    This workshop, &lt;b&gt;Session 3: Financial Projections, &lt;/b&gt;is a two-part workshop designed to teach you to develop financial projections to see if your business concept is feasible in dollars. You will learn the importance of having a financial plan. You will look at start-up costs, operating expenses, breakeven analysis, the financial risks and rewards and what funds will be needed to finance your business. You will see how financial statements are used to help manage your business. Don't panic! An experienced
    SCORE mentor will be there to guide you through the numbers.

The firm's lawyers will provide counseling on commercial business transactions, employment matters, contract law, litigation, intellectual property law, bankruptcy and tax, among other areas. These sessions will not address divorce, child custody, Chapter 13 bankruptcy or Home Foreclosures.

    The sessions will be&amp;nbsp;provided monthly from &lt;b&gt;6:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m&lt;/b&gt;. and &lt;b&gt;7:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m.&lt;/b&gt; Members will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire before meeting with the lawyers.     SCORE, the Corp of Retired Business Executives, is teaming with the Chamber to bring you new opportunities to get assistance in growing and improving your business.

    As an added service, SCORE executives will send a team of two or three executives, with experience in your area of business, onsite to your business to help you create new opportunities for growth in these difficult economic times or give you guidance on new funding available through the various stimulus programs the administration is providing. You will learn what information a bank needs to consider you loan request. You will learn what key elements go into the bank&amp;rsquo;s loan decision. You will learn to recognize your financial strengths and weaknesses.
