For some people, colds can occur through the changing of weather.

Colds or also known as the upper respiratory infections are caused by different viruses, the virus penetrates the mucous layer of the nose and throat and attaches themselves to the cells allowing viral genetic material to enter cells and for a short period of time, the viruses will produce many new viruses.

The symptoms you experience as a cold are actually the body’s natural immune response. In fact, by the time you’re coming down with a cold, you’ve likely already had it for a day and a half. For some, fighting colds may take for more than 3 days or even more.

So here is simple self-care techniques that you can follow which can help you feel more comfortable and could be speed healing.

DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
Colds can make you somewhat dehydrated. Drinking water or juices that are rich in vitamin C can keep the mucus thin. And for a good outcome, you must drink at least 8 oz. of fluid every two hours.

HAVE SOME SOUP
One of the beneficial hot fluids you can consume when you have a cold is a soup.Although it is not really clear why soups help clear nasal passages, it was proven by many people who are having soups when they have colds.

REST
Extra rest helps. Staying away from the work site may be a good idea from a prevention standpoint, too. If you do decide to stay home, forgo those chores and take it easy, read a good book or take a nap. Skip your normal exercise routine when you’ve got a cold. In fact, if you’re feeling pretty bad, you should just head for bed.

STAY WARM
If you have colds, it’s better for you to stay indoors and stay warm when you have a cold. It may make you feel more comfortable, especially if you have fever.

USE A SALTWATER WASH
The inflammation and swelling in the nose caused by molecules called lymphokines or cytokines, which are made by the lymphocytes. If we can wash out those cytokines, it reduces swelling and fluid production. Filling a clean nasal-spray bottle with dilute water (one level teaspoon salt to one quart water) and spraying each nostril three or four times. Repeat 5 to 6 times per day.

GARGLE
Gargling with warm salt water (a quarter teaspoon salt in four ounces warm water) every one 1 to 2 hours can soothe your sore throat. Salt water is an astringent that is very soothing to the inflamed tissues and it tends to loosen mucus.

CONSIDER VITAMIN C
Vitamin C may boost the body’s immune system; the use of this vitamin in treating colds is still controversial. Some physician don’t recommend vitamin C as a cold remedy, but taking vitamin C daily can lessen the severity of cold symptoms.
If you do decide to try boosting your vitamin C intake during a cold, don’t overdo it while vitamin C has been found to be relatively safe. However there are some people find vitamin C causes diarrheas. Perhaps the safest way to get more vitamin C is to choose vitamin C-rich foods more often. For instance, since you’ll need to increase your fluid intake while you have a cold, fill some of that requirement with juices.

VAPORIZE IT
The steam from a vaporizer can loosen mucus, especially if the sputum is thick. It may also raise the humidity in the immediate area slightly, which may make you feel more comfortable.

STOP SMOKING
Smokers have colds longer in duration than nonsmokers. If you chronically irritate the bronchial tubes while you have a cold, you’re more likely to develop a complication like pneumonia. In addition to irritating the throat and bronchial tubes, smoking has been shown to depress the immune system. Since you have to depend on your own immune system rather than medicine to cure a cold, you’ll want it to be in the best condition possible to wage the cold war.

STAY AWAY FROM “HOT TODDIES”
While a hot alcoholic beverage might sound good when you’re feeling achy and stuffy. If you want to minimize discomfort, stay away from alcohol.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
If you give up, so does your immune system. Self-confidence help rev up the immune system or at least keep it from collapsing while it fights your cold.

CONCLUSION
While most colds can be effectively treated at home, you should call your doctor if:
You have a headache and stiff neck with no other cold symptoms.
You have a headache or sore throat with no other cold symptoms.
You have cold symptoms and significant pain across your nose and face that doesn’t go away.
You have a high fever, you’ve taken aspirin and the fever isn’t going down.
Your cold symptoms seem to be going away, but you suddenly develop a fever.

In this type of mutual funds, shares are directly distributed by the company, so that’s why no-funds are sold without a commission or charges.

