Today we will have a special fruit jello shot recipe. As I like peach flavour, we will mix Jell-O with Peach Schnaps.

Peach Jello Shot Recipe

• Peach or Orange Jello-O (big pack)
• Plenty of boiling water as schnaps is a strong stuff :) approx. 16 ounces (~400g)
• 6 ounces (~ 180g) of Peach Schnaps
• 6 onces of cold water

Also, reader came with a variation, where there are 2 oz Peach Schnaps and 4 oz Peach Vodka. These shots are definitely going to be stronger :)

Cold water and Schnaps should be added together after Jell-O is completely dissolved in boiling water. Stir then mixture with Schnaps, let it cool and fill in jello shot cups.

Mojito Jello Shot Recipe

Hi there! Mojito is quite popular alcoholic drink nowadays, let's make its jello version as well with jello shot recipe blog in charge :) Open your bar and take out Rum bottle, you will need it.

Mojito Jello Shot Recipe

• 6 oz. white rum
• 3 oz. package lime Jell-O
• 8 oz. (1 cup) boiling water
• 2 oz. cold water
• Chopped mint leaves as usual

Mix Jell-O with water and add rum later. I advise to add chopped mint leaves after it cools down a bit, but still liquid. You will have to stir it a while, so that leaves freeze there in the middle, not on the base of the cup or only on top of it.

Just be sure, that your guests are not afraid of swallowing these mint leaves :)

Plenty of sun, hot tasty food and... yes, tequila! :) Personally, I like tequila, as it has very special finish. Got a lemon jell-o and found some tequila in the cupboard :) Not a jello shot this time but a tasty dessert :)

Pack of Jell-O + 2 shots of silver tequila, quite nice and "sparkling" :)

• a pack of orange Jell-O
• 16 ounces of boiling water
• 6 ounces of cold water
• 1 cup of Crème de cacao liqueur
• add cherry and cream if you want

Jello shot recipe can also be without alcohol. Yes, you heard it. So, what is the point then? You can replace alcohol with caffeine. Something like a cool coffee replacement. Just follow below instructions:

Caffeine Jello Shot Recipe

• Choose a Jell-O flavour
• Grind caffeine pills with a mortar and pestle
• Mix caffeine powder and jell-o powder together. Stir.
• Add boiling water
• Stir until caffeine powder is completely dissolved

That's it! Now you can fill in cups and put in the freezer. You can save a lot of time in the morning by just swallowing one of these caffeinated jello shots! :)

Candy Booze - Mars Vodka

Hey everyone! Jello shots are not the only interesting way to spice up your party. For example, you can take any candy and dissolve it in Vodka to create unique cocktail thanks to a great variety of candies.

There is a blog dedicated to these kind of recipes - http://candybooze.com/.

And here is a guest post from the guy behind that blog - Mars and Vodka - gonna try as well :)

------

In interesting fact about Mars (the planet) is that no human could survive the low pressure of the surface. If you went to Mars without an appropriate space suit, the oxygen in your blood would literally turn into bubbles, causing immediate death.

The planet Mars was named after the Roman God of War.

The chocolate bar is named after Frank C. Mars's last name. The God of War was named after this chocolate bar. Okay, that last part is a lie. Anyways I've decided to take a mini Mars bar under my wing for an alcoholic experiment.

So we have to get rid of the wrapper to show off it's naked body. Isn't it glorious? Just like ebony, and irovy, living in perfect harmony.

<!–-#more-–>

But I had my doubts of the alcohol being able to eat through the chocolate quickly, so I cut it up into several pieces.

To the bath house with them!

Now it's timy to bathe them... Bathe them like the Gods.

It takes a long time for the chocolate to break down. The nugget breaks down quickly, along with the caramel (which we have seen from previous experiments). Here I decided to start stiring it with a butter knife, and crushing up any of the clumps. This was at the two week mark, and I was starting to get impatient.

After three weeks it is completely done. As this was a scaled adventure, it should work quite similar on a larger scale. Because it took quite a long time (three weeks), I have to knock it down a bit on the score card. How much though? Just a single point. The drink itself tastes quite like a Mars bar, and if you like that, that's a great thing. Luckily I do, so it earns a top mark.

Mars Bar Vodka: 4/5

All you need is a package of a fruit Jell-O and some good quality vodka. Now, best recipe I found was using a Cranberry Jell-O and pure vodka. But I just could not find any Cranberry one in my lcoal shop, so I made a trick - I used a Cranberry voka and a Pineapple Jell-O. They fit together quite well.
Ever wondering, if Black Vodka exists? Yes it is :) And you can even make a cool jello shot recipe with it. One of the best brands out there is Blavod, so try to find it somewhere. No idea, why this recipe is named Black Cat, but take a look at ingredients.

• 1 pack of Rasberry Jello
• 1/4 Cup of Chambord.

Jell-O should dissolve in hot water, then add cold water, Black Vodka and Chambord. The latter is not a must, but can add a special flavour to your jello shot.

Greetings

Hey guys!

Hello, party-freaks! :) Winter is coming in some regions, snow is approaching and cold times are reality soon for many people.

Let's imagine, we are on a tropical island, relaxing on the beach :) Bored with the ordinary cocktails? Wonder, what should jello shot recipe look like?

Close your eyes! We are now on Hawaii, mate :) Here is a variation of Mai Tai cocktail.

Honolulu Mai Tai Jell-O

• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1/4 Light Rum
• 1/2 cup of Dark Rum
• 1/4 of cup pineapple juice (some advise to use canned only)
• Special "Tropical Punch" Jell-O or any other mixed fruit one.

