<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>I način: Girice oprati, očistiti i odstraniti im glavu. Složiti u pleh, posoliti, pobiberiti i preliti sokom od limuna. Ulje zagrejati, dodati sitno iseckani crni i beli luk i izdinstati. Dodati sitno seckani peršun i tomatino. Izmešati da se sjedini i sos sipati preko girica u plehu. Peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 200C nekih 25 minuta.</p>
<p>II način: Girice oprati, očistiti i odstraniti im glavu. Složiti u pleh, preliti sokom od limuna, dodati izgnječeni beli luk, so, biber i origano. Zaliti uljem i peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 200C nekih 25 minuta.</p>
<p>III način: Girice oprati, očistiti i odstraniti im glavu. Izmešati brašno, so i mešavinu začina po ukusu. Girice valjati u brašno i takve pržiti na vrelom ulju dok ne postanu krckave.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Crni luk očistiti i sitno iseckati. Na ugrejanom ulju malo propržiti luk i dodati brašno, izgnječen beli luk, peršun i sitno iseckanu šargarepu. Naliti sa 1l vode, posoliti i kuvati pola sata na umerenoj temperaturi. Posle tog vremena supu procediti, ali tečnost ne bacati. Povrće izgnječiti i vratiti u supu. Izmešati i dodati na kockice isečeni krompir i grašak. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati paradajz pire. Naliti sa još malo vode ako je potrebno, pošto supa ne treba da bude isuviše gusta. Kuvati dok krompir i grašak ne budu mekani. Na kraju začiniti po ukusu i supu poslužiti uz kockice prepečenog hleba. </p>

<p>U malo veći tiganj sa debljim dnom rasporediti filete oslića isečene na manje komade. Tikvice očistiti i iseći na kolutove, pa staviti preko ribe. Polukuvan pirinač ocediti od vode i staviti preko oslića i tikvica, pa dodati kukuruz i grašak, kao i paradajz isečen na sitne kockice. Malo posoliti. Na kraju rasporediti i sitno iseckani praziluk i sitno iseckanu šargarepu. Naliti vodom da prekrije povrće, poklopiti i staviti da se dinsta u narednih 45 minuta na umerenoj vatri. Povremeno lagano promešati, vodeći računa da se riba ne raspadne mnogo. Voda ne bi trebalo da se više dodaje pošto i povrće ispušta tečnost, ali ako je potrebno može se povremeno naliti. Na kraju začiniti biberom i mešavinom začina po ukusu. </p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Šargarepu i krompir očistiti i skuvati uobičajeno u vodi. Kada se ohladi iseći povrće na sitne kockice i staviti u sud. Dodati kuvanu pšenicu i lagano izmešati. Kiselu papriku i krastavac sitno iseckati i dodati kuvanom povrću. Tunjevinu i sardinu osediti pa sipati u sud sa ostalim sastojcima. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Zakiseliti sokom od limuna. Pomoću kašike formirati „valjuške“ i servirati na tanjir za posluživanje.</p>
<p>Napomena: Predjelo se može i servirati u činiji, ne moraju se praviti posebni oblici. </p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Šargarepu, celer, paškanat i peršun oprati, očistiti i naseckati na kolutove. U lonac zagrejati ulje, dodati pripremljenu zelen, malo je prodinstati, posuti brašnom, propržiti i dodati sitno seckani crni luk, ljutu papričicu i lovorov list. Sve zajedno kratko prodinstati i doliti malo mlake vode. Posoliti. Dodati opran i očišćen pirinač. Par minuta dinstati sve zajedno pa naliti rasol. Kuvati na umerenoj temperaturi dok se pirinač ne skuva. Pred kraj kuvanja začiniti biberom i dodati jedan list kiselog kupusa isečenog na rezanca. Čorba ne treba da bude suviše retka, već onako kremasta. </p>

<p>300gr brašna<br />
200gr krompir pirea<br />

2 kašike pekmeza od šljiva<br />

Prah šećer za posipanje</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Krompir skuvati, prohladiti i ispasirati. Pomešati sa brašnom, šećerom, uljem i sodom bikarbonom i brzo umesiti testo. Podeliti na dva dela. U podmazanu i pobrašnjenu tepsiju dimenzija 20&#215;30 staviti jedan deo oklagijom rastanjenog testa. Premazati pekmezom od šljiva, preko staviti narendane i oceđene jabuke, a preko jabuka staviti grubo sečene orahe. Preklopiti drugom polovinom testa. Iseći na kocke i staviti da se peče u rerni zagrejanoj na 200C nekih pola sata. Najbolje iglom proveriti da li je pečeno. Pitu ostaviti da se ohladi i pre služenja obilno posuti prah šećerom.</p>
<p>Napomena: Pita je mnogo lepša sutradan, pa je preporučljivo da se pravi dan unapred. </p>

<p>Pirinač skuvati u slanoj vodi dok dopola ne omekša. U međuvremenu zaseći kestene i propeći ih u rerni nekih 10 minuta da bi im se mogla odstraniti ljuska. Zatim ih staviti u šerpu, naliti vodom da ogreznu i kuvati 15 minuta. Ocediti vodu, malo prohladiti i odstraniti ljuske. Svaki kesten iseckati na 4 dela. Pomešati dopola kuvani pirinač i kestenje, naliti sa malo vode, posoliti i kuvati dalje dok pirinač ne omekša. Pred kraj začiniti po ukusu i dodati peršun. Izmešati da se sve lepo sjedini. Posužiti toplo jelo. </p>

<p>Izmešati sok i šećer, dodati džem i ulje pa umešati brašno izmešano sa sodom bikarbonom. Pleh prečnika 26cm obložiti pek papirom i sipati umućenu masu. Peći na 200C 20 minuta. Koru ostaviti da se ohladi i poprskati je sokom. Staviti je na tacnu. U 1l soka skuvati 4 pudinga od vanile. Kada se ohladi dodati dva umućena margarina sa 400gr prah šećera. Preko kore staviti pola fila i poređati na kolutove isečen kivi. Dodati drugu polovinu fila. Šlag umutiti uobičajeno i nafilovati tortu. </p>

<p><strong>Potreban materijal:</strong></p>
<p>200gr šargarepe<br />
200gr krompira<br />
200gr ribe po želji bez kostiju (najbolje fileti oslića)<br />

50gr posnog želatina u prahu</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>U 200-300ml hladne vode rastopiti želatin. 1l vode u kojoj je stavljen začin po ukusu prokuvati. Kada provri dodati nabubreli želatin i mutiti žicom. Masa treba da bude &#8220;vodena&#8221;. Predhodno skuvati šargarepu, krompir i ribu, pa iseći sve na sitne kockice. U tepsiju poređati povrće i ribu, malo posoliti i preko staviti sitno seckani peršun. Preliti skuvanom masom i ostaviti da se stegne. Seći na željene kocke. </p>

Sipati masu. Posuti susamom. Peći u rerni predhodno zagrejanoj na 200C nekih 45 minuta, ali je najbolje iglom proveriti da li je pečeno. </p>
