Fenugreek leaves 50 grms
Bengal gram flour 250 grms
Ginger 20 grms
Turmeric 5 grams
Chilli powder 15 grams
Soda a pinch
Water 70 ml
Chat masala 10 grms
PREPARATION:
Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly. Detach them from the stem and put them in a draining vessel.
In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients while lightly sprinkling water into it.

Boiled corn
Maiyonese
Chesse slices
Pudina paste
Pepper powder
Chopped Onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped green chillis

PREPERATION:
Stuffing:Mix Chopped onions, tomatoes,corn, chilli and salt (to taste) in a bowl.
Spread the pudina chutney on all the bread slices.
Spread maiyonese on the pudina chutney layer.

Maida 1 cup
Cornflour 1 cup
Ajino motto
Salt
Egg 2
Red food colour
SPICY SAUCE:
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped ginger
Finely chopped garlic
2 tsp of chilli sauce
2 tsp of tomato sauce

PREPARATION:
Finely beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add maida little by little and beat the batter well.
