James Tighe, president of IWPC, made the announcement.

The successful event, which began at 10:00 a.m., concluded in just 60 minutes when all of the turkeys were given out. Some attendees were in line at 5:00 a.m. this morning to make sure they were one of the recipients of a turkey. IWPC, which planned on ending the event at 1:00 p.m. and donating any remaining turkeys at that time to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, was very pleased with the turnout and response from the community.

“We are very fortunate that we had such a great turnout and could help make the holiday better for so many Detroit families,“ said Tighe. “We feel privileged to have the opportunity to give back during Thanksgiving and show our appreciation to the people of Detroit.”

IWPC held the event for the third consecutive year at its headquarters, located at 4086 Michigan Ave. at Clark St. in Detroit. The event was open to Detroit residents 18 years or older. The company donated 750 turkeys, one to each individual able to present a valid form of identification to prove Detroit residency.

The 15,500-square-foot facility, located at 5207 Brer Rabbit Rd. in Stone Mountain, Ga., is much larger than the previous location and features state-of-the-art equipment and on-site staff of more than 15 workers and several crews. The company expanded in response to an increased demand for underground rehabilitation solutions services within Georgia and the surrounding markets. The increased demand for IPR’s services has created numerous jobs in the Atlanta market, and the company anticipates hiring several more employees throughout the coming year.

As the new General Manager, Steven Morini will be responsible for overseeing the IPR team and managing client projects and relationships throughout the southeast region. Prior to joining IPR, Mr. Morini served as the general manager and area manager for the east region operations at St. Louis, Mo.-based Insituform Technologies. As such, Mr, Morini was responsible for managing the Construction Service Division to optimize organic growth, profitability and return on investment capital.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Steve to the team as he manages our new regional office, as well as this expanded regional subsidiary to the IPR brand,” said Cutillo. “Over the past year, IPR has had great successes and continued forming strong relationships in and around the city of Atlanta. These accomplishments have forged an opportunity for our company and our employees to affirm our commitment to this area and its residents as we expand our presence and continue to provide the dependable service they have come to expect from us.”

DETROIT, December 9, 2010 – IPR, a leading national provider of underground rehabilitation solutions with offices throughout the United States, has secured positions on some of the most respected business rankings lists, including the Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the country, the Crain’s Detroit Business list of Largest Environmental Companies in Southeastern Michigan and the Crain’s Private 200. IPR President and CEO Joseph A. Cutillo made the announcement.

This is the third consecutive year that IPR has been recognized by each list. Due to an increased demand by municipalities for infrastructure stabilization and repair, IPR has seen a tremendous growth in revenue and market expansion in recent years. These demands and subsequent achievements have helped IPR gain the recognition necessary to be named on the Crain’s Detroit Business Private 200, a list of the fastest-growing privately-owned companies in metro Detroit, and the Inc. 5,000, an extension of Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500 list that recognizes privately held firms that have demonstrated substantial growth over the past three years.

IPR was also included on the Crain’s Detroit Business list of Largest Environmental Companies for its best practices in green technology, including its non-invasive Expanda spiral-wound lining technology, which rehabilitates existing pipes from above ground and without releasing harmful chemicals into the environment.

“It is an honor for IPR to be recognized on these highly regarded lists,” said Cutillo. “We take great pride in our services, our workers and the resulting long-term positive effects associated with providing municipalities and communities with the best in rehabilitation solutions. We take satisfaction in utilizing the green technologies that contribute to both improving our site efficiencies and supporting healthier communities.”

James Tighe, president of IWPC, made the announcement.

The successful event, which began at 10:00 a.m., concluded in just 50 minutes when all of the turkeys were given out. Some attendees were in line at 3:00 a.m. this morning to make sure they were one of the recipients of a turkey. IWPC, which planned on ending the event at 1:00 p.m. and donating any remaining turkeys at that time to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, was very pleased with the turnout and response from the community.

“We feel very fortunate that we had such a great turnout and could help make the holiday better for so many Detroit families, “ stated Tighe. “As a Detroit-based business and part of the local community, we feel privileged to have the opportunity to give back during Thanksgiving and show our appreciation to the people of Detroit. Next year, we hope to have even more turkeys to give out to our neighbors.”

IWPC held the event for the second consecutive year at its headquarters, located at 4086 Michigan Ave. at Clark St. in Detroit. The event was open to Detroit residents 18 years or older. The company donated 750 turkeys, one to each individual able to present a valid form of identification to prove Detroit residency.

DETROIT, October 29, 2009 – Detroit, Mich.-based Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a leading provider of underground rehabilitation solutions with offices throughout the U.S., has acquired Improved Technologies Group, LLC (ITG), a Knoxville, Tenn.-headquartered sewer rehabilitation company. Joseph A. Cutillo, president and CEO of IPR, made the announcement.

The acquisition is a result of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation’s dedication to providing the most comprehensive portfolio of underground rehabilitation solutions throughout the United States. The addition of ITG to the IPR family of companies will strengthen the company’s southeastern regional presence, while also supplementing IPR’s rapidly evolving roster of underground rehabilitation solutions. IPR is the country’s leading provider of pipe bursting and environmentally friendly rehabilitation services. The company also specializes in executing Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP), a trenchless rehabilitation method that enables underground construction to occur without any disruption to communities.

ITG, with the addition of its owned and operated wet-out facility, enables IPR to continue to expand its capabilities and coverage to even more clients, especially in the southeast region of the country. The addition of ITG, combined with IPR’s existing Underground Technologies business in Knoxville, Tenn., Inland Waters Pollution Control in Atlanta, Ga. and PMConstruction business in Jacksonville, Fla., allows IPR to offer more underground technologies and coverage areas than any other company in the Southeast.

“We are thrilled at the enormous potential this acquisition affords IPR and welcome ITG’s well respected and experienced Sam Elmore as he continues to manage day-to-day operations in Knoxville,” said Cutillo. “As the demand increases for trenchless rehabilitation solutions, together, IPR and ITG will continue to develop the best solutions for our clients.”

IPR has experienced tremendous success nationwide and has expanded its solution offerings and locations dramatically since 2006 through the acquisitions of Ontario, Calif.-based RePipe and Houston, Texas-based PM Construction, both of which now operate as affiliates of IPR. The unprecedented growth of the company has led to new offices in Georgia, Texas, California and now Tennessee in the past three years.

DETROIT, August 31, 2009 — Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a leading provider of underground rehabilitation solutions with offices throughout the U.S., has secured positions on some of the most respected business rankings lists, including the Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies, the Crain’s list of Largest Environmental Companies in Southeastern Michigan and the Crain’s Private 200. IPR President & CEO Joseph A. Cutillo made the announcement.

Due to the increased demand by municipalities for infrastructure stabilization and repair, IPR has seen a tremendous growth in revenue and market expansion over the past year. The Inc. 5,000 is the nationally ranked list of the privately held firms that have demonstrated significant revenue growth over the past three years. Similarly, the Crain’s Private 200 honors the top privately held companies in Southeastern Michigan based on the highest revenue growth during the previous year.

This year, IPR was ranked number four on the Crain’s list of Largest Environmental Companies for its best practices in green technology, including its non-invasive Expanda spiral-wound lining technology, which rehabilitates existing pipes from above ground and without releasing harmful chemicals into the environment.

“To be honored on these highly regarded lists is a testament to our talented workforce and their daily commitment to providing clients with exceptional capabilities in underground infrastructure,” said Cutillo. “We take pride in utilizing the green technologies that contribute to both improving our site efficiencies and supporting healthier communities.”
