A few years back, I received an e-mail from Enlightened Beings. It contained a link to order The Manifesting Manual How to Raise Your Manifesting Vibration and Effortlessly Materialize Anything Your Heart Desires!


It was just the "missing link" I'd been needing to help enrich my life.


I had a lot going for me, and was generally, a happy person. I just wasn't doing what I really wanted to do. I always wanted to be a "stay-home 'mom,'" and have plenty of time to write books. Like most people, however, I had to work a 40 hour a week job, in order to make a living.


Then, I ordered: The Manifesting Manual. I soon started receiving the Enlightened Beings e-mails on a regular basis. These e-mails, along with the manual, and other materials downloaded from their site, have helped transform my life. I've just become a "stay-home mom," and have accomplished my hearts desire of becoming an author, as well.

Locally, in Brevard County's town of Viera, there is going to be an Asthma Walk, held by the American Lung Assoication.  It is at the Space Coast Stadium, starting at 10 AM, this Saturday, May 16, 2009.  Registration is free, and begings at 9 AM.    


I will be doing a brief promotion of Faithful Devotion, For Michael, my husbands first born son, who died of Asthma. 
Paradoxically, I owe my Respiratory Care career to my husband, Pete.  I became a Respiratory Therapist as a direct result of taking care of him during his final battle of cancer.  So my representing "his" book, as well as his son, is very apropos for this American Lung Association occasion; and should be a lot of fun!  I will be giving away one book, and some free T-shirts!

Faithful Devotion is a true story of one man's struggle to be heard in the geopolitical arena of Washington DC, which spawned him.  His life-long struggle was to fight communism, to keep America the strong nation it had always been.

After sometime in the Naval Air Corps and the Aviation Cadet Corps in WWII, Alvin Louis ("Peter") Smith, Jr. enlisted in the Army, and was an Officer graduate before his 22nd birthday.  The caption under his graduation picture states, "Pete looks forward to the day when he will command an outfit in Uncle Sam's Infantry."  The following year he was sent to Korea, and at the age of 23, he was training and commanding 1400 Korean Guerrillas.

Soon after the Korean Conflict, the reader is taken to Port Said, Egypt, where Vice Counsel, Smith gets involved in espionage, intrigue and murder.

Later, these themes will follow him in the Vietnam War, where he is arrested for the murder of a Vietnamese spy.

The story brings the reader into Pete's personal life struggles, as well, with his first marriage, the loss of their son, and with a May/December love in his second marriage .
