One Killed in Overnight Accident in North St. Louis

A man who was reportedly in the middle of a busy street was hit by a big rig overnight in North St. Louis. Paramedics rushed to the scene but were unable to help him. Police were called to an accident scene near Riverview Drive and Adrian.

A trip to the drive-thru of a fast food restaurant send a car crashing into another restaurant. It happened around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday in Florissant. A woman in the drive-thru of a McDonalds on West Florissant Avenue apparently fell asleep at the wheel.

Tuition Hikes Coming To All University of Missouri Campuses

Students at all four university of Missouri campuses are bracing for higher tuition next year. Curators agreed Monday to raise tuition by an average of 3 percent for state residents. Out-of-state residents are now bracing for even steeper hikes. The biggest increase is 8.2 percent for at the St. Louis campus.
