<p>It&#8217;s looking ugly&#8230; this article in the Financial Times makes the point of my fear: <a href="http://blogs.ft.com/beyond-brics/2013/01/10/hello-2013-a-demographic-dividend-is-not-a-one-way-bet/#axzz2HgArG6fT" target="_blank">too many people, not enough jobs</a>.  What is going to happen with the massive residu?</p>
