Releasing on Auto-Pilot

Effortless releasing

Would you like to be releasing on auto-pilot without ANY effort on your side? Sounds good, heh? :)

Well, here is something I discovered ... accidentally. :)

Experiencing releasing on auto-pilot

I was writing some articles on my laptop and in the background listening to Larry Crane’s Abundance Course on headphones.

I was not paying any conscious attention to what he was talking about.

But the surprising discovery was that I was still releasing! I could feel energies in my chest and stomach being released! Awesome! :)

I have been practicing witness state meditation - observing world in action. Just like a movie director is watching a scene shoot and not getting emotionally involved, because he knows that this is just a show. So it was nothing new to me to observe what is happening without attachment or judgment and release that energy from me.

But this time was different - I was not paying any attention to what Larry Crane was saying, I didn’t know what I was releasing!

Which is good - by not paying attention I was not giving any more power and energy to the issue being released. :)

I believe this is what Lester Levenson meant as a releasing meditation - constant releasing on auto-pilot.

One should work or act with non-attachment, and take the attitude of that he is not the doer. Just be the witness. Then releasing meditation can go on, and through practice, it becomes constant.

Watch the world becoming your classroom

The main point is that with a little practice everyone can learn to be in a releasing state 24/7. It becomes our second nature. Just as easy as breathing.

We can observe what is happening around us and release these energies from us.

Let me give you an example - imagine you are witnessing someone being arrogant. You may think that you are not arrogant, therefore you don’t have anything to release. But why did you experience someone being arrogant in your presence if you don’t have such vibrations in yourself? ;) Don’t worry about, just release the arrogance from yourself, let it go! :)

Feel yourself becoming lighter and happier! :))))

There are two more benefits to releasing on auto-pilot: suddenly the world becomes your classroom - literally - as you observe others and release. And it is more fun to release from a witness state than from your own direct experience, because own emotions are much more intense and painful.

Secondly - teaching the method deepens my understanding and knowledge of it. Yeah, I get my kicks from learning. ;)

What is Releasing all about?

Releasing is about getting rid of your subconscious emotional baggage. Mind viruses would be a more suitable term, in my opinion.

It is also the clearing of karma. Clearing energetic blockages.

Whichever description you prefer. All thoughts, emotions, memories, situation are energies. All is energy. Thus thoughts, emotions, memories, karma, energy blocks are all the same. Frozen, stilled energy that blocks and inhibits the flow of Life Force. Like giant boulders in a stream block the flow of water.

Get rid of the blockages and energy can flow freely again. And the good thing is that a freely flowing Life Force is what gives you happiness, joy, health, abundance in every way. It is the energy that creates worlds! What everyone and everything is made of. Powerful. :)

How will You benefit from Releasing?

Look at this donkey. What do you reckon - what would give greater effect - adding another donkey or getting rid of some of the weight? :)

This donkey looks funny, but that is how most of us are going about our lives - overburdened with garbage from our past.

In our case we have two options - increase power (positive thinking and visualizing) or decrease our weight (get rid of accumulated garbage). I use both methods. But I started out as a rather (very) negatively oriented person, so for me the biggest gains were from shredding unnecessary weight. :)

What’s next?! :)

This is just the beginning! But you don’t have to know where the path will take you. Trust the Divine will. Your soul will guide you. Trust and believe. It knows better. :)

I choose Larry, because he is more to the point, more structured, leaner. Hale, on the other hand, takes more time explain eveyrthing, even on the brink of being too long-winded.

My suggestion is for you to check out their websites, listen to their introductory content for free and feel which one resonates with you better.

Why I am studying the teachings of Abraham

It's my ticket for the fastest train to Freedom. Ultimate Freedom! It’s that simple! :)

Every one of us is seeking happiness, joy. But if we look real close, I mean - REAL close - we would find that happiness and joy is peace of mind, stillness, state of bliss.

There are two opposite ways of attaining peace - the positive way and the negative way.

The positive way is the fastest way. The negative way, respectively, is slower.

But they are not mutually exclusive. Actually, I have found them to be perfectly fitting together.

What is the Positive and Negative way?

It is nothing new. In fact, it is ancient practice. For example, one of the basic meditations of buddhists is meditation on the state of Buddha - when you imagine yourself being in the state of Buddha. Which is the same state of peace everyone is seeking. Subconsciously. From a soul level.

What is the negative way? Getting rid of blockages that are holding you back. Stones in your backpack - your subconscious mind programs, your karma.

I like to think of them this way - the positive way gives you direction and power, speed, and the negative way releases the brakes, reduces weight, so that you can travel faster and get to your destination faster.