ADVANTAGE OF INVESTING INTO NO-LOAD FUNDS

1. No-load funds offer an avoidable paying sales commission on your transactions.
2. No load funds have the less chance of being led into somewhere else by some financial advisors.
3. No-load funds are, purchased without the addition of a sales commission which is added to the net asset value or NAV of the shares that goes to the individuals and organizations selling the fund.

NO-LOAD FUND FUTURE PERFORMANCE
The investment return and value of shares will fluctuate depending upon the redemption and the shares could be worth more than that of the original cost as the no-load funds are good in long-term performance than that of the load funds.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
The no-load funds are distributed directly to the customers by the investment companies. All the money that you had invested in the no-load funds will be working for you… And you don’t have to worry about that. This is a big contrary to other loads.

CONCLUSION
Funds that has loads can underperform the no-load funds or it can understate the commission charged, because they could reduce the total amount that was being invested.
However, when you have load fund for a long time, its effect is….. If paid front, it would not lessen due to the money that was paid for the load had been invested, while in a no-load fund, it would have been the opposite when it was handled in a long period of time.

This is to provide income and capital appreciation as it is avoiding excessive risk.
Balanced fund or hybrid fund or balanced mutual funds are type of mutual funds that are available in the market.

ADVANTAGE OF INVESTING INTO BALANCE FUNDS

1. Balanced funds provide investors growth and income in combination. This is done by investing in stocks and bonds.
2. Balanced funds are concentrated as to compare with the equity funds.
3. Balanced funds are continuously rebalancing the portfolio to make sure that the asset allocation is not disturbed.
4. Balanced funds let the investors allocate assets more efficiently.

BALANCED FUND FUTURE PERFORMANCE

1. Balanced fund can offer long-term performance.
2. Balanced Fund can try to find a medium with a less volatility but with a high returns.
3. Balanced funds can provide safer and better investment for public.
4. Balanced funds can keep the allocation flexible and open to changes as depending to the market demands.

EXAMPLE OF BALANCED FUNDS

1. Franklin Templeton Balanced Fund
2. HDFC Balanced Funds
3. Ft India Balanced Funds
4. Tata Balanced Fund
5. Kotak Balanced Fund

QUOTE OF THE DAY

Balanced mutual fund or hybrid fund or commonly the balanced fund tries to provide high returns with moderate risks. This is because in the traditional investing, balancing risk are with the growth or income.

CONCLUSION

The balanced mutual fund combines the stock and bonds, wherein stocks can either be common or preferred. The lighting of lamps, diyas, on the night symbolizes a new beginning of enlightenment.
It is also celebrated with friends and families and as for the tradition and fun, firecrackers has been played. Celebrating with firecrackers could add a risk to each and everyone’s health and a risk to environment due to air pollution, noise pollution and soil pollution.
As for each and everyone’s health, it will lead us to various health problems like the hearing loss or hearing problems because of the firecrackers’ noise, high blood pressure, sleeping disturbance, asthma or respiratory problems because of the smoke the firecrackers will bring, headache, irritability, skin allergies due to the harmful chemicals found in the firecrackers, fatigue and eye related problems. For each and everyone, it’s better to wash the hands or better take a bath. If more problems persist, it’s better to seek a physician for the good.
Below are some tips to follow in order to celebrate the Diwali an eco-friendly:
1. It will lessen the pollution as to compare with the individual celebration.
2. When celebrating the Diwali make sure that the celebration will take for a limited time. Your celebration may last for 3-4 hours. This is to conserve energy.
3. Serene Places or open ground places are the best places to celebrate. It is much enjoys celebrating it quietly with friends and families.
4. If you want to go with firecrackers, it is better to choose eco-friendly firecrackers rather than of the traditional chemical made firecracker. The eco-friendly firecrackers are more on paper fluffers and have different color lights instead of the noisy chemical made firecrackers.
5. Still go for the traditional diyas rather than the electric illumination. This is to lessen your electric consumption. The traditional diyas are more attractive rather than of the electric illumination and are very natural. Although the lamps need oil but it will cost you less than that of the electric illumination and it will give you light that is up to 3-4 hours.
6. People who are celebrating this, light diyas or the cotton string wicks inserted in small clay pots filled with oil. This is to signify victory of good over the evil within a person.
As from the Hindu calendar, the five-day-festival of Diwali is centered on the new moon day that ends the month of Ashwin and begins the month of Kartika, beginning on the 13th day of the dark half of Ashwin (Ashwin 28th) and ending on the 2nd day of the bright half of Kartika (Kartika 2nd). The main day of celebration varies regionally.

