Bald Eagles - Mid-Air Scuffle

There were some mid-air scuffles between some of the Bald Eagles over Lock and Dam 15. The one on the right looks like a 3rd year juvenile, as the original shows the eye stripe on the white head, while the tail is not yet uniformly white and the back shows a bit of the white mottling (but not much) common in juveniles.
