It was self-service oriented buffet with &lt;em&gt;tons&lt;/em&gt; of food to choose from!  That is not to say that there weren't any services either!  The staff member came around &lt;em&gt;three times&lt;/em&gt; to exchange the grill plate because we kept on burning our meat...