In Hinduism, it is the homecoming of Rama after being exiled in the forest and won against Rayana. According to a legend, citizens of Ayodha welcomed Rama by lighting rows (avali) of lamps or dipa. And so the name was formed as dipawali, from the word dipa and avali. But times had past it became to be called as Diwali in Hindi. In Nepali, it is still called as Dipawali; In Dravidian languages it is called as Deepavali which is also used in Malaysia and Singapore. But the South Indians never called Diwali as Diwali, because it means Firebucket.
However, in Jainism, Diwali marks the attainment of nirvana by Mahavira on 15 October, 527 BC.

In India and Nepal, Diwali is now considered to be a national festival, and the aesthetic aspect of the festival is enjoyed by most Indians and Nepalese regardless of faith. Kerala is the only state in India where Diwali is not a big celeberation.

Diwali is considered to be a national festival and it is widely enjoyed by Indians and Nepalese in regards to faith. Kerala is the India’s only state not to have a big celebration of Diwali because of the fact of many Catholics. But for those who are not Catholics in Kerala are still celebrating Diwali.
During Diwali, many wear new clothes and share sweets and snacks. And as for more business communities, they start their financial year during Diwali or having new account books on this day.

Quote of the day
Fireworks, lights, flowers, giving or sharing of sweets and worship are ways to celebrate the Diwali. Stories of Diwali depends upon regions, but the essence is still the same which is to rejoice in the inner light, Atman, or the underlying reality of all things, Brahman.

Conclusion
The Diwali is known as the festival of lights. There is something beyond the body and the mind which is pure, infinite and eternal (Atman). With the realization of the Atman come universal compassion, lov and awareness of unity of all the things.
The gunas are the underlying forces or tendencies which one needs to have unaffected, direct relation with in order to find effectiveness and righteousness in life: they are lines of potential and illuminate thought and action, thus the inner meaning of Diwali being the festival of lights.

On the fourth day of his marriage, his young didn’t want him to go to sleep. She put all the bits and pieces and silver coins in a big stack at the door of her husband’s boudoir and lighted innumerable lamps all over the place. So his wife told stories and sang songs.

Yama, god of Death, arrived in the appearance of a snake with his eyes got blinded by the lights and couldn’t enter the chamber. So he climbed up on the heap of ornaments and silver coins and sat the whole night listening to songs. In the daytime, he went away. The young wife saves her husband from death.

Since then, the day of Dhanteras came to be known as the Yamadeepdaan and the lamps are burning throughout the night in the deferential adoration to Yam.

According to another legend, when the gods and demons churned the ocean for Amrit(nectar), Dhanavantri, the doctor of the gods and an incarnation of Vishnu, emerged carrying a jar of elixir on the day of Dhanteras.

In celebrating this day, houses and business premises are renovated and decorated. Entrances or doors are made colorful with traditional motifs of Rangoli designs to welcome the Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity. To indicate her arrival, small footprints are drawn with rice flour and vermilion powder all over the houses. Lamps are burning all through the nights.

On Dhanteras, Hindus consider it promising to purchase gold or silver articles or at least one or two new tools. It is believed that new “Dhan” or some form of precious metal is a sign of good luck. "Laxmi-Puja" is performed in the evenings when tiny Diyas of clay are lit to drive away evil spirits. Bhajans, devotional songs in praise of Goddess Laxmi, are also sung and Naivedya, traditional sweets, is offered to the Goddess. Lightly pounding dry coriander seeds with jiggery is a custom in Maharashtra and offer as Naivedya.

In villages, cattle are adorned and worshiped by farmers as they form the main source of their income. In south India, cows are offered particularly special veneration because they are thought of as incarnations of the Goddess Lakshmi.

