It's been a while since I've posted on Iheartlist! I was trying to make my mark in the world of tech startups for the past couple years. I am kind of fascinated with objects or art made at exaggerated scale (particularly miniature scale, dollhouses, terrariums,  Dominic Wilcox's watch sculptures). So, I was delighted to come across the concept of scale related to desserts in this article in the New York Times.  Hurray for bite sized portions of concentrated deliciousness.

If you created a Kepner-Tregoe chart to decide what shoes to wear this weekend,  Brian Atwood would come on top for height and comfort requirements.  Yes, those stacked loafers (Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang) look so comfy (relatively, natch), but you can't pair them with just anything.  The gold python pumps will be mine. Thanks to Google's doodle today, I  know it's Jim Henson's Birthday....which reminded me of an entertaining,  little documentary, called  Being Elmo that I quite enjoyed.   It tells the story of the puppeteer behind the sweet little red muppet with the distinctive laugh that delights millions of screaming rugrats all over the world.
