I watched most of Leo's launch party live. Among the many exciting activities offered in the party pack was a puzzle. Leo and his party guests decided to run a race to see who would finish first...Leo performing his Windows 7 clean install or his guests completing the puzzle. Of course, the puzzle won. So during the TwiT episode, Leo was retelling this story and must have shown his guests a picture of the puzzle.

From what I've heard so far, Google Wave looks to be "the next big thing" in online collaboration. During the show, Leo and Kevin demo Ribbit, which brings voice collaboration to Google Wave. It seems that Google Wave could replace Instant messaging, online meeting applications, VoIP applications, and perhaps even email.

On TWist Episode 16 Jason talked about an idea to have fans of an artist pay a subscription fee to receive news and bonus mp3s from the artist.

I am a big fan of Pandora.com. Jason's idea inspired me to start thinking about the possibilities for Pandora and a subscription model. On Pandora, a user creates a custom "radio station" that the user seeds with artists and songs and then trains by giving selections a thumbs up or a thumbs down. In addition, users are offered the ability to bookmark a song or even purchase a song.
