We are a three generation family owned and operated business offering a wide variety of services from pulverize topsoil to specializing in the installation using bobcat or wheelbarrows.

All types of drainage work to yard renovation including stripping and hauling away of old existing grass and debris and replacing with sod and or seed. All our topsoil comes from our farm where it is pulverized.

We have a variety of sizes of dump trucks to suit your job size needs. With a variety of machinery to get the job done the right, we pride ourselves on getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Serving the Kansas City Metro area since 1990.

I had John do some drainage work in my back yard and he did an excellent job, my water now flows freely. They were in and out and told me step by step how the process would go. They cleaned up the excess topsoil on the street and were very neat and tidy. He was on the job the whole time and did the work himself. I was very satisfied and would recommend him and have recommended him to people.

I had several foundation companies come out to give me suggestions on my problem. They all wanted to dig up the dirt around my foundation to fix what they called cracks in my wall. I had estimates from $6-13k. John came out and looked at my problem and added soil around my foundation to get proper drainage away from my foundation. He solved the problem for only $650. I recommended him to my mother and a co-worker.
