This is an update of the recently concluded birthday party of mine. Actually, it is already too late to publish this one because I'm so very busy nowadays playing games...hehehe.

There were so many guests that attended, all my friends and belongs to our Filipino community here in Birmingham. My house was being attacked with children and the likes of my friends. It was catered by Orly's catering, nice foods and the price is acceptable.

It is a joint birthday party, of course, who else other than Bacon, my everdearest daughter and her sons, Chez, Sikyu, Sweetie, Pinky, Joro, Booh, Panda and Bulilit. I was so tired the following day doing the after care.

Warwick Castle's Halloween

I've been to Warwick Castle so many times but only at this time at we went there on a holiday, Halloween. People bringing their whole families had enjoyed the treat of the castle. There were so many attractions to look at like the hill climbing and the white lady is waiting for you at the top plus the vampire bats that you passed through on your way to the summit.

The grounds was filled with outdoor shows that depicts the century date of time way back hundred years. The inside of the castle was also decorated with halloween theme full of cobwebs and creepy creatures.

Well, Warwick Castle is full of mystery and history. It's the best of all the castles and a must to visit place.

Emmanuel Coupe’s award-winning picture of the pinnacles of The Old Man Of Storr
A photograph of shafts of light breaking through the cloud over the Isle of Skye has won a top award. Emmanuel Coupe's picture of the pinnacles of The Old Man Of Storr earned him £10,000 and the Landscape Photographer of the Year Award. The Paris-based photographer's shot was chosen from thousands of entries.

The top 100 pictures featuring Britain's diverse landscape - from ancient woodland to the Houses of Parliament - will go on show at the Take A View exhibition at the National Theatre in London from December 5.

'This extraordinary collection of photographs serves as a reminder of the enduring beauty of our countryside, its wonderful wildlife and of the vital natural services that a healthy environment provides', said Dr Helen Phillips of Natural England, which is supporting the exhibition along with the English National Park Authorities.

Rosas Pandan

I just found this video in facebook posted by one of my friends. When I watched it, I was really amazed. It is a great rendition of the greatest Visayan classical hit, Rosas Pandan. The GAA Chorale sings a Visayan Folk Song at the 2008 Spring concert. It is fabulous and a big plus for all bisdak.

I just found this old photo of mine when I was still a pupil in my elementary years. I don't have any photos when I was still a kid because as what papa and mama told me, it was misplaced and lost apparently.

But anyway, I found this photo when I went home last year and my memories suddenly popped up reminiscing this memorable photo. I studied in the same school as my father was the school principal and I think I got a wound on my elbow.

Well, nice to have it and memories are memories, not to be forgotten.

Today, October 9 is the birthday of my deceased Papa Dioning. If he is still alive today, he will be turning 85 years old. Eventhough, he is not here anymore and I can't be with him forever, we are still celebrating his birthday, just for family only.

I really miss him. He is such a wonderful father to me and for all the siblings and the family. I am always praying for him that he will be forgiven for all his sins and be given a place in heaven.

Wilmer's House Blessing And Warming

My friend, Wilmer Ragudo, finally had his mortgaged house blessed by Fr. Edgar Dizon. I came late as usual and missed the blessing. I came there by bike.

As usual, lots of foods served in a buffet style.. I joined with Mayette, Eva and Salve in their table. It was a bit chilly afternoon and you could feel the autumn breeze. It was so windy as well. There were not so many guests that attended. Some of Wilmer's colleagues were there enjoying the chat in the garden.

I read this article from Metro free newspaper on my way to the university. And I could not believe of what I read. This is all about of what I call it, a garden swap. Part of being a good neighbour is keeping an eye on someone's house or watering the plants while they're away

But one couple have been left fuming after coming back from a sunshine break to discover their back garden had been taken - and the culprit was apparently their next-door neighbour.Linzi and Phil Wood claim a path, rockery, plant pots, hanging baskets and even a £600 garden shed they built are now in Brian Johnson's once scruffy, overgrown garden. Mr Johnson was not available for comment yesterday.The couple were first made aware of the problem when Mr Wood's mother checked on the property in Hazel Slade, Staffordshire.

'I had a call from my mother-in-law to ask what we had done to our garden,' said Mrs Wood, 28. 'When she explained what she had seen I got the next flight home from Lanzarote and the lot was gone.

'I don't know how he moved the shed. I was so angry and frustrated; we've always got on with him and cannot understand his audacity. All you have to do is look over the fence and the whole of my garden is there.'

More About Sharks

I think this is a shark sanctuary. As you can see, people were standing in a boat and watching the eager predator sharks to be fed. They are carnivorous and their favourites are human flesh. Oh yeah, human flesh and our blood is sweet smell to them.

But I can't go there, no way that I will be there. Not even a glimpse. How about if there is an accident that will happen? How can they save us?

Scary Sun Protection Suit

I found this weird news about mother-of-two Mai Lee shows off her home-made full body suit to protect her from the sun. It may be effective but it is frightening holiday-makers in Qingdao, eastern China.

In this case, she should not go to the beach because it would only scare people around her. In fact, she looks like one of those Egyptian mummies with a scarlet face.

This is really funny and the first time that I have seen like this. I think most of us love to show our body in the water but not for her.

Or she looks like a woman from Mars.

Michael Rivera aka Mikoy/Mikey had celebrated his 18th birthday few weeks ago but only this time that I managed to post held in their residence in Northfield. Sorry for the delay. I am so busy in the virtual farming of Facebook's farmtown. He is the only son of Brendo and Mayette.

