Solución: Una vez instalado nuestro pack de servidor local (wampserver, easyphp o appserv) debemos ir al Panel de control, Desinstalar un programa, Activar o desactivar las caracteristicas de Windows (a continuación nos genera una ventana), Desactivamos la casilla de “Internet Information Services”, Aceptar, nos pedirá reiniciar y nada más, nos funcionará a la perfección

it works , but when I install wordpress, I got error.
