dad went outstation for business so i tagged along to look for a few of my collegemates

just started using Instagram

most of the pictures in this post is taken with the app

sorta forgot about its existence

it has been hiding in my closet for the longest time ever

finally putting it to use

it started to rain cats and dogs when we reached the highway

stopped by ipoh to pick SY up

reached alor setar around 11-ish and checked into our hotel

we then met up with jzee and kaizheng for dinner/supper somewhere around Sentosa mall

ordered fish & chips, chicken chop, tom yam and ikan bakar

this pot of soup is really spicy!

the ikan bakar is TOTALLY black!

the following day we got up real early to watch the sunrise

unfortunately it was raining and there were lotsa clouds so we didnt really get to see it.

went to Kaizheng's place for a while as he had to run some errands

Kaizheng then brought us to what we call as the 'Telekom Tower'

the entire town has flies EVERYWHERE

seriously cannot eat in peace as the flies keep buzzing around

the locals are so used to the flies that they can eat with them and couldn't even be bothered D;

behold, the "town of flies" right here in Malaysia

be sure to visit

dropped SY back in ipoh and we went back to KL

went to the FIRST concert ever in my life

thanks to my cousin who gave me the tix

love him to bits ♥

got meiling to accompany me and be the driver for the day

headed over to sunway to collect the tix and we stopped by for lunch @ Pasta Zanmai

i have no idea why she was posing with my food! lol

i forgot what its called

some kind of creamy mushroomy thing

tastes good (:

tastes very HEALTHY as in like it tastes green xD

its nice also.

so we got to Putra Indoor Stadium around 7.30 ish

as we were queuing up to enter the stadium,

we then realized that mineral bottles and food will be confiscated at the entrance

meiling and i were like @#$%^^%$

we bought like tonnes of pastries before we came over

i even had a whole loaf of bread with me! ROFLMAO i know x)

hell we are not gonna let them take it so we walked out of the line and started stuffing all the food and bottles into our bags,concealing them with our wallets, handphones and some other random stuff.

we then walked back in line and prayed for the best.

we managed to get pass without those security people noticing all the "illegal" stuff we had >:D

that moment back then was really funny shit!

hard to explain x)

we missed the opening act as we were queuing for the washroom and the best part is,

only one freaking cubicle was working!

so can you imagine the crowd?

really, it sounds as though i've lost my marbles and i've become this really insane person

i must say that the stage setup was really awesome

lights and everything is just fantastic

her live performances are so so so much better than her recorded versions!

her ballads sounds really good but her up tempo songs kinda hancur la

third performing act was by Cindy 袁詠琳

i had to delete all her vids to make way for jay chou's performance

sorry but i dont know her nor know her songs that well :p

i admit to screaming hysterically like a crazy fangirl when he came on stage

i bet meiling was like O__O when i screamed my lungs out

that feeling was surreal!

i cant believe i finally get to see him perform live!

it felt like a freaking dream man!

i was so close to where he was!

he was like the size of my thumb! HAHAHA

since its a short sem, everything is like on fast forward mode.

seriously mad exhausted!

thank goodness i managed to get myself together and pull myself through all this.

there has been alot of ups and downs, nevertheless i've learnt and achieved so much for the past few months.

it also appears that i've been getting lesser amount of sleep time as each sem progresses.

and by the time i enter year 3, probably i wont even have the time to sleep.

just finished my mid term moral paper today and it sucks balls.

that sub is filled with confusing shit.

anyhow, most of my assignments are done and i can finally have a little breather before i continue working on my major assignments next week.

hell yeah assignments NEVER stops coming. not in my college.

here are some of the stuff i've worked on for the past few weeks.

the comment i got from my lecturer for this rendering was,

* overall not bad

* light from the light source. draw it properly!!!

light source? when i looked back at my rendering i seriously LMFAO!!!

seriously ugly! hahaha. i think it was because my white pencil doesn't go on the paper so i was pissed and started scribbling it with white pen x)

every week, my lecturer would paste good artworks at the back of the class.

mine got pasted a few times but ever since we stopped using colour pencils and began using markers, it was like doomsday.

seriously damn disappointing.

i didnt know how to use markers and my rendering would usually end up looking like a piece of shit.

i've then started to dread rendering. it emo-fies me.

but after like 4 or 5 months drowning in frustration, my rendering got pasted. LIKE FINALLY!

well it isn't that fantastic compared to my other classmate's work.

this may be the first and only marker rendering of mine to be put up, but im totally psyched!

mad happy. the satisfaction is indescribable.

perseverance DOES pay off!

i've always liked the rain.

it somehow gives me this calm and homey feeling.

and it feels as though all my worries are being washed away.

Reminisces of Clean&Clear 2010

on this very month, about a year ago.

sayie and i took part in the Clean&Clear BFF competition that runs in Facebook.

submitted this photo of ours and we had our friends to vote for it.

we participated just for fun

little did we know, we received a supportive amount of votes.

thanks to these votes, we got shortlisted for a screening session.