Although the goal is not a destination really - it is a way of living, a journey, life!

Why I LOVE the teachings of Abraham

Well, for starters, they changed my life! :)

I love their style, their unique perspective and approach. I have not found any other teacher that could lift me up as much as Jerry & Esther do.

Even if I am feeling real down, I just have to put on their CD and start listening to any of their seminars and immediately I feel lifted up, lighter, happier! :)

In short - they are the best teachers of the Positive way I have found! :)) They have helped me to give my life direction and some traction. And I am absolutely sure that they can help you! :) Otherwise you would not be reading these words. ;)

Here is the essence of the Abraham-Hicks message, distilled from workshops with Abraham since 1986.

You are a Physical Extension of that which is Non-physical.

All-That-Is, or God, is not finished and waiting for you to catch up. You are the leading edge of thought, here seeking more: more of all that feels good to you, more of that which is fresh and gloriously uplifting. (You are, in essence, bringing heaven to earth.)

You are here in this body because you chose to be here.

You wanted the opportunity to experience this delicious contrast in time and space, and with great anticipation you came to co-create with other joy-seeking beings, to fine-tune the process of deliberate thought. (What, where, when and with whom are your choices, too.)

The basis of your life is Freedom; the purpose of your life is Joy.

You need not attract illness or pain as an excuse to leave. Your natural state coming, remaining or leaving is that of health and of Well-being. (You are free to choose otherwise.)

You can not die; you are Everlasting Life.

In grace, you may choose to relax and allow your gentle transition back into your Non-physical state of pure, positive Energy. Your natural state is that of Foreverness. (Have fun with all of this. Lighten up! You can't get it wrong.)

P.S. It is not necessary for even one other person to understand the Laws of the Universe or the processes that we are offering here in order for you to have a wonderful, happy, productive Life Experience for you are the attractor of your experience. Just you!

Why should you save?

To get a sense of security? Yes. To gain a stable footing in life? Yes. To be able to take opportunities provided by life? Definitely yes. But there is a much more important reason! A reason that outweighs all others! :)

Savings allow you to enjoy life! To the fullest! Why?

It’s really simple - savings give you a feeling of security, sure-footedness and guarantee. Savings are like a safety-net for an acrobat. Safe and secure future. Become more courageous un daring! Make decisions, take action. Dare to dream!!!

In other words - you start to feel more positive, optimistic and joyful! And that is the most important ingredient of dream! You see...every one of us is a creator. Creator! And we create first with our thoughts and emotions. Guess what kind of future we create for ourselves with positive thoughts and emotions?! ;)

There can be only one answer - positive, your ideal future! Everything that you have ever wished for has not disappeared. It all exists. All you have to do is let it in your life. It took a long time for me to understand this. To begin with - it was totally unclear to me how we could create, get something with only our thoughts and emotions. I mean - what is the role of our actions, physical efforts?! Because there is a great pleasure in doing what you love, enjoy, what interests you!

Action has its place in the creation process. Definitely. But it is different from what we have become accustomed to. The society teaches us to work hard, be patient and the success will come. We praise people who have overcome great obstacles and have changed their lives. But we are not talking here about this kind of action - full of struggle.

Can you remember a situation when you were so inspired, so overcome by a thought, a vision, an idea, that you could not wait to get busy with, to take action?! How good and uplifted you felt? Energized!! Everything was possible! There were no limits! That’s the kind of action I’m talking about! Inspired action! When we create first with our thoughts and emotions, then the biggest part of it is already done. The Universe has helped us to create. Then, all of a sudden, from nowhere we get these great ideas, inspiration, creativity that we have never seen and felt before. Ideas that let us fulfill our dream in the easiest way. With the least effort. Because we are in harmony with our desire, with our true nature, with the Creator. Observe nature...everything happens with the least effort! And that is the way it is supposed to be! :)

One man, who takes inspired action, guided by his or hers true nature, guided by the Creator, will accomplish much more than a million people who take action from the point of negative emotion, fear. Because he or she will allow the Creator to unfold through them! :)

But it is impossible for us to achieve such inspired state if we are worried about the future, our financial situation, economical crisis, depression, getting fired, oil prices etc. In that moment we are resisting the LIfe Force. We are not allowing the Creator’s energy to enter our lives. That is the only reason we feel bad! Because we are not in harmony with our true nature. Our soul knows that everything is and will be OK. All is well! It is not following our fears. And that creates disharmony and our bad feelings. But we can consciously, deliberately choose our thoughts in any moment, any situation. We can guide our attention, we can choose.