Just pour Jello-O into boiling water, stir well until dissolved. Then allow to cool and add Rum there. Stir again and put to fridge.

Should look like picture from this post

Don't forget to stick a small cocktail umbrella into your jello shot :))

Social Networking

Hello everybody! How is it going? There are some bad things happen in modern world, but Jello Shot Recipe blog is right here to say - "Dude, don't forget to party! :)

Indeed, how can you work hard for big boss the whole week long, without having a good party somewhere with great friends and nice chicks? Impossible :) The only danger here is not to overdo.
Jello shots are extremely knocking off, you just don't feel the right time to stop. Nothing serious, but just do not take 20 in a row and everything is ok then :)

Today, here is a special jello shot recipe, which is called Kamikaze. Don't know the roots of this name, but it is frightening a bit, isn't it? :)

Kamikaze Jello Shot Recipe

• 1 pack of lime Jello
• 1 pack of lemon Jello
• 1/2 Cup of a simple vodka (can be with vanilla as well)
• 1/2 Cup of a Triple Sec liquer (bitter one)
• Cup of a cold sweet and sour drink mix
• Cup of just cold water

Vodka and Triple Sec should be brought to boiling, then Jello packages should be added and stired until dissolved.
After that cold water and sour mix can be added. Let it cool, as usual.

Very "positive" due to sour ingredients (lemon, lime, triple sec, etc.). Enjoy!

I believe you liked previous jello shot recipe with strawberry flavour, didn't you? But the main thing there was beer, of course. Now, let's try something new and mix strawberry Jell-O with vodka.

Strawberry Jello Shot Recipe

• One pack of strawberry Jell-O
• 2 big cups of boiling water
• 1-2 small cups of vodka (10-12 fl. oz.)

Boil water with Jell-O and add vodka. As a result, you have strong strawberry taste with alcoholic effect. Enjoy!

Banana Boat Jello Shot Recipe

Hi there. No matter, where you are located, what you do, you always love to have good a party, right? Modern party without properly chosen jello shot recipe is a nonsense.

Check out a brand new one with banana liqueur and pineapple Jell-O.

Banana Boat Jello Shot Recipe

• 3 oz. package of Pineapple Jell-O
• Cup of boiling water
• 1/4 cup of Banana Liqueur
• 1/4 cup of Coconut Rum
• 1/2 cup of cold water

Boiling water and Jell-O whould be mixed and stirred. After they cool a bit, just add cold water, then rum, liqueur and stir even better and liqueur is sometimes hard to dissolve.

There will be around 16 shots in your fridge after that :)

Fellow Jello Shot Website

As jello shot topic is rather popular nowadays, it should not come as a surprise, that there is more than one website with jello shot library. Today you can try a nice Margarita jello shot recipe. I would recommend either lime or watermelon Jell-O for that. Watermelon is more exotic, but not everyone like it.

Margarita Jello Shot Recipe

• 1 pack of Lime or Watermelon Jell-O
• 1 Cup of boiling water
• 1/2 Cup of Margarita mix or sweet-and-sour mix

It is widely considered that Tom Lehrer was the first inventor of jello shots. It is wrong actually :) The story is quite curious though.

He was in the military and lack of the alcohol was a problem for a good party. No problem - he just took famous Jell-O gelatine and some drinks. One of the good jello shot recipe was vodka plus orange Jell-O (tasty!). That's unbelievable, but guards have let them in to the naval base as nothing like this was ever known!

Let me give you a quote from The Remains of Tom Lehrer:

In 1955 Tom had a different sort of business to take care of -- the U.S. Army. The draft was very much alive during the '50s, and most able-bodied young American men saw military service sooner or later. 'I went into the Army for two years: January 1955 to January 1957. Believe it or not, I enjoyed it ... The only thing I did contribute to the war effort was vodka Jell-O. I was assigned to a naval base, even though I was in the army. We wanted to have a Christmas office party, but the rules forbade all alcoholic "beverages," so a friend of mine and I decided to confront this challenge. Of course there's plum pudding and the like, but you have to eat too much to produce any effect. So she and I experimented with various flavours of Jell-O, various alcoholic ingredients, and various proportions. Obviously, you can't experiment too extensively, because you soon lose your powers of discrimination, but we settled on vodka in orange Jell-O -- same recipe as on the box, only with vodka instead of the cold water. I have heard that daiquiris are good in lime Jell-O. We filled little paper cups with the final product, took them into the base past the guards, and nobody said anything. It was a very nice party.'

Great idea, isnt' it? But wait! Who was the first one then, you ask?

There is one outstanding book existing - How to Mix Drinks, or The Bon Vivant's Companion by Jerry Thomas, which is dated 1862 (!). It had plenty of cocktails and one jello shot recipe was just imperceptible. I made a screenshot of it, so you can prepare now the very first jello shot on your own :)

Punch, Orange/Lemon Jell-O - enjoy!
Hello, my friends! Let's talk about some useful tips on adjusting your jello shot recipe result's "getting-it-out" technics. Some of them can save you time and nerves, really :)

One of the funniest things that can happen, is taking jello out of the container.

When using plastic or glass containers, just be sure, that it is easy to consume :) Try to get containers with lids to turn cups upside down in refrigerator.

Another good way to consume is to heat it for a while (30 sec.), so that edge part of jello is melted a bit.

Paper cups are fabolous from the point of pressing the bottom side. Not so good looking, though :(

Pam spray can also be useful. Thin coating before filling them in and jelly will then slip like on ice when you pull it out :)

Provide people with spoons, in case other methods do not work :))

Have a nice party and keep checking Jello Shot Recipe Blog for a different stuff!