Dulawat family wish you all a very happy Dhanteras .May this Dhanteras shower you with wealth and prosperity as you journey towards greater success. Investor can purchase generally the shares in the fund directly from the fund itself rather than from the existing shareholders. It is opposite to the closed-end fund, which typically issues all the shares it will issue at the outset, with such shares usually being tradable between investors thereafter.
In the open-end fund, the price at which shares are issued or redeemed varies to the net asset value of the fund and soon will directly reflect on the fund’s performance.
Open-end fund doesn’t have restrictions with regards to the amount of shares it will issue. If the demand is high, the tendency is, it will continue to issue shares in exception on how many the investors there in.

ADVANTAGE OF INVESTING INTO OPEN-END FUND
Open-end or open-ended fund is equitably distributed or divided into shares where in the price varies through a direct proportion to the NAV (net asset value). When the money is invested, there are new shares created to match the share price; each time, the shares are redeemed and the assets sold match the share price. Through this, there would be no way for supply or demand created for shares and it will reflect directly to the underlying assets.

OPEN-END MUTUAL FUND FUTURE PERFORMANCE
The open-end fund offers investors a convenient way to gain equity investments. This will continue as more investors seek to divert their portfolios into the markets. Most of the open-end funds are actively managed. A portfolio manager picks the securities to buy.
As funds sell shares daily, the open-end funds are getting more flexible and provide instant liquidity.

EXAMPLE OF FUND WHERE YOU CAN INVEST
Religare PSU, Sahara Star Value Fund, Kotak Select Focus Fund, Canara Robeco F.O.R.C.E Fund - Retail Plan, Franklin Build India Fund, Mirae Asset Short Term Bond Fund - Regular Plan, Quantum Equity Fund of Funds, Shinsei Liquid Fund - Retail Plan, Reliance Infrastructure Fund - Retail Plan, Edelweiss Nifty Enhancer Fund, Morgan Stanley Short Term Bond Fund - Regular Plan, Morgan Stanley Active Bond Fund - Regular Plan , Edelweiss Diversified Growth Equity Fund, ICICI Pru Target Returns Fund, SBI Gold Exchange, Taurus Ethical, IDFC India GDP Growth Fund, and Fidelity Wealth Builder.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
Open-end funds can be risky depending on the strategies and objectives, but it could still provide flexibility and the benefit of diversified investments, allowing your assets to be allocated among many different types of holdings. Diversifying your investment is a must because your assets are not impacted by the fluctuation price of only one stock. If a stock in the fund drops in value, it may not impact your total investment as another holding in the fund may be up. But, if you have all of your assets in that one stock, and it takes a dive, you’re likely to feel a more considerable loss.

CONCLUSION
An open fund issues and redeems shares on demand, whenever investors put money into the fund or take it out. Since this happens routinely every day, total assets of the fund grow and shrink as money flows in and out daily. The more investors buy a fund, the more shares there will be. There's no limit to the number of shares the fund can issue. Nor is the value of each individual share affected by the number outstanding, because net asset value is determined solely by the change in prices of the stocks or bonds the fund owns, not the size of the fund itself. Some open-ended funds charge an entry load usually a percentage of the net asset value, which is deducted from the amount invested.

An investor can get shares in closed-end fund by buying shares from a broker or other investor. This is definitely the opposite of an open-end fund wherein the transactions eventually involve the company’s fund to create new shares on the fly or redeeming shares.

ADVANTAGES OF INVESTING IN CLOSED-END FUND
1. It is closed to new capital after it begins operating.
2. Its shares are typically traded on stock exchange rather by directly redeemed.
3. It can be traded at market day at any time.
4. It usually has a premium or discount.
5. It is the common use of leverage or gearing to enhance returns. Closed-end fund could raise additional investment capitals by issuing auction rate, preferred shares, long-term debt and reverse-purchase agreement. By this, the fund can earn higher returns by the excess invested capital.

CLOSED-END MUTUAL FUND FUTURE PERFORMANCE
The closed-end mutual funds future performance has a direct influence on its current premium. It’s future performance is not anticipated at future expenses as measured by NAV (net asset value) per share.