Just thing about it - what would your life be without fear, stress and worries about money? What would you do? How would you feel? How would you live? How would you travel? What would your day be like? Really feel that! :) ...fantastic, isn’t it? :)

That is why I believe that the most important reason and goal of savings is for you to feel safe, secure and free! That’s it. Feelings! If you already feel that way without savings - congratulations, you don’t need them. :)

As long as you can maintain this positive, optimistic and inspired feeling. But if you don’t have this feeling - then you need savings to create it. Put it another way - to put your logical mind at ease, make it comfortable and satisfied. That’s why we will approach savings rationally and logically. In a simple, step-by-step manner we will analyze what situations would require savings, what kind of savings and finally - where to start.

First of all - in what situations, for what reason we may need savings?

Crisis - personal and global.

Personal crisis can be a loss of job, smashed car, flooded flat etc. Global crisis - money and credits become more expensive, consumers spend less, companies pay less or lay of employees, who in turn can afford less. There can be even more dramatic situations, when existing money loses all its value and that forces to return to barter economy for some time - when goods are exchanged for other goods.

Questions - what kind of savings would work best in these kinds of situations? What is essential?

What are the essential characteristics of savings that will be required in such situations?

First of all - they have to keep their value. We want to be able in the future to afford at least the same amount of goods with our savings as now when we are creating those savings. In others words - we don’t want to lose value while saving. Otherwise there is no point in making savings, it’s against the logic.

Why would I save 1000 dollars today, if after 5 years when I want to use them I will be able to buy goods and services worth only 500 dollars? I would be wiser to spend them today!

This is where we face the first problem. Because modern currencies, in any country, lose their value very fast. Inflation. There is a simple reason for this - new money is being created in huge amounts all the time, which lowers its value. We can see the law of supply-and-demand in action here. The more there is a specific good, the less valuable it is. But there is another problem, which actually is at the root of inflation. A subtler problem.

You see - modern money is artificially created money! Even worse - it is a money without value. But let’s take it step-by-step. :)

Let me explain by an example of comparison. Imagine you have won a poker game in casino and you are given a huge pile of plastic casino chips that represent money. Just like James Bond in the movie Casino Royale! :) Tens of millions of dollars worth victory!! Imagine! Incredible feeling, isn’t it? :) But what would you do with all these chips?

Would you keep them, bring them home? Would you create your life’s savings with these casino chips? Or would you rather exchange them for real money?

I know what I would do. I’d definitely exchange them for real money. Because the casino chips are only valuable in that specific casino. It is agreed there that they represent money. But in real life they are useless. Logical, isn’t it?

Money originated in free-market. People exchanging goods, choosing freely, they observed that some goods are easier to exchange than other. Thus these demanded and valuable goods were used as a medium of exchange - money. And in time, all civilizations, bar none, have arrived at using gold and silver as money. Mostly because they were valuable and demanded goods. Maintained by their scarcity, durability, integrity, ease of transporting and storage. It is easier and more practical to store products of my labour in silver and gold coins than cows, grain or fish, isn’t it? :)

That is how free-market money - gold and silver - was born. This kind of money has one more very important characteristic - it is honest money. Let me explain - gold and silver can only be obtained in 3 ways - dig it up, take away from someone or earn it. It can not be made from nothing. Alchemists have tried to do that for centuries - to no avail. But what about modern currencies ?

Do they have their own intrinsic value? Have they originated as a result of peoples free choice? Are they honest? Can they be made from nothing? In infinite amounts?

The real value of modern currencies is even less than the value of the paper it is printed on - because it can not be used again without recycling it. It is artificially created. It is dishonest, because it can be created infinitely out of thin air. And it is being done all the time.

There’s no wonder the whole world is “fighting” inflation. That all currencies of the world are losing their value. And fast!

That is the answer to the first question - what kind of savings we need, what is essential. They have to keep their value. It has to be free-market money.

There is a logical next question - how can I be sure that free-market money will keep its value? What is the proof?

How about 5000 years of history? That is the history of gold and silver being used as money. And they have kept their purchasing power all these years. For example, now gold is priced at about 800 $ per ounce (one ounce is 31.1 gram). You can walk into any supermarket and buy a decent set of clothes for 800 $. A man can buy a suit, shirt, belt, shoes and coat. Properly dressed.

