Qualified Accountant (Part-Time)
Grade VIII • 3‑Year Fixed Term • Hybrid/Flexible
The All Island Institute of Public Health (IPH) is seeking an experienced Qualified Accountant to join our public‑sector finance team.
In this senior role, you’ll lead on management accounts, cashflow, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and monthly reporting against budget. You’ll also oversee AP/AR and support budgeting and audit processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years’ professional accounting experience
- Full qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- Strong technical accounting skills (UK-Irish GAAP)
- Experience in public/regulated environments (advantage)
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and time‑management abilities
Key Benefits:

- Salary: Grade VIII (€82,258–€99,213 pro rata)
