As I've said in a few of my previous posts that I may say sorry to all of you who are visiting and dropping EC on my blog because I can't visit or drop EC back with you guys this week for the reason we are quite busy here preparing things for us to move in the Philippines. Yes, since 3 days ago which was the closing of the house here I thought about I couldn't visit back or dropped EC but those days past I was able to after all.

Now I apologize for not visiting or drop EC with you guys starting tomorrow and until we arrived in the Philippines. I try my best to catch up all things in this blog from updating to visiting and dropping EC. I hope the Internet connection there will abide me.

Deal of the house sale is done today

With all the trouble we had with the house closing the past few weeks or months, finally today it's over. I am happy that the deal of the house sale is done today due to the fact that it's really has been hard for us to wait for the bank and FHA to get this closing done. Last week we thought that it was over and we would have to put the house up for sale again but our Realtor agent tried her best to pursue the deal and a few days ago my husband received calls from our agent that she found a way to make a deal, so she called for a new meeting to fix the problem which gave us hope again, thanks to God. So yesterday our Realtor agent talked to my husband regarding the new deal and yes my husband agreed with the deal and then she set the house closing for today. Now, we are both very happy and reserved a flight again going to the Philippines.

This week for sure I am very busy preparing things here and probably I can't visit or drop back to your site, I am so sorry for that guys. Once everything is Ok and I'm in the Philippines, I will try my best to visit or drop EC on your site again.

There are lots of outdoor work to be missed in cold weather. Since the start of cool weather here, I missed outdoor work such cleaning the yard, biking and walking. There are lots of leaves from the trees in our front and backyard, we couldn't even get started cleaning up yet. Probably we are going to wait till all the dead leaves fall all on the ground. Let's talk about our favorite subject or subjects in school. If you ask me what my favorite subject was when I was in school, my answer would be Mathematics. Yes, the reason why I like mathematics is that there is nothing long to memorize or enumerate. I can honestly say that it wasn't easy for me to learn Math in fact when I was in Secondary school I needed Algebra help. At the time tutorial help was not available to me. I like to watch Travel Channel

Many times I shared about how I like to watch the Travel Channel at channel 56. The reasons I like it, there are lots of shows which are very interesting. Anyway, there are some channels I like aside from the channel 56 especially if they are reality and interesting shows. But back to the Travel Channel, recently I watched the Ghost adventure with Zack, Nick and Aaron. I do really like that show since it started. Even if it scares me I still like it due to the fact that you can hear what they hear and see some sorts of lights and shadows from the Ghosts. Do you believe in ghost? Myself, I think I do but I never encountered one and I'm not wishing too, lol. Anyway, Happy Halloween to all!!!

It is a nice feeling to communicate with a long time friend whom I couldn't chit chat with for a very long time. Yes, I felt happy after I talking on the phone with my friend from Bohol, Philippines. The last time I heard from her was through YM and I just heard a little info about how she was doing. That time she told me that she had a good news which she couldn't share with me yet so I was really wondering what news she had. So tonight while talking with her, I heard a baby sound on her line but I just waited until she shared with me that she has a baby and yes she has a 2 months baby girl and I was happy for her especially she's been longing to have a baby for so long. New layout

Yes I made my new layout days ago. I had so many things on mind it was hard for me to make, but I finally did it by thinking positive. There were things goin' on here that really made me depressed and disappointed. For that I tried my best to find something to amuse me aside from my little boy who really gives me strength and happiness but sometimes I need something to do which led me to play games online and to make a new header on my blog. The result of the header and layout was so dark, lol, seems fit of my feelings that I had that time, which depressed and frustrated.

Hurt and disappointed

As I've said in my few previous post, the house closing was scheduled already for Thursday of last week. At the time we were happy and at the same time I was nervous, the reason was, I'm not sure if every thing's OK. The Thursday came and we went to the place where the house closing was to take place and then one of the staff said, the house closing won't happen because the FHA inspector never signed the inspection approval. See, how bad she/he really was. The reason for me being nervous was justified there and I felt hurt and disappointed especially when we tried our best to make this deal happen. The staff gave a new time for the house closing yesterday and still nothing happened because of her/him. So my husband and I decided that we are going to give up on this deal and cancel our flight for tomorrow going to the Philippines and put this house back on the market again especially because they changed the agreement, instead of the buyer paying the closing cost, now they just newly insist that they won't pay it. Which means we would have to pay the closing cost and receive a lower amount than we expected. Since we are hurt and disappointed about what they did we already canceled our flight to the Philippines and we'll continue with our plans to sell the house again. While writing this, my husband heard from the Realtor again who said the FHA has cleared the closing for tomorrow. Well let's see what surprises they have for us this time.

It's been a nice day with nice sunshine and a warm weather here. We are in the 70's today and enjoying the change of weather since we had some cooler weather for weeks or months or so, lol, really forgot when the cool weather started. Anyway, as I've said, we enjoyed the warm weather today, yes we did and we had a nice walk in the afternoon going to the store to buy our daily needs for our final days here until we go to the Philippines! The first day of the week here is quite OK but we still continue to wait for the house closing! Yes we thought we would hear something new today after the last inspection which was Friday of last week. I just only hope that every thing is OK so that it will put a big smile on my face!

Yes I am hoping all the time that this deal will close. Thinking about it everyday makes more wrinkles on my face, lol. It's really so stressful sometimes especially if my mind, heart and body are ready to go and most of all we are excited as well but due to some hindrances that we can't help, we have to wait and we do the best we can to be alright. Sometimes we thought of giving up and put the house up for sale again. Well, let us see what news next update will bring.

To update our house sale

To update our house sale, the processing is still stuck in the corner of the FHA loan. Yes as I've shared a couple months ago that we already had a buyer for the house and we're just waiting for the house closing. As I've said in a few of my updates the buyer used FHA for financing the loan for this house and we were happy with that because we thought every thing's OK and after weeks of waiting for the house closing, the realtor told my husband that the final inspector of FHA said that the garage needs some painting of the peeling paint. So my husband didn't hesitate to do it because we need this deal to be done. Unfortunately the final inspector inspected the garage again without knowing we were here and didn't approve the work of my husband. So we had no idea what to do in fact we did our best to please him or her. It would have been a better idea if she or he came to the house to inspect the garage paint and tell us what's the problem directly. Why did she or he disapprove of the paint on the garage and then wouldn't let us see her or him when she or he inspected the garage. Last week the one who really inspected the entire house told my husband what she wanted was to scrape the peeling paint off the garage door and then put two coats of paint on just the areas where the paint had peeled, so my husband did it again but the strict final inspector again had a problem with it. He never approved it and said he wants the entire garage door painted with two coats! Well, my husband had no choice but to paint the whole door garage to pleased the hard headed final inspector for the FHA loan. Now, after the whole garage door has been painted twice, we haven't heard any comments from them again, whether they approve of it or not and even our realtor never heard from them. Honestly if we are not so eager to sell this house we probably would have no more PATIENCE here. It is really hard to deal with two different inspectors who have two different requirements to satisfy. I say this because if we had only one inspector probably the house deal would have closed already. I have no idea if that's the regulation of FHA loan or just the personal intention of the employee towards us, but why do they do that? It really isn't fair to the the sellers especially since we have to sell the house for 1/3 of the true value. It really is so tiring and really so hard to deal with and please them especially when we can't talk or communicate with them directly, just through our realtor. Well, still hoping though.