Let’s head back in the past. 1930’s in USA. The gold price was about 20 $/oz. In 1930’s for 20 $ a man could get dressed from head to toes. It was “other” US dollar, other prices. Nowadays for 20 $ I could probably buy a pair of socks. But what about savings in gold? In 1930’s one ounce of gold cost about 20 $, today it costs about 800 $. The same one ounce of gold. But today it buys equivalent set of clothing as in 1930’s.

Let’s look into history even further. 2000 years old history. The time of Roman empire, the time of Jesus. A set of decent clothing for a man would have been a toga, leather belt and sandals. Nobleman’s clothing. And it would have cost you 1 ounce of gold. The purchasing power of gold has not changed for 2000 years!! Because it is honest money, free-market money. Let’s look at another example.

The Soviet Union. A russian car Zhiguli cost around 10 000 rubles. Enough people had that kind of money. But oh well - they could not buy the car - nobody was selling. You had to wait for years and years in a queue until you were allowed to buy one. But then there were some people who managed to get their own Zhiguli without waiting. By exchanging gold rubles from the times of Tsar. Even in soviet times, when the free market officially did not exist, free-market money continued to work and was valuable!

Well, OK, OK. But how can I use this free-market money in the future?

That depend on the situation. So let’s look at some examples. Remember that this is a mental exercise to persuade your mind to feel safe and secure - so that you can feel free and enjoy life! Only with positive and happy thoughts and emotions we create ourselves a good and bright future! Convincing our mind with logical reasoning helps us overcome our fears, prejudices and believe in our bright future. We have to believe first for it to manifest. :))

Let’s start with the dreariest scenario - global crisis, when money loses all its value completely. Barter economy. Actually, this is the “most positive” scenario for savings in free-market money. If there can be anything positive about such crisis. :) That is the time of value questioning. History shows that people always return to proven values. Proven by centuries, even millennia. Gold and silver top the list.

Think about it. If such a situation arose - one of the first goods that you would need is food. So you go to the farmer and say that you would like to buy a bag of potatoes. What will you offer for this bag of potatoes? Plasma TV? Porsche Cayenne Turbo? A house on mortgage? Grandma’s silver service? Perhaps a gold coin? What do you think the farmer will most gladly accept?

There are many calculations about the price of gold in such situations. We are talking here about tens, even hundreds times of increase in gold price! Now gold costs about 800 $/oz. In such a crisis it can increase in a matter of hours to 10 000 $/oz, then 50 000 $/oz and even 1 000 000 $/oz. Or more. But it will not matter then any more. The only question will be - do you own gold.

This is the most extreme of situations. I hope it will never come. That would be a tragedy for everybody. Even those who would be prepared. So let’s talk about brighter future. :)

After 5, 10 maybe 20 years you want to exchange your savings for existing money to buy your dream car, a flat, a house or a trip around the world. What should you do?

There are a couple of options. The most profitable one is to offer your savings to people who already save in gold - they understand the value and buy it as an investment. That way you will get the best price.

The other option is pawnshops. The worst price. Definitely. But you get your money right away. It can be an advantage in some cases.

Oh yeah, there’s a third option. That you will never need to exchange your savings for money, because your life “rocks!” - that you have created with your positive thoughts and emotions! You can leave them to your children or grandchildren as a heritage. Explaining their importance, of course. :)) I wish you this scenario! :))

If you understand and accept these reasons to save in free-market money, then now you might be interested in - what kind of gold coins should I invest in? And how? And how many, after all? :)

We’ll take it step-by-step. Let’s start with what kind of gold coins should I invest in?

The most popular in the world are government issued gold coins. Canada, USA, The Republic of South Africa, China and Australia are among the most popular issuers. But the name says it all - these are government coins. And it is very, very important to note this fact - because these coins will always remain the property of government that has issued them. You may have paid the full retail price, but you don’t own them. You are only ever the bearer. Just like with your passport. It is not a free-market money!! These are not safe and secure savings. That is an absurd, in my opinion! :)

I save in free-market gold coins. Privately issued gold coins. Minted in Switzerland. And I own them. For all 100%! That is the most important benefit of these coins in my opinion - 100% ownership! I am willing to save only in assets that I own. But there are other benefits as well. :)

These coins have religious symbols on them. That matters because of one event. In 1933 the president of the USA Roosevelt issued an order that effectively confiscated all citizens of USA all gold and prohibited them from owning physical gold. The fine was 10 000 $ and/or 10 years in prison. And that was 1933! But there is one nuance - gold of religious importance was not confiscated. The confiscation of gold coins and bars could have been proclaimed as a patriotic act. But confiscation of religious items would have provoked a scandal.

