Aran has been a long time friend of IBWIP as well as Silent Storm Radio. In the interview, we discuss the meaning behind the title of the CD, his performance at MoonRunners 2013 and Farm Fest 2012, being a baker, and his life in Montana. It’s an honor to have Aran as a friend and it was great finally having him on the show. His passion for the songs that he writes is obvious and we know you won’t be disappointed.

Amish BJ and Coldbeer dust off the rust and join me in another gripping episode of It Burns When I Pee. On the episode, we play brand new music from Lonewolf OMB and Aran Buzzas. We also play songs from Fifth on The Floor, Eastbound Jesus, and we pay tribute the legendary George Jones.

During the episode we give you a double shot of Stupid People Doing Stupid Things. First we read about a threesome gone bad in Fargo North Dakota and then later in the show we talk about a spaghetti sauce hold up. We also catch up with what has been going on with the Christy’s since they have been away from the show. Including Coldbeer’s intimate moment with her doctor. Blake also gives up Candy Crush during the show by deleting it from his phone.

We welcome Jashie P from Outlaw Radio Chicago into the dirty stalls of IBWIP to discuss Moonrunners Fest 2013. We have a couple minutes of technical issues but soon get it straight and we have a good conversation. Mute Jacob hangs out with us again and pays the price for it. We discuss the fact that he is currently using Jesus’s original cell phone. Finally we announce the big news about the 100th episode coming at the end of May. It’s huge news and will change the lives of millions.

I went to U.S Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Illinois to sit down with fellow scumbag Leroy Virgil of Hellbound Glory before their show. In the interview we talk about what it’s been like opening for Kid Rock on a national tour, the new Hellbound Glory Bender Broadcast, and a bunch more. It was great seeing Leroy and being able to see a full band version of Hellbound Glory and it was awesome. Not only is this podcast available as an audio show but it also available as a vidcast at our YouTube page PEEAVISION.

In the latest episode of IBWIP we spin new music from Nellie Wilson as well as Gary Roadarmel and The Parish Commissioners. We also play some Hell Fire Sinners and Cowboy Bob & Trailer Trash. We finish it off with Coldbeer’s Double D’s St. Patrick’s Day tunes by Dropkick Murphy and The Tossers.

We start the show off with a double feature of “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things”. First we hear about a woman in Oklahoma who was arrested and was hiding a loaded gun in her baby maker. Even the news anchors had a little fun with it. Then we head to Texas where the police have nothing better to do than to raid some poor Asian ladies just trying to make a living. This of course makes Blake pissed. Amish BJ, Coldbeer, and Blake then take you inside the interrogation room and see what these working Asian girls would say when questioned.

We also welcome the one and only Hobo Hiatus onto the show to talk about Blake’s upcoming trip to Folsom California. There is a trip to the Asian market, high tech fort making, and an all around awesome week of YouTube video’s and staying up all night. Finally we play a game where Amish BJ hopefully ends his streak of losing on IBWIP.

Finally we discuss the IBWIP schedule for the next month, the pre-order has started for the 6th Anniversary T-shirt Bundle, and as always… we make it difficult for Coldbeer to present her Double D’s.

All I can say is this episode is RADIO GOLD! I have never been so excited to release a show before. So let’s get down to it… First the music, of course this is our Valentine’s Day special so all the songs are about love gone wrong. We play Rachel Brooke, The Pine Box Boys, Hank III, Graham Lindsay, Those Poor Bastards, and Scott H. Biram.

The start of the show is pretty touch and go. Blake runs the risk of crapping his pants. We get an email from Holly who obviously has never EVER listened to the show. We welcome Hobo Hiatus and his wife Tawny K from Trailer Park Romance to the show to take on Amish Beej’s and Coldbeer in a fun loving game of “How Well Do You Know Your Partner”. It was a #hilarious game where we find out about Beej’s mom’s waterbed, Tawny K needs to dumb it down of us, and that Coldbeer doesn’t listen to Beej at all.

We also discuss dead wrestlers, Coldbeer’s grandma doesn’t yell on Facebook, and finally… BLAKE IS FAT! This is where the show goes into overdrive… Blake and Mollz join a gym but Blake rebels. Beej offers an alternative work out for Blake and Mollz finally comes down the stairs and kicks Blake’s ass!

