It's finally here friends. I have been working on this project for over 2 months with the Co-founder Dan Weik of the Billion Dollar Benefit. It's quite a unique story of how we found each other on facebook. And best part is, we live in the same city! So it has been a great pleasure working side by side with him during the last part of his final launch.

So 2 months ago, I was looking for someone to partner with me in my business. OUR PERCEPTION - Please take time to read this, it is well worth the time. ..Something to think about...

Washington, DC Metro Station on a cold January morning in 2007. The man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time approx. 2 thousand people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. After 3 minutes a middle aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried to meet his schedule. 4 minutes later: the violinist received his first dollar: a woman threw the money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk. 6 minutes: A young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again. 10 minutes: A 3-year old boy stopped but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. Every parent, without exception, forced their children to move on quickly. 45 minutes: The musician played continuously. Only 6 people stopped and listened for a short while. About 20 gave money but continued to walk at their normal pace. The man collected a total of $32. 1 hour: He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition. No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars. Two days before Joshua Bell sold out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100. This is a true story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people's priorities. The questions raised: in a common place environment at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context? One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this: If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made.... How many other things are we missing?

First, I apologize for my absence on my blog. Been extremely busy with some other things and some up coming projects including my new website in the works.

Second, I've been attending some great webinars freshening up on my skills and learning the latest and greatest of tools, marketing tips and what the experts are doing out there so that I can share with people on my new website.

I've also created a Facebook Business Fan Page because I'm reaching near the 5,000 limit of friends. Therefore, want to start promoting more of the business aspect of marketing over on the fan page and use my personal profile more to stay in connection with friends and family.

So that's the latest from what happening with IM Group Marketing. I'm about to get back on track with some great things coming ahead. And this next coming year is going to be a great year!

Lastly, I wanted to share something that I think people and businesses will like. I work closely with Michael Price and John Cosola and the two of them and put together something very similar already to the viral prospecting system but geared towards businesses. And in this tough econoic times, Businesses just might like the idea behind using such a system. PLUS, more and more businesses are using social media sites to gain an online presence and in return gain sales through leads through the social media services. All of this a free advertising when used correctly.

Dear President Obama, I'm deeply writing in regards to my parents who recently lost their home to foreclosure and victims to the Country Wide Loan - http://socialistworker.org/2008/09/15/countrywide-criminals. I have been working hard since Jan, 09 at finding solutions for them in refinance, but again got scammed in short refinance programs. Finally, a client of mine who is a Realtor in CA. was able to connect with a Realtor in Longmont, CO. to find out that my parents house had been auctioned in March, 09 and sold in June,09. In the meantime, my parents had been talking with BOA in negotiations of your new program that was to help those affected by the Country Wide problem. For the past couple months, my parents had been working hard at sending in the paperwork that BOA asked for to apply for the hardship and anything else necessary to save their home. I have to share with you President Obama on a personal level that my father and I have been through enough in our lives that I could not see this man going through anymore. He has worked too hard to deserve this. He already lost so much. I live in California, own my own business that suffers greatly, but I try to make ends meet. But I will do anything to want to try to save my parents home because they don't deserve to go through this. I served in the Military for 6 years, never voted once in my life, I got out of the service, and decided to vote and be involved. I voted for you because I believe in change. But I have to be honest that I'm scared. I'm scared of what I'm seeing. People are losing their jobs, people are losing their homes, people are losing their lives and taxes continue to raise. How do you expect us to pay for these taxes when people continue to lose their jobs and homes? Most importantly why I'm writing, is I cried for several days feeling like I failed my parents. But I cannot understand how my parents house could have been sold and them not get notified and BOA continue to act like they are going to help them. And then I find out from my client who was able to pull the records from the Boulder County office of the actual trustee deed of sale of the their house that was sold on auction to another bank. Now they have to be out by August. I understand that the mortgage industry is so backed up, or logged up, but still where is the help? Where is the logic? And when does something get to change so we can protect the homeowner and messy paper work and lack of system? I know I'm not alone here, so I write on behalf of many American families. My parents should not have to have to move into an apartment. They deserve to be in their home. How could this have happened??? And can this be reversed? I know it's a small fraction of what you do. I know you read many of these daily. I know you do the very best you can. I appreciate everything you can do. Step 1: Look at all those CUTE PUPPIES on Craig's List!! I can't resist, I really want a puppy!! Step 2: I'm sure the landlord won't care (I'll explain it to him). Plus my all my friends want me to get a CUTE PUPPY!! :^) :^) :^) Step 3: Lots of breeders on Craig's List... Here's one! Look how CUTE!!! It's not expensive and I can take it home today! How exciting!! Step 4: So cute! He has the cutest markings! I love him! My friends all love him. Wish I didn't have to clean up all the poop and pee when I get home but it's OK, he's so snuggly and happy to see me. Step 5: Where did all this energy come from? He's so cute but he wears me out sometimes, LOL!!!! But I still love him. Step 6: He's been making this really high-pitched YIP YIP YIP YIP out in the yard while I'm at work and some nosy old busybody is complaining. Why won't he shut up? Step 7: Oh no, I left him in the house so he wouldn't bark and he ripped the curtains and chewed up my best shoes. What's wrong with him? I'd ask the vet but have been postponing his shots and getting him fixed-- kinda broke right now... Step 8: Bad week. The landlord called to say dogs weren't allowed and wants me to replace the drapes and the screen door and pay a higher deposit. I can't afford that-- my temp job ended last month. What bad luck!! Step 9: Why won't my friends take my dog for a few months? Thanks a lot. I'll have to look for another place now. Will lose my original deposit too, really sucks. I don't want to give up my puppy but maybe he deserves a better home with someone with more time. Step 10: Someone said that breeders take back their dogs so I contacted the breeder from Craig's List but they said no. I said they could have him for free but they won't take him. How mean. And the landlord's being a real jerk now. I don't have time for this BS. Step 11: Post a cute ad on Craig's List-- "CUTE DOG FOR ADOPTION, HURRY! Adorable 11 month old for adoption. Still puppy-like! Loves attention. Owner must relocate and can not take the dog. Puppy comes with special bed. Good Home only. FREE." Step 12: Post the ad again. Landlord sent me a letter. Step 13: Post the ad again. Horrible situation, too much pressure!!! Step 14: Hooray!!! I didn't have to take my baby to the pound after all. Someone was going to get a dog from the animal shelter but saw my free ad first. Everything is OK now!