Of course, minting religious symbols on coins does not guarantee that they can not be confiscated in the future. But you can be sure that you have done all there is to protect yourself.

The next benefit is that these coins are of small denominations. 11.4 and 2.85 grams of pure gold. Put it another way - full shekel and 1/4 shekel. What is a shekel? It’s simple - the oldest known measure of weight. You see - in the free-market the value of money is determined by two factors - weight and purity. Shekel is the first known measure of weight. But what good is it for you?

It’s simple - smaller weight coin cost less - and more people can afford them. No need anymore for tens of thousands of dollars to buy a heavy gold bar. You can buy one small coin for less than 100 $! And it will be 100% yours! :) Never in the history free-market money has been this affordable!

But that’s not the end of the story! :) I already mentioned that these coins are minted in Switzerland. It gets better - they are minted in one of the most important mints in the world that processess 10% of gold in the world! Each year! That is the Mercedes of gold mints! Pundits in the whole world are familiar with its quality. The name of this mint guarantees quality, security and reliability. The mint is called Argor Heraeus.

As you can see in the picture - each coin is packed with a certificate. The certificate states coin’s weight, purity and where it is minted. All of the most important information that determines coin’s worth. In three languages - english, german and french. This certificate guarantees that you will be able to easily sell the coin anywhere in the world, if you will ever have such a wish.
What is best of all - the price of this coin is very much like government issued coins. Just think about it - you pay the same price as for government coins, but you get 100% ownership!

You can easily and quickly verify that! Here is a comparison of 1/10 ounce government issued coin and 1/4 shekel coin:

That is a small price for 100% ownership, for a genuine free-market money! In fact you don’t have much of a choice. It is either government coin, pay the full price...and don’t own it. Or I can choose superior in all ways free-market coin and invest slightly larger sum.

But the price is the least important aspect of gold. Let's look at comparison of benefits of different types of gold:

This is my valuation of benefits for each of these types of gold. Obviously it is subjective. You may have totally different priorities. But for me the 100% ownership and security in times of crisis (religious symbols) as the biggest benefits of gold shekels. Besides they are good looking coins that can be obtained for a good price. And that means good selling price in the future! :)

I will be honest with you - I was not convinced about the superiority of JWS gold shekels in comparison to government coins or gold bars. That is why initially I bought government coins. I was, though, totally sure that gold is the best way to save in long term. But I was not sure that JWS shekels were exactly the best option to save in gold. But, by studying history and Austrian School of Economics. I became more and more convinced about the importance and superiority of free-market money! Questions - how much gold coins should I invest in? And what is the buying process like?

Let’s start with the buying process.

It is simple, fast and secure. If you have ever bought anything on the internet then you won’t have any problems.

The buying process in brief:
First of all - the coins must be ordered on internet, paying by credit card. For amounts above 7’000 $ a wire transfer is required - for additional security. My goal is 10-12 ounces of gold. Let me explain why.

If USA would decide to return to gold standard (when gold coins and/or paper banknotes with backing in physical gold are used as money), then they would have to cover all printed dollars with their physical gold reserves. To put it simply - divide the whole amount of dollars in the world with the physical gold reserves of USA. The result would be that one ounce of gold would cost more than 50 000 $! It is more than 50 times what it costs now!

How will I benefit from 10-12 ounces of gold in such a situation? Today they would cost me around 10 000 $. But if USA would return to gold standard they would be worth 50 times more! They would be worth 500 000$!!

There are even more impressive calculations! If the whole world would return to gold standard then the prices would simply “explode”. Hundreds of times!

For example, the cost of all gold and silver in US dollars is around 6 trillion. But there are more than 100 trillion dollars in the world! What will happen when all these more than 100 trillion $ want to buy gold and silver? All at once?

What does it have to do with my goal of gold savings? Simple - I believe that the world will return to gold standard sooner or later. Because that is the most honest money that makes inflation and financial crisis a thing of past. But that is a whole different subject. Suffice it to say that I believe it will happen. That is an added motivation for me to save in gold.

Where to begin?

Begin with what you can afford, what is comfortable for you. For example, start by investing in 8 1/4 shekel coins (it’s around 0.75 ounces or “your share from world’s gold” :). Afterwards you can buy one coin each month. Or 4 coins quarterly. Or 4 coins per month. You may even buy “Jubilee pack” with 50 coins and get a better price! The most important thing is that you feel good when making savings.

The ideal way would be to set up AutoSave, when you invest in one coin each month. Automatically. You don’t have to think about it. Set and forget. That will allow you to focus all your energy upon what is truly important in your life.

Where should I store my gold coins?!
