malo putera za podmazivanje posude</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Skuvati mleko, dodati pirinač i malo soli, pa na laganoj vatri kuvati pola sata. 1 kašiku šećera, malo cimeta i šljive staviti u poseban sud, prekriti vodom koliko da pokrije šljive i kuvati nekih 5 minuta. Odvojiti belanca od žumanceta. Belanca umutiti sa 2 kašike šećera u čvrst sneg. Kuvani pirinač skloniti sa vatre, dodati 5 kašika šećera i prohladiti. Žumanca, 1 kašiku mleka i vanilin šećer umutiti pa dodati skuvanom pirinču. Promešati. Šljive procediti od tečnosti. Posudu za pečenje podmazati puterom, sipati pirinač i izjednačiti kašikom. Preko pirinča rasporediti skuvane i oceđene šljive. Preko šljiva rasporediti umućeni sneg od belanaca. Zapeći nekih 10-tak minuta u predhodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.</p>

<p>makarone skuvati uobičajeno. Paradajzu izdubiti sredinu. U oceđene makarone dodati šunku, sok od izdubljene sredine paradajza, malo soli i bibera, kao i 4 kašike rendanog kačkavalja. Ovom masom napuniti paradajz, posuti preostalim kačkavaljem i staviti u rernu zagrejanu na 200C da se peče nekih 20 minuta. </p>

<p><strong>Potreban materijal:</strong></p>
<p>300gr gotovog lisnatog testa<br />
750gr spanaća<br />
so, biber, muskat<br />
vezica mladog luka<br />
veća glavica crnog luka<br />
2 kašike maslinovog ulja<br />
vezica mirođije<br />
3 jaja<br />
250gr ovčjeg sira<br />
žumance<br />
2 kašike mleka<br />
malo rendanog kačkavalja</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Lisnato testo odmrznuti. Spanać očistiti, oprati, pa ga oko 4 minuta blanširati u posoljenoj vreloj vodi. Ocediti. Zatim ga sitno naseckati. Mladi luk očistiti i iseckati na tanke kolutove. Stari luk očistiti i sitno naseckati. Ulje zagrejati. Oba luka izdinstati. Dodati spanać i kuvati dok ne ispari tečnost. Začiniti solju, biberom i muskatom-po ukusu. Mirođiju sitno naseckati. Jaja blago umutiti. Ovčji sir sitno izmrviti. Sve dodati masi od spanaća. Rernu zagrejati na 200C. Vatrostalnu posudu podmazati. Lisnato testo podeliti na dva dela. Svaki deo rastanjiti oklagijom u veličini posude. Jedan deo staviti na dno pa sipati masu od spanaća. Prekriti drugim delom rastanjenog lisnatog testa. Žumance i mleko umutiti pa time premazati gornje testo. Peći u rerni nekih 55 minuta. Ako gornja kora počne previše da tamni, prekriti je folijom. Kada je pita gotova posuti preko rendani kačkavalj i ostaviti još malo u rerni sa odškrinutim vratima, čisto da se kačkavalj rastopi.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Mozak oprati, očistiti od žilica i staviti u slanu vodu da jedanput provri. Ako je potrebno iseckati. U šerpu staviti 1 kašiku maslaca i brašno. Kada se brašno malo uprži (voditi računa da ostane belo) naliti mlekom i kuvati da postane gust preliv. Dodati so, parmezan, sok od limuna i na kraju žumance. Porculansku posudu za pečenje premazati sa malo maslaca pa rasporediti mozak. Preliti mozak bešamelom. Posuti prezlama, mešavinom začina i biberom po ukusu. Peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 200C pola sata. </p>

<p>125ml mleka<br />
40gr margarina<br />
kesica suvog kvasca<br />
380gr brašna<br />
40gr šećera<br />
malo soli<br />
1 jaje</p>

<p>800gr svežih šljiva<br />
6 kašičica mlevenih oraha<br />
90gr marmelade od šljiva<br />
2 kašičice rendane kore od limuna<br />
2 kašičice cimeta<br />
50gr šećera</p>
<p>šećer u prahu za posipanje</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Zagrejati mleko sa 30gr margarina. Pomešati brašno i kvasac, dodati šećer, so, jaje i mleko. Zamesiti glatko testo i ostaviti na toplom pola sata da odstoji. Šljive oprati, izvaditi koštice i iseći na komadiće. Pomešati sa orasima, marmeladom, korom od limuna, cimetom i šećerom. Testo oklagijom izdužiti u pravougaonik (25x60cm) i preko testa rasporediti masu sa šljivama. Urolati ga sa duže strane, pa staviti testo u namašćen okrugao dublji kalup. Ponovo ostaviti da odstoji pola sata. Rernu zagrejati na 180C. Peći rolat nekih 40-45 minuta. Ohlađeni kolač posuti prah šećerom.</p>