EXAMPLE OF FUND WHERE YOU CAN INVEST
India Fund Inc (IFN) is considered a closed-end fund that invests in the stocks of Indian companies across a wide range of industries.
Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund (IIF) invests in the stocks of Indian companies.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
There are two types of shareholders that are created when a fund leverages through the issuance of preferred stock: the preferred stock shareholders and common stock shareholders.
The preferred stock shareholders benefit from expenses that is based on the total managed assets of the fund while the common stock shareholders has the expenses changed that are based on common assets of the fund rather than the total managed assets of the fund.

CONCLUSION:
In the closed-end fund, the price of a share is determined by the value of the investments in the fund and by the premium placed on it by the market.

Regular intake of water is considered the best therapy. Water fights back to the different diseases in our system. It cleanses our body in and out.
To achieve a balance intake of liquids, a good rule of a thumb is to drink glasses of water a day. Drink even more when it’s hot. During hot summer moths, the body loses a lot of water. You must drink water before you feel thirsty to avoid cramps, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, headaches and fever. Drinking full pint of water before beginning an activity in the sun or when exercising will have well water storage in the body. Preloading gives a better ability to sweat. Waiting until you feel thirsty is courting danger. Once the body’s thirst mechanism kicks in, it’s already too late.
Drinking 8-ounce glass of water every hour dilutes urine, giving a washout effect on harmful bacteria which is good in treating bladder infection and also the best way to keep free of kidney stones.
Too often, people who suffer with incontinence limit their fluid intake, believing that the less they take in, they’ll urine. But dehydration can lead to constipation, which in turn can irritate nearby nerves that will trigger the bladder to void. Instead of cutting back on how much you drink, schedule the time that you drink. Having liquids at set of intervals during the day will keep your bladder from too empty or too full. The bladder becomes irritated if its fluid level is too low or too high. A normal bladder holds about 2 glasses of liquid; problem bladder may hold a little as half a glass or as much as a quart and a half. It is important to drink water before sleeping and at the time of waking up. If you find yourself constantly waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, you might try to taper off your fluid intake between dinner and bedtime.
As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink glasses of water. This is to remove spoiled saliva on the mouth. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink for 45 minutes so that other chemicals found in the toothpaste won’t reach your stomach. After the breakfast or even lunch or dinner, do not drink water for 2 hours unless you’re not full.
For old and serious diseases, water had been found successful of treating. It is also proven that even modern illnesses can be treated with the help of water. It is also a cure for headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, epilepsy, excess fatness or thinness, lung ailments, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting. Gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, eye diseases, womb diseases, menstrual disorder, ear nose and throat diseases, high blood pressure and even cancer.
Water can treat you at its best if it’s not contaminated. Contaminated water can bring you worst even if you don’t have ailments. If you want to make sure that the water you are going to drink is not contaminated, boil the water to kill harmful bacteria in it or just buy mineral water. It is also good to take alkaline water after exercises to fast replace lost electrolytes. For those who have serious illnesses, distilled water is the best to drink.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
Purer Water everyday keeps a doctor away.

CONCLUSION:
Different types of water can help in treating diseases. But whatever the type of water is, for as long as you drink clean water regularly, you can control or reduce main diseases.