Blake invites an old friend, Jacob “The Mute” into the IBWIP Studio during the show. Jacob’s only contribution is bringing up Japanese tentacle porn. Amish BJ and Coldbeer find a case of beer in the aftermath of their weekend with Jayke Orvis and the Broken Band. Blake was astonished that Wisconsin Dells has a bar named Nig’s and we all discuss Lance Armstrong and his lying single ball. We also have fan feedback and Blake is still angry about people able to see what people buy on their Target wedding registry.

Either way Amish BJ, Coldbeer, and Blake struggle through and get to the 3rd segment where they always prevail. In the episode Blake has the brilliant idea to start a new game “Prank Call Survivor”. You have to listen to find out what happens. We also count down the top 7 albums of 2012. We spin tunes from The Calamity Cubes, Rachel Brooke, Olds Sleeper, Justin Townes Earle, Heinrich 13 and the Devilgrass Pickers, LoneWolf OMB, and Joseph Huber. We AGAIN confirm that EP15 will cause suicide attempts, and Coldbeer and Santa talk about having anal sex. Blake also discusses how Mollz tried to kill him and Blake and BJ discuss a non emotional orgy.

We also talk about life in Montgomery Alabama, being a solo artist, and how we have gotten mistaken for each other.

In this episode we celebrate Halloween the way IBWIP has for years, evil music and great laughs. In this episode we play music from The Honky Tonk Hustlas, The Goddamn Gallows, The Dirt Daubers, Heinrich XII and The Devilgrass Pickers, The Misfits, and Those Poor Bastards. Of course we get things going with The Moster Mash.

We also celebrate Amish BJ’s 2 year anniversary of being the co-host on the show. He has occupied his dirty still longer than any other co-host. We were lucky enough to have almost 30 VM’s from listeners spread throughout the show honoring him. Congrats to BJ and thank you for all your efforts over the past 2 years.

Now for the guts of the show, Blake plays Pat Sajak and BJ and Coldbeer go head to head in some Halloween trivia. Thankfully Coldbeer get the easiest of the questions right! We also get a call from our kidnapped cock Peter. In the 2^nd segment we “touch” on the Hulk Hogan sex tape. We remind listeners about EP16 and Bubba the Love Sponge’s review of IBWIP. We grade the Hulkster’s package and decide that Heather Clem is a dirty whore. In the interview, we discuss a number of topics including genre labels, how he got into music, and spending his youth playing hockey. He even lived down the street from a famous hockey player. This week we bring you the last IBWIP episode before we take our Muddy Roots vacation. In this episode we bring you music from Reverend Peyton’s Bid Damn Band, Cornmeal, Luther Wright & The Wrongs, 10 Foot Polecats, and the one and only Dad Horse Experience.

There is no featured interview on this episode so we bring you laughs till you pee your pants. In our Stupid People Doing Stupid Things segment we review a story about a bride that “didn’t mean” to stab her groom just hours before the wedding. We also bring back our Intern Interview bit by calling up Richard Pricks and seeing if he would be a good fit as the IBWIP intern.

Amish BJ gives us a review of a “film” that he watched the other night, talks about why he showers, and tries to lock in some lovin’ from Coldbeer. Blake talks about his new neighbor who may or may not be an Asian hooker. Blake also bitches about needing a producer because he keeps messing up the show, and Coldbeer gets one of her most challenging Fan Feedback’s ever.

We touch on Randy Travis’s drunk and naked arrest. Blake admits that he likes gay people and Amish BJ gets pissed and threatens to file a co-host grievance with the union. This fun filled episode is well worth a listen. We will be off until September 24^th when we return to bring you the close of the IBWIP Auction for Autism.

We feature a great interview with Joe Huber (formerly of .357 String Band) and talk to him about his new solo album Tongues of Fire. We also spin tunes from The Steeldrivers, Whiskey Daredevils, and H.R Gertner.

