23am on Sunday.

The coroner told Charlie’s grandparents that it seems swine flu was definitely confirmed but the pathologist can’t at the moment say what the cause of death is. A full inquest won’t take place now until July 5, 2010!

It “seems” swine flu was “definitely” confirmed... using those two words in the same sentence is contradictory in itself. Either it was defiantly confirmed or it wasn’t.

My point is: The Telegraph, The Guardian and the BBC News failed to report that little Charlie Callaghan was given medication after which he convulsed and later died...is it too much to ask the coroner and/or pathologist if it’s possible that little Charlie Callaghan’s death was a result of the medication? Is it too much to ask of the BBC, Guardian and Telegraph to report the whole truth rather than stir the population into believing Charlie died as a result of “suspected swine flu?”

Unfortunately, nowhere (to my knowledge) has it been stated what kind of medication was administered to Charlie for his “suspected swine flu.” Sadly as is all too often the case the essential information is conspicuous by its absence.

How many other deaths have been attributed to the so called swine flu when in fact the deaths may have been as a result from medication administered for suspected cases? Going by the way the news has deliberately left out the most important information in Charlie Callaghan’s case...maybe all.

So that’s clear then...we all know where we stand.

Spain: Swine Flu Vaccinations to Start in November

HEALTH Minister, Trinidad Jiménez, has announced that the programme for administering the AH1N1 anti-viral drug to the part of the population considered to be most at risk will begin in November.

She said the criteria for receiving the vaccination is the same all over the country and the programme will be carried out on the same date.

The health ministry says 40 per cent of the population will be vaccinated. This meansat least 800,000 people living in Alicante Province considered to be at risk could qualify.

The at risk group includes medical staff, pregnant women, people who are chronically ill and children up to the age of 14.

A ministry spokesman said the at risk group would only be amplified if it was vitally necessary and there was agreement at EU level.

CBS News Exclusive: Study Of State Results Finds H1N1 Not As Prevalent As Feared

(CBS) If you've been diagnosed "probable" or "presumed" 2009 H1N1 or "swine flu" in recent months, you may be surprised to know this: odds are you didn’t have H1N1 flu.

In fact, you probably didn’t have flu at all. That's according to state-by-state test results obtained in a three-month-long CBS News investigation.

The ramifications of this finding are important. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Britain's National Health Service, once you have H1N1 flu, you're immune from future outbreaks of the same virus. Those who think they've had H1N1 flu -- but haven't -- might mistakenly presume they're immune. As a result, they might skip taking a vaccine that could help them, and expose themselves to others with H1N1 flu under the mistaken belief they won't catch it. Parents might not keep sick children home from school, mistakenly believing they've already had H1N1 flu.

Why the uncertainty about who has and who hasn't had H1N1 flu?

In late July, the CDC abruptly advised states to stop testing for H1N1 flu, and stopped counting individual cases. The rationale given for the CDC guidance to forego testing and tracking individual cases was: why waste resources testing for H1N1 flu when the government has already confirmed there's an epidemic?

Some public health officials privately disagreed with the decision to stop testing and counting, telling CBS News that continued tracking of this new and possibly changing virus was important because H1N1 has a different epidemiology, affects younger people more than seasonal flu and has been shown to have a higher case fatality rate than other flu virus strains.

CBS News learned that the decision to stop counting H1N1 flu cases was made so hastily that states weren't given the opportunity to provide input. Instead, on July 24, the Council for State and Territorial Epidemiologists, CSTE, issued the following notice to state public health officials on behalf of the CDC:

"Attached are the Q&As that will be posted on the CDC website tomorrow explaining why CDC is no longer reporting case counts for novel H1N1. CDC would have liked to have run these by you for input but unfortunately there was not enough time before these needed to be posted (emphasis added)."

On Aug. 4, CBS News asked the CDC for e-mail communications to states and other documents regarding the guidance and its rationale. When CDC did not provide us with the documents, such as state-by-state numbers prior to halting testing and tracking, we filed a Freedom of Information request with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). More than two months later, the request has not been fulfilled.
We asked all 50 states for their statistics on state lab-confirmed H1N1 prior to the halt of individual testing and counting in July. The results reveal a pattern that surprised a number of health care professionals we consulted. The vast majority of cases were negative for H1N1 as well as seasonal flu, despite the fact that many states were specifically testing patients deemed to be most likely to have H1N1 flu, based on symptoms and risk factors, such as travel to Mexico.

It’s unknown what patients who tested negative for flu were actually afflicted with since the illness was not otherwise determined. Health experts say it’s assumed the patients had some sort of cold or upper respiratory infection that is just not influenza.

With most cases diagnosed solely on symptoms and risk factors, the H1N1 flu epidemic may seem worse than it is. For example, on Sept. 22, this alarming headline came from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.: "H1N1 Flu Infects Over 250 Georgetown Students."

H1N1 flu can be deadly and an outbreak of 250 students would be an especially troubling cluster. However, the number of sick students came not from lab-confirmed tests but from "estimates" made by counting "students who went to the Student Health Center with flu symptoms, students who called the H1N1 hotline or the Health Center's doctor-on-call, and students who went to the hospital's emergency room."

Without lab testing, it's impossible to know how many of the students actually had H1N1 flu. But the statistical trend indicates it was likely much fewer than 250.

CDC continues to monitor flu in general and H1N1 through "sentinels," which basically act as spot-checks to detect trends around the nation. But at least one state, California, has found value in tracking H1N1 flu in greater detail.

"What we are doing is much more detailed and expensive than what CDC wants," said Dr. Bela Matyas, California's Acting Chief of Emergency Preparedness and Response. "We're gathering data better to answer how severe is the illness. With CDC's fallback position, there are so many uncertainties with who's being counted, it's hard to know how much we're seeing is due to H1N1 flu rather than a mix of influenza diseases generally. We can tell that apart but they can't."

After our conversation with Dr. Matyas, public affairs officials with the California Department of Public Health emphasized to CBS News that they support CDC policy to stop counting individual cases, maintaining that the state has the resources to gather more specific testing data than the CDC.

Because of the uncertainties, the CDC advises even those who were told they had H1N1 to get vaccinated unless they had lab confirmation. "Persons who are uncertain about how they were diagnosed should get the 2009 H1N1 vaccine."

That's unwelcome news for a Marietta, Georgia mom whose two children were diagnosed with "probable" H1N1 flu over the summer. She hoped that would mean they wouldn't need the hastily developed H1N1 flu vaccine. However, since their cases were never confirmed with lab tests, the CDC advises they get the vaccine. "I wish they had tested and that I knew for sure whether they had it. I'm not anxious to give them an experimental vaccine if they don't need it."

Speaking to CBS' "60 Minutes," CDC Director Dr. Frieden said he has confidence that the vaccine will be safe and effective: "We're confident it will be effective we have every reason to believe that it will be safe."

However, the CDC recommendation for those who had "probable" or "presumed" H1N1 flu to go ahead and get vaccinated anyway means the relatively small proportion of those who actually did have H1N1 flu will be getting the vaccine unnecessarily. This exposes them to rare but significant side effects, such as paralysis from Guillain-Barre syndrome.

It also uses up vaccine, which is said to be in short supply. The CDC was hoping to have shipped 40 million doses by the end of October, but only about 30 million doses will be available this month.

The CDC did not response to questions from CBS News for this report.