It usually occurs due to stress, weather change or sometimes just popping-up in our head. We usually take medicines to feel better. But if your headache did not lessen by the medicine or if you still have headache after 2 to 3 days, you need to see your doctor.
If this will continue for a month, becomes severe, makes you weak or if you think that it affects your vision, may be it’s the symptoms of an illness. Seeing your doctor is the best way to treat this.
However, if it occurred only for a day or couple of days or occurred due to hangover, read these steps. Following these tips will make you comfortable away from headache.
Don’t drink medicines often:
Drinking medicines to ease the pain may work for an hour or so, but having so much of these could worsen your condition. If an hour or so you think that your headache was gone, after many hours, you might feel worse than the past.In addition to that, drinking too much of medicines will cause dryness of water in your brain. Instead, drink plenty of glasses of water. Water is proven to cure different illnesses including headaches.
Rest and sleep:
A good rest until you feel better is the best way to treat bad headaches. For the type of headache, migraine, sleep is the only thing to interrupt the pain. Having a good sleep and rest can distress you out and can treat your headache. The longer you experience having headache, the longer you have to take rest and sleep. This will make your condition into balance again.
Watch the weather:
Hot weathers may be bad for your headache. This can make your headache to worst. Same experience you might get when the weather turns out to be cold. If the weather is hot or cold, you have to do something that could make you feel better. Like wearing sleeveless when its hot or wearing clothes that could make you feel warm when it’s cold. You only need to feel equal temperature on your body. You don’t have to eat ice cream or drink something cold when the weather is hot or drink coffee or tea when it’s cold. This will affect your body temperature that would make your headache on the go.
Put ice pack:
Putting cloth in ice and place it in your eyes is best ways to relieve headache to some people. You can also put the cloth into the exact area of your headache. Or use eye gel shades, put it inside the freezer, then after an hour, put it in your eyes. Eye gel shades are available in department stores and beauty stores. Drug stores offer this for just some time.
Heat:
If the cold practice doesn’t make you feel comfortable, try using cloth that was dipped into hot water and put it in your eyes. Use it for half an hour then just warm the cloth after 30 minutes.
Think positive:
Headaches could bring to you by stress and tensions. When you have headache, you have to relax yourself. When you’re relaxing, think something positive and not to make you stressed or tensed. As headaches brought by stress and tensions, you should not add more stress and tensions to your headache treatment.
Quit smoking and drinking:
If you’re suffering from cluster headache, an extremely painful headache that last from 5 to 20 minutes and come in groups, smoking may bring on or worsen your headache. On the other hand, alcoholic beverages contain tyramine, an amino acid that stimulates headache.
Make a headache diary:
Writing down the date including the time it happened is a good way to figure out the patterns of your headache especially if you’re experiencing frequent headaches. It will also be good to include headache rates: no headache, mild headache, moderate headache, severe headache and incapacitating headache.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
A good recipe for headache is a good relaxation or rest.

CONCLUSION:
Relaxing your muscles, distressing yourself and a good diet will pout your headache on its end. We wish you a happy health.

Small and young companies usually issues common stock or shares for their capital to expand. This is also can be done by big privately-owned companies to trade publicly. Initial Public Offering is the first sale stock in public by small and privately-owned companies.
A company can earn money by issuing either equity or debt. If the company does not equity to public, it will be called IPO. If the company would go to the public, it has to hire and investment bank, a financial intermediary that could give assistance of an underwriting firm that helps to determine the type of security to issue, best offering price and time to bring it to market.
An IPO can be risky investment. For individual investor, it is tough to predict what the stocks or shares will do on its final day of trading and in the near future since there is often little historical date with which to analyze the company.
Most IPOs are of companies going through a transitory growth period, and they are subject to additional uncertainty regarding their future value.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
An initial public stock offering (IPO) referred to simply as an "offering" or "flotation”.

CONCLUSION:
The public can get their shares in Initial Public Offer by having an account, which is traded every now and then, with one of many investment banks.

A similar spurt was recorded in global markets, which jumped to a 6-month high of almost $1,000 an ounce in the domestic markets.

The foremost reason most analysts have given to explain the phenomenon is that traders are stocking up the commodity before the start of the inauspicious ‘Shraad’ fortnight period, during which no such trades are supposed to be carried out.
However, what is adding to the price progress in the yellow metal is that investors are being chary of the volatile stock markets (they have also been range-bound for more than a month now) and are safeguarding their money by investing in bullion.
The ‘Shraad’ period is quickly followed by the auspicious period that is marked by festivals like Diwali and the start of the marriage season, which usually drives gold retail sales to the year’s high.

The other precious metal to show a significant surge was silver. It jumped by as much as Rs 700 to reach the Rs 25,300 marks. Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium are next in line.

The advantages of gold investment are that it is an effective diversifier, highly liquid and portable.

Gold investment, like investment in any other precious metal, has some advantages in compare with other forms of investing your capital and are worth considering before you make your final decision. The greatest advantage of gold investment is definitely the safety. Gold has been highly valued precious metal since the prehistoric times and will be highly valued also in the future. For that reason you do not have to worry so much over its daily prices on the global market and future development because gold investment brings minimal risks (off course if you are not speculating).

