            <p><strong>Qualified Accountant (Part-Time)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Grade VIII &bull; 3‑Year Fixed Term &bull; Hybrid/Flexible</strong></p>
<p>The All Island Institute of Public Health (IPH) is seeking an experienced <strong>Qualified Accountant</strong> to join our public‑sector finance team.</p>
<p>In this senior role, you&rsquo;ll lead on management accounts, cashflow, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and monthly reporting against budget. You&rsquo;ll also oversee AP/AR and support budgeting and audit processes.</p>
<p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years&rsquo; professional accounting experience</li>
<li>Full qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)</li>
<li>Strong technical accounting skills (UK-Irish GAAP)</li>
<li>Experience in public/regulated environments (advantage)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, decision-making, and time‑management abilities</li>
</ul>