It was attended by Mikoy's teen friends and family friends. There were so many guests mostly his friends and of course, his girlfriend was there but I never recognised her in there.

Anyway, as usual, I managed to bring some foods home for Bacon and children.

School holidays at this time and I am glad that I passed my research assignment with a good marks. But the one that I am worried about is the result of the invigilated exams and the last assignment. I am not so sure if I pass.

Back to the topic, Elmer Patolot, husband of my dear friend and classmate of child conversion course at the Birmingham City University had just celebrated his 40th birthday with a big party celebration. It was my first time to visit their house and it was a bit far to be honest located at the other side of the city.

Anyway, I managed to be there on time and went home early because of the travel time. I didn't know most of the people there but I did enjoyed my stay. There were lots of guests that attended and I was the only one coming from my area. I took some food, this time, only one kind.

Fiesta In My Hometown

August 10 is the fiesta of my beloved place of Mapang. I wish that I will be there as all my brothers and sister with their families are all at home for a reunion. I can go home if I will but because of some differences with my brother, I opted not to go home.

The patron saint of our village of Mapang is Santa Filomena and it always celebrated every 10th of August. My family is always hosting a fiesta for everyone that will visit our house but because of the crisis now, we only tend to invite our close friends and rather close our doors as so many gatecrashers that would like to come in.

Our village is the biggest barrio of the town of Rizal and more prosperous as compared to the ghost town capital. I miss the lechon, the 'peryahan' and 'ukay-ukay'.

Photos taken in Trafalgar Square, London during the annual gay pride last month. It was jampacked by all walks of life that attended the said event. The weather was fine and it seems that it favoured for the said occasion.

P.S.--- I am going to be inactive for the EC since it never given me the benefit and also, the money I earned is not worthy for the hard work I used to do. Eventhough I will be inactive but still I am going to drop to my drop list once in a while.

Third set of London Gay Pride. As mentioned, I was there for a short period and I did missed out the parade because my friend came so late. But anyway, we managed to watch the event in Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square.

Pride London is the name of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender registered charity which arranges LGBT events in London, most notably the annual gay pride parade which was held last 4th of July and was attended by 1 million people , making it the largest outdoor event in the UK.

London Gay Pride is one of Europe's most dynamic and popular pride celebrations that officially takes place at the beginning of July with the Pride London Parade (On July 4, in 2009), but this is actually the culimination of a 15-day Pride London Fortnight that runs throughout the end of June and beginning of July. It's one of the most well-attended such events in the world, drawing more than 500,000 participants.

I was there trying to catch-up the parade but Steve turned out so late. So, we proceeded to Leicester Square and find our way to Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square.

The Pride London Parade kicks off on July 4 at 1 pm from Baker Street just south of Marylebone Road (near the Baker Street tube stop) and proceeds down Baker, before turning east on Oxford Street, south on Regent Street at Oxford Circus, and then continuing down to its terminus, Trafalgar Square, where there's a Pride Rally running from 2 until 10 pm. Entertainment and speakers will include a mix of notables from the GLBT community.

I went to London with two purposes; to watch the Wimbledon and to witness the London Gay Pride. Pride London is the UK’s largest gay pride event, and has a long and varied history. A registered charity, Pride London brings together a wealth of organisations, including the Metropolitan Police and the London Mayor’s Office. But enough of the boring stuff; Pride London is just as cosmopolitan and vibrant as you would expect from one of the world’s largest global cities.

The parade is one of the main attractions, naturally, comprising of everything from drag queens, to football teams, to bellydancers, service men and women, the older LGBT community bus, and even, for the first time last year, the Conservative party themselves (in a bid to erase years of political gay-bashing). The parade runs through central London, taking in Trafalgar Square and Theatreland on its way.

After the parade, there was an entertainment in Trafalgar Square. The weather was favourable and it seems that everybody had enjoyed the day.

This dance is native to the barrio of Pangapisan, Lingayen, Pangasinan, and demands skill from its performers who must dance on top of a bench roughly six inches wide.

This is a late post but again, it is better late than never. Anyway, the Birmingham Baryo Pista 2009 was held 3 weeks ago in Bartley Green Park. It was organized by the Birmingham Filipino Community and there were celebrities coming from the Philippines.

I went there on my bike and I found it very tiresome especially in pedalling uphill. It was quiete far approximately 3 miles. I know this sounds near to you but for me being an amateur cyclist, it would mean strenous hard cycling.

Anyway, I arrived there in the afternoon, just right on time of the show, Miss Gay Birmingham 2009 and the shows of the GMA stars like Julia Clarete and Inday Garutay. Well, to be honest, I don't know Julia Clarete because I am not watching GMA shows. So far I know, UK is a kapamilya fanatic. I don't know why they invited the kapuso stars here.

The weather at that time was a bit breezy but it was alright. I was tempted to get the condominium in Makati but I tried to control myself not to get any because I don't have the budget for that.

This birthday of my very dear friend, Zaldy Uera was held few weeks ago but I only find time just now to post due to my school heavy loads. He never missed a year without celebrating it. Only few of us attended but anyway, it was fun. Same guests, same faces except for the teenagers that stayed in our place in the conservatory without changing places. So, we stayed in the kitchen while the teenagers stayed as they were.

This is also the time that I'm going to announce that I might be leaving entrecard or give myself some time to concentrate on my studies. I found out that entrecard is trying to make some changes that is not favourable for me. Once I got my cashout, I will be dormant but the widget will stay and you can still drop if you wish. I only return dropping for those badges that landed in my dropbox. Otherwise, I will not do the same routine as before. I gain nothing about it anyway.

So, that's it at the moment and thank you for your drops.