During the show we take a moment to celebrate Amish BJ’s birthday with a catchy little tune. Blake tries to call our first intern applicant to interview, but she doesn’t answer. There is a new game that we come up with called “Is It Porn?” and we are forced to play another round of our fans favorite game… “Would You Rather?” We have a call from Blake’s life partner, TexasJeff. We are also going to start releasing 2 shows a month, and shorting them up a bit. This episode is our first of a series of shows that focus on songwriters. We were honored to have Tyler Gregory as our featured guest. He is an amazing songwriter who recently had a unbelievable experience with a young blind and autistic boy which was captured on video and it went viral. Here it is folks… we are bringing you the IBWIP 5 Year Anniversary episode, “Where Are My Keys”. Blake, Amish BJ, and Coldbeer bring you one of the most memorable shows all time. This is the first episode EVER that have the three hosts all in the same room. Face to face with no Skype. Add in a live studio audience and it’s obvious that this is one hell of a party.

After 5 long years and many cancellations, we finally feature an interview with Shelton Hank Williams III. In the interview, we talk about why he is touring with no opening band, why he released 4 albums on the same day, and some of his recent collaborations with Bob Wayne, Marty Stuart, and Ray Lawrence Jr.

We don’t stop there. We also feature music from our new brother Lone Wolf, as well as Husky Burnette, Sean K. Preston, Burlap Wolf King, Los Bastardos Magnificos, Robert Mitchell, and Bob Wayne.

This show is filled with tons of great laughs as well. We answer a question from a fan’s voice-mail, some questions from our live studio audience, and even hired a narrator to help the fans get a better perspective of this crazy live event. We do our segment “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things” which we have the Pennsylvania State Police to thank for. Coldbeer gets drunk on moonshine cherries and Amish BJ discusses his love affair with a goat. We also announce 2 new shows on the Silent Storm Radio line up which we are very honored to be part of.

Here in the dirty stalls of IBWIP we are gearing up for an exciting time. We are only a couple weeks away from the first ever Christy Fest and around a month away from our 5 year anniversary show. In this episode we feature a great interview with JB Beverley. We discuss his new solo album, upcoming Wayward Drifters music, as well as Muddy Roots and the diversity of his musical career. We also have two very special songs by JB.

We feature music by Trampled By Turtles, Blaze Foley, Justin Townes Earle, Ronnie Hymes, Lone Wolf, Slim Cessna’s Auto Club, and Carrie Nation & The Speak Easy.

In this episode we tried a little something new and it lead to the name of this episode. It was the first time we had decided on a show title before we even finished the episode. Leave it to Coldbeer to give us another classic IBWIP moment. We also do another round of Would You Rather. This time Amish BJ and Coldbeer have a difficult choice to make. It’s interesting for sure. We “discuss” the passing of Dick Clark, Amish drunk drivers, and update Christy Fest one last time before the big event. Coldbeer again provides us with a classic Fan Feedback segment, although I still don’t understand what the word “refreshing” means! Blake has another annoying soundboard that he can’t stop playing with and Amish BJ counts down into the New Year and finally we have rare back stage audio of the crew and Mollz.

Spring is here and IBWIP is heating up! EP59 “Independent Contractors” marks the first ever LIVE performance at the new IBWIP STUDIO. We welcome The Henhouse Prowlers as they dropped in before going to a gig in Pekin, IL. It was amazing having the guys here and listening to them play smack dab in the middle of my living room.

In this episode we spin tunes from The Boomswagglers, The Filthy Stills, Liquorbox, The Steel Wheels, Michael Rank and Stag, Workhorse, and Slim Cessna’s Auto Club along of course with The Henhouse Prowlers. I think this episode has a lot of great music and a little something for everyone. Just a reminder if you have any bands you want to hear on the show drop us a line and let us know.

This episode is a little long but I think it is well worth the investment. We play a new game called, “Would You Rather”. Amish BJ and Coldbeer ask questions to try to decide if they would rather smell a fart constantly for the rest of their life or drink a diarrhea milkshake. It is an interesting conversation to say the least. We also continue our “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things” segment by reading an article about a woman who marries herself.

As always Coldbeer does a magnificent job with Fan Feedback, Amish BJ gives us a little update on Christy Fest, and Blake talks about his trip to the boobie bar with a fan from the show. Blake also has issues during the show with his balls. It’s a great time for sure and we hope that you enjoy yourself and tell a friend or two.

We are totally pumped about this month’s episode! We were honored to have our good friend James Hunnicutt as our featured guest. In the interview, James talks about his love for Star Wars, his upcoming plans, as well as his reaction to “What Would James Hunnicutt Do”. He also opens up and discusses the sacrifices that come along with being a musician. He also answers some questions that our fans submitted for the interview; one we know that he has never been asked before! Whether you’re a James Hunnicutt fan or not this is a can’t miss interview.

