We recently made a video for a contest to meet ukulele artist Jake Shimabukuro. For the video Rowan had to explain how playing the ukulele has influenced her in a positive way. She envisioned playing in a field of wildflowers at sunset – and I think we accomplished the perfect location. I’m so proud of this girl and it would mean so much if you would like this video and make a comment on Youtube!

Here is a fun pull-back from a recent wildflower session. This season was so much fun. Too bad the rain is keeping me away from the field this weekend – but hopefully there will be a few bright days left before the flowers all die until next spring.

Because of the rain last weekend I’ve added one more weekend of wildflower mini sessions for this weekend – April 25th and 26th only. I have only ~~4 spots~~ 3 spots left for my annual spring wildflower sessions. These 20 minute sessions are for families up to 6, couples, maternity, kid’s – whatever you want! Your session includes a Session DVD of 20 digital files with a booklet of inspiration of really cool stuff you can do with your pictures and a Moving Portrait to share online with family and friends. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. You can order online here and I will contact you to verify time slot and send you directions to the field. Feel free to contact me with any questions -but once these sessions are booked – that’s it. I have no more time slots available until next season!

I’m super excited to finally introduce a new product that I’m adding to ALL my digital collections – the session book. I’m in the process of creating a really cute movie that showcases the session book but I wanted to share a few behind the scenes from the movie that I’ll be previewing on the blog in just a little bit. You may recognize this family from their recent session that I blogged here - I filmed their reaction when I came over to their home to deliver their Session Album and I just can’t wait to share the movie – total cuteness! I’m off to Atlanta to photograph my baby sister’s wedding on Saturday – I will return emails and phone calls on Monday! Have a great weekend!
