This gripping and inspirational film is based on the true story of 2 mormon missionaries who were abducted and held for ransom in Russia. The film is not yet available for general distribution, but we have obtained exclusive permission to show it one time only on January 4th at the Venetian Theater in Hillsboro.  Tickets are $12.50 each, with our usual 20% discount when 5 or more are ordered at one time.  Also, for this event, the online ticketing fee is just $1 per ticket.

This movie is rated PG-13 because there are some violent scenes of the actual abduction.

We fully expect that this one showing will sell out quickly, so don’t delay in purchasing tickets.

This concert is a general admission event, so with few exceptions, there are no reserved seats.  The only exceptions for reserved seats are for those needing handicap seating who also need to have a caregiver seated adjacent to them, and also in a few instances where crew members need access to certain seats to be able to perform their duties.

We ask that you keep in mind that all of our staff and crew, including especially the ushers, are serving without compensation on a volunteer basis.  (It’s one of the ways we keep our ticket prices so low.)  Please be patient and kind to them as they perform their duties, and don’t ask for special favors which they cannot grant.  With a little patience and flexibility we will get everyone seated and we will all enjoy an incredibly great performance.

We are also very pleased to be producing this concert in association with the Portland, Oregon chapter of the BYU Management Society as a way to raise scholarship funds.  These scholarships go to worthy and needy students and can be used to pursue their education at any accredited institution, not just for BYU.  So not only will you and your family have a wonderful concert experience, you will also know that your patronage helps young people further their education.