<p>Prenosim vam doslovce ono što je Dejan meni napisao. <img src='http://moje-grne.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>U raznim receptima za koktele nailazio sam na sirup od nane. Međutim, takvog sirupa na našem tržištu nije bilo. Iz tog razloga mi je palo na pamet – zašto ne napraviti takav sirup? Kada može da se napravi sok od koprive, zašto ne bi moglo napraviti i sok od drugih aromatičnih biljaka?<br />
Pošto ja nemam iskustva u pravljenju sirupa, moja majka je preuzela na sebe taj zadatak (naravno, nakon višednevnog dosađivanja sa moje strane <img src='http://moje-grne.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ). Kombinovanjem višegodišnjeg iskustva, drugih recepata i nekolicine mojih i svojih ideja, nastao je ovaj sirup – sirup od nane i matičnjaka. Kombinacija je veoma zanimljiva, jer nana daje svima dobro poznati šmek „hladnog“ mentola, dok matičnjak pojačava ukus specifičnom blago kiselom notom limuna.<br />
Šta je potrebno? Potrebno vam je 22 struka matičnjaka i 12 strukova nane, dužine oko dvadesetak centimetara.<br />
Stavite strukove u neku posudu i prelijte ih vodom (3 do 4 litra vode), pa ostavite da „prenoće“. Potom ujutro procedite sadržaj posude i u proceđenu tečnost dodajte šećer u zapremini 1:1 (1 kilogram šećera na 1 litar tečnosti). Sve što je sada potrebno da radite jeste da mešate, mešate, mešate&#8230; i mešate, dok se sav šećer ne rastopi.<br />

Ovaj sirup je skoro potpuno providan, što je, pored sastojaka od kojih se pravi, dodatna zanimljivost za goste koji su imali priliku da ga probaju. Naravno, možete dodati neke prehrambene boje, ali mi namerno nismo hteli da dodajemo nepotrebne sastojke.<br />
Takođe preporučujem dodatak nekog konzervansa, naročito ukoliko pravite veće količine. Ipak su nana i matičnjak sezonske biljke, a ovaj sirup je podjednako primamljiv i zimi, kao i leti.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Začinsko bilje oprati i odstraniti peteljke, pa sitno naseckati. Najbolje u blenderu. Maslac zagrejati, dodati bilje i pirjaniti u poklopljenom sudu. Kada omekša posuti brašnom, malo propržiti i naliti vodu. Kuvati na tihoj vatri nekih 10 minuta pa dodati taranu. Posoliti. Poklopljeno kuvati uz povremeno mešanje dok tarana ne omekša. Posebno umutiti žumance, kiselu pavlaku i sok od limuna. Čorbu skloniti sa vatre i začiniti pripremljenom masom i još malo posoliti i pobiberiti. Po ukusu. Uz čorbicu poslužiti prepečene kockice hleba. </p>

<p><strong>Potreban materijal:</strong></p>
<p>4 žumanca<br />
190gr šećera<br />
140gr margarina<br />
150gr mlevenih oraha<br />
2 manja lista ili 1 veći list oblande</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Žumanca umutiti sa 140gr šećera na pari, da ne bude previše gusto. Skloniti sa vatre i umešati umućeni margarin. 50gr šećera izmešati sa mlevenim orasima i sjediniti sa filom. Malo prohladiti pa masi dodati lomljenu oblandu. Izmešati, oblikovati u rolat i ostaviti u frižideru da se stegne pre sečenja.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Sitno seckani luk propržiti na ulju, dodati 1/3 putera, sipati vino i prokuvati. Dodati pirinač i šafran, pa uz povremeno mešanje sipati supu. U pirinač staviti preostali puter, parmezan i posoliti po želji. Pirinač je gotov kada postane kremast.<br />
<em>Napomena:</em>Da bi se dobila ujednačena boja, šafran predhodno potopiti u mlaku vodu. </p>