The strength of gold as a diversifier is due primarily to its negative correlation with other asset types. The market and economic forces that determine the price of gold are different from those that affect most financial assets, and are very often in direct opposition to them. Gold is easily convertible to cash. Gold can be readily bought and sold 24 hours a day, and trading spreads are narrow…in fact, bid/offer spreads are similar to the spreads on stocks.

There are companies offer, in return, visitors, pay for screen space on the site. Bram Cohen, a programmer, designed a protocol in April 2001. It is now maintained by Cohen’s company BitTorrent, Inc. Torrent client implements BitTorrent protocol.

Torrent is a protocol that creates a small file.BitTorrent is a protocol that enables fast downloading of large files using minimum Internet bandwidth. It also maximizes transfer speed by gathering people who already have them.

MAKING AND PUBLISHING TORRENTS
Distribute a data file. This will treat file like a number of identically sized pieces, typically between 64 kb and 4 kb. Create a checksum for each piece, using SHA1 hashing algorithm.
Record it in the torrent file. If someone receives a particular piece, the checksum will be compared to the recorded checksum to check if the piece is containing errors in torrent files. This depends on the version of the BitTorrent protocol. On the other hand, files that are more than 512 kb will be reduced to the size of a torrent file for a very large payload. But through this, protocol’s efficiency will be reduced.

Torrent files specifies the URL of the tracker through its announce section and info section that contains names for the files, their lengths, and length used and the hash code for each piece. These files are published on websites or elsewhere. The tracker maintains lists of the clients that are participating in the torrent.

The BitTorrent client has a mechanism called optimistic unchoking. Through this, the client reserves a portion of its available bandwidth for sending pieces to random peers in discovering partners to ensure that newcomers get a chance to join a swarm.

Quote of the day:
Try the Torrent client for a fast and large downloading of files.

Conclusion:
The BitTorrent makes many small data requests over different TCP sockets, while web browsers typically make a single HTTP GET request over a single TCP socket. This also downloads in a random or in a rarest-first approach that ensures high availability unlike HTTP that downloads in a sequential manner.

There are those who invest their money that failed because they have been doing the wrong way investing money. Being an investor in Mutual Funds you should know when to invest and how much to invest. Investing too much at the wrong time will put your financial status in a critical stage.

What is the best thing to do? Before engaging into investment you should know where to allocate your assets. In this way, you will gain instead of loosing your investment. A lot of people will say what to do but they will not tell you on what “exactly” to do. If you want to invest pick on the assets that you think is the best asset to invest on. Second, pick another asset that you think is on the process of growing. In this way you will have a 50 -50 percent chance that your investment is good. But if both assets will be successful, your investment will be doubled. Investing is like gambling. You will never be successful if you try and experiment. But remember - if you are going to experiment make sure that you are on the right side of the track.

After knowing the certain details on what to do you should also be careful in choosing the right funds. In every investment is a goal, when you reach your goal you are successful. In choosing the right funds, there is no such thing as do this and do that. It is just a matter of knowing what kind of funds that is important for you. If you have any list it is much better, at least you will have a wide selection to choose from. Just remember to choose what you think is the best for you. If you are going to follow the strategies or methods of “Investment Guru’s” you will never be able to move on. You will be following their foot steps and that will not be successful in your part. Having your won ways and ideas will have a different pattern which means it will be more effective because you have your own ways.

If you have decided on the allocation of assets and choosing the right funds you are already have way through. The next 50% is all about updating and keeping things on track. Certain News Letters are available to help you keep track of your investments. If you are updated with the news regarding your investment you will know the result of your decisions. There are also other ways on how to keep track. Your investment will also reflect on websites and new in the newspaper which is connected to your investment. If you will be able to update yourself with this current events and news which is connected to your investment you are on the right track.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“Creating your own path will create a new stairway to success. If you are going to follow others pathway you will have a lesser chance on succeeding because you are not the only one using that pathway.”

CONCLUSION:
When it comes to investing, it is just right to do it your own way. If you are planning into following others footstep you will be sharing the same ideas. If you have the same idea as others it will not be effective because someone is already doing those methods and strategies. Doing it in your own way with some important guidance is the best way.
