I know what you’re thinking, that is so not for me because you’re afraid you’ll look like you ate a radiation lollipop and start beaming white to outer space. Never fear, because that is far from the case. Since UV whitening does provide drastic results, it’s not necessary for us regular folks who don’t have drastic stains. Our teeth change color naturally with age and usage a simple refresher is all they need.

Recently, I gave Rembrandt’s whitening strips a try; they whiten teeth in as little as five days. The box contains lower and upper strips which are to be used for 30 mins per day. They can be used morning or night, doesn’t matter, but keep it consistent and try not to skip a day. I opted to wear mine in the evening and found that they were super easy to apply and stayed on snug. There was no bleachy taste, strange colored trays, or nasty residue. The strips instantly hug your teeth and are very comfortable once on. I noticed that a lot of reviewers complain about teeth sensitivity when it comes to teeth whitening products and strips. With that in mind, I made a point not to get them to let them go over my gums. My best advice while using is not bite down on them, so then they’ll stay where placed. Also, prior to the application I brushed and flossed my teeth so that they were clean, it doesn’t say this is necessary, but just seems like common sense to me.

My results after the first two uses weren’t too noticeable, just felt like I had super clean teeth, after the fourth and fifth I could tell they were naturally whiter. Not in an obnoxiously white way, but a natural way. I’m very happy with the results as I experienced no side effects, discomfort, or heightened sensitivity. The results will last about six months if maintained with proper teeth brushing.

“I went for old school Hollywood style with a modern twist,” said Harry. “The shape and silouette are classic, but I roughed it up a little and loosened the waves to make the look less up tight.” Harry began by applying John Frieda’s Luxurious Volume Bountiful Body Mousse to Rose’s wet hair to add texture.

EXPERT TIP: “Before you start styling, add tons of Luxurious Volume Mousse to sectioned off hair. It will give hair the texture it needs to help the waves set and stay in all night,” explains Harry.

Harry blow dryed the hair with a round brush section by section. Using a small curling iron, he wrapped each section with the iron pointed down. Then he brushed out the curls until he achieved the perfect wave.
