I don't believe in completing depriving yourself of the foods you love that don't fit into your eating plan.

I do believe in planning in advance when you will eat them, having only a few treats a week, and really enjoying the experience. This way you can still eat anything you want! 

One food you should never eat is anything which is nutritionally poor which you don't absolutely love.
