Seen this park in the disabled bay several times when dropping Ash of at daycare. There is another white falcon that parks there quite regularly, the carpark could be empty and this chick will park in the disabled bay. I really don’t understand the mindset, douche bags!

The factory battery in the TJ finally died and needed replacing. A combination of being rather lazy and time poor made getting RAC to do the job rather tempting. I really wanted to put a better battery in the TJ though so kept putting the job off, some two months later I stumbled across a deal from Batteries Direct – $275 for a Blue Top Optima, including delivery. NICE! Not the Deep Cycle version but then again alot better than sticking a plain jane RAC battery in the Jeep. Ordered and delivered really quickly.

So happy with that transaction I ended up getting some batteries for my UPS from them as well, these batteries died some 18 months ago and I never got around to replacing them . Again well priced and simple in the delivery to the door. What more could a time poor lazy person ask for?

Saw this sign at the Good Food & Wine Show on the weekend.

I don’t really get what they had to do with food and wine either. Much like the Crocs stall that I saw there and at the previous Home Expo I attended.

I’m finally back in a VW after making my biggest Internet purchase ever – a 2007 VW Passat 3.2L 4Motion from  Nationwide Car Sales in  Essendon, sight unseen. I got a third party inspection carried out by Auto Tune Essendon and Matt from Nationwide organised the Passat to be transported by CEVA Logistics, couldn’t have been easier.

Since it was from Victoria I had to take it over the pits in WA to get it licensed. It passed it’s inspection at the Midland without any issues.

The first thing I did to it once it was licensed was to take it to TKO Tinting to get the windows sorted. I had previously got my Grand Cherokee done by TKO. Their work is outstanding and well priced.

I’ve been lusting after a DROBO for ages. Hopefully soon I will be able to justify the expense and get one. In the meantime I’ll post a link in the attempt to win one!

Was having breakfast in IKEA when I saw these two ARSECLOWNS park in a clearly marked parents parking bay, no child or pram came out of the work van just two idiot tradies! Not as bad as parking in a disable bay, but still annoying and inconsiderate.

Ellenbrook Shops parking fail. Not only was this joker parking in a spot that really is meant for parking, but he did it so poorly. Maybe he was scared he would scuff his pretty rims?
