My Tita loves to buy products from Bath & Body works and  I’m lucky because she always have something for me! *big grin*

I just started using the mosturizing hand soap with Velvet Tuberose scent, so feminine and I love it! I guess this one is my favorite. I have already asked my tita to buy me a fragrance mist! *keeping my fingers crossed*  hahaha

Last night the jackpot prize for the PCSO 6/49 Super lotto draw reached Php150,952.60 (more than $3,000!). So I asked my Tatay to place my bet yesterday afternoon. The numbers I picked were 10-27-9-19-36-45.

And even if the unthinkable happens — if you and your loved ones are taken from this life — know that a better life awaits on the other side. Heaven is where all this world’s wrongs are made right.

So you see, although there’s plenty you could worry about, you don’t have to worry about a thing, I’m taking care of you!

It was such a beautiful Sunday morning and I found these eye catching yellow flowers from my Mom’s humble garden… *wink*

So I grab my sister’s digicam and start taking pictures. But after uploading the pictures comes the dilema of finding the name of each one. *big grin*

I love reading her column, Inside Out on the Lifestyle Wellness section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer every Tuesday. Especially if she shares diet and weight loss tips. *wink*.

Here are simple healthy tips she shares on her column last Tuesday (Aug. 4).

1. Make a list of foods high in nutrition like green vegetables, fruits, whole grain items, organic fish/chicken.

2. Place your favorite photo, featuring a sexy you, on the refrigerator door. This will prevent you from giving in your cravings. *hmm.. i guess i need a help from a friend to have my picture photoshopped! hahaha*

3. Plan an exercise program with your son/daughter/friend. If you slacken, the other is responsible for pulling you back on track.

4. Reward yourself and/or each other each time you meet a health target (just don’t make it a big bowl of banana split or an entire chocolate cake). Example: If your target is to lose 20 lb, determinea prize for a certain loss category. For every 3 lb, gift yourself!