Press 3 if you have three dogs, had a baby and want to get rid of your dogs because you are the only person in the world to have a baby and dogs at the same time. Press 4 if you just got a brand new puppy and your old dog is having problems adjusting so you want to get rid of the old one right away. Press 5 if your little puppy has grown up and is no longer small and cute and you want to trade it in for a new model. Press 6 if you want an unpaid volunteer to come to your home TODAY and pick up the dog you no longer want. Wanted to send out a quick post before tomorrow night's training with Michael Price. And for those who don't know who Michael Price is, he trained Tony Robbins (The Secret) and National Motivational Speaker. He also is the founder of Priceless Possibilities. And he is known for his weekly FREE training calls that you will see below every Thursday.

So, tomorrow is about twitter. And I have been ranting about this to my clients recently hounding them that they need to start "communicating" with people on twitter. NOT just posting their business links and opportunities, but they need to start actually communicating.

Now, what does this mean? Well it's simple. If you look at the "logic" and the simple words that is suggested when you log in to your twitter page, it simply says "what are you doing? OK, So, people can use their twitter page however the heck they want... and we imagine they will. So let them.. The great thing about twitter is it's diverse nature of it.

For example. Over the weekend I was talking to someone ALL the way over in Australia. I had put in my update this question. See pic:

And I start a conversation with him and learn something from him about my BRAIN!!!!!! LMAO!!!! I learned something from someone all the way over in Australia!!!! That's the power of Twitter... that's the diversity of twitter and how much fun we can have with it. We need to get out of the mentality that we are just using it for business. We will FAIL at it if we use it for only that. It's a communication tool. It's actually the PERFECT way to build a relationship with someone. It actually doesn't get any FREE'r than this to communicate with anyone around the globe and talk about anything. So when we get to know people regardless of the topic, we can THEN talk about business, talk shop and then be able to potentially draw leads. Attraction marketing.....

And guess what has been happening lately? I have been logging in and going to my replies to find people replying to me saying this? see pic:

I mean WOW!!! what an honor! Why? Because I'm actually communicating with people. I talk with them, I write back, I laugh with them, I ask them where they are from, I tell them what I'm doing, I share things with them, I share what I don't like, what I do like, what I'm pissy about, what I'm eating.. (yes, I do this... I don't care what people think... twitter is diverse, and some people care what I eat..) I tell them what I'm watching, I ask what their watching, and then yes, I will post links everyday of my clients to help promote... so I do promote business, but through this, I'm alway talking to people.