This episode is also special because all the songs played are from Farmaggedon Records artists. We play The Goddam Gallows with Blackeye Vermillion, Highlonesome, Graham Lindsey, Rachel Brooke, Jayke Orvis, The Calamity Cubes, as well as J.B. Beverley. We would have loved to have played songs from all the artists involved with the label but there just wasn’t enough time in the show. Heck, maybe that will just mean we need to have another Farmaggedon special later in the year!

In this episode, Blake announces that he is finally moving out of his “roommates” house, Amish BJ only drinks water, and Coley confesses to trying to cut off BJ’s arm. In honor of James Hunnicutt’s love for Star Wars and it being Valentine’s Day, we have a very special installment of “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things”. You will be amazed at what some people will do for a plastic action figure!

2012 is going to be a big year for IBWIP and it starts with our first episode of the year. In this episode we feature an interview with Bloodshot Records recording artist Lydia Loveless. In the interview we discuss the new album, Indestructible Machine, as well as her song writing process. We also talk about the inspiration for her song “Steve Earle” as well as a bunch of other topics.

Besides playing a triple shot of Lydia, we also spin tunes from The Meat Purveyors, Scott H. Biram, Wayne “The Train” Hancock, Scroat Belly, Mekons, Justin Townes Earle, and Dexter Romweber Duo. All these artists have been or are a part of the Bloodshot Records catalog. But we don’t stop there. As always we bring you some great laughs as well.

In this episode we continue our new segment, “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things.” This is a don’t miss! Amish BJ updates us on Christyfest, drinks a 4 Loco, and fights with Mr. Ed for air time. Our darling Coldbeer Coley continues to get more comfortable with each passing show. 3…2…1…CONTACT! She reads Fan Feedback, admits she likes to ride “horses” and her Mr. Ed story is actually a short one! Blake realizes he is an asshole, gets interviewed for his presidential campaign, and confesses he is a “minute man”.

In the spirt of the holiday season, we here at IBWIP have wrapped up a great little show for ya’ll. Not only do we have a great face to face interview with The Dirt Daubers (prior to their show at Cantina’s in Pekin IL) but we also have music from Tom VandenAvond, Chelsea McBee, The Ten Foot Polecats, Resta^Rant, Old Sleeper, and The Pogues. We also do an album review for Fred Eaglesmith’s “6 Volts” and spin a couple tunes from the album. And if that wasn’t enough music, we also have a special X-mas song from The Pine Box Boys exclusively from their 2011 X-mas card.

We also have a couple of give-a-ways for our fans. We bring back our new segment “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things” as we talk about a lady getting busted for making METH in a Walmart. For some reason, we burp A LOT in this episode too. In the spirit of X-mas, Amish BJ, Coldbeer Coley, and Blake sing their version of “The 12 Days of X-mas”. There is a negative fan feedback, Blake comes out, and we update Peter’s travels and ChristyFest. Finally Blake announces he is throwing his hat in the the presidential election for 2012.

We update everyone on Peter’s travels across the country, and discuss the breakup of The .357 String Band. In this episode we also feature an interview with Hellbound Glory front man Leroy Virgil. We also spin tunes from Kara Clark, Willy Tea Taylor, The Calamity Cubes, Tom Russell, The Blind Staggers, Aran Buzzas, and The Ugly Valley Boys . In this episode, we have music by The Meat Purveyors, Carmen Lee and The Tomorrow River Two, The Pine Box Boys, Johnny Cash, Those Poor Bastards, Split Lip Rayfield, Whitetrash Whiplash, The Dirt Daubers, Bobby Bare Jr, Hellbound Glory, and more!

In this episode, IBWIP spits out their first album review. We review Bobby Bare Jr. album A Storm, A Tree, and My Mothers Head. We also discuss The Podcasting God Blake Clayton’s new show and SCM.com. We prep for Halloween by exposing Amish B.J’s bad influence on Coldbeer Coley and having an interview with a REAL Vampire! We also talk about Blake and Uncle Bubba’s trip to Vegas, Coldbeer Coley kissing strippers, and wanting us to have people threating to kill us (wouldn’t that be awesome).

Episode #0053 “Pags , The Kind of Muddy Roots”

3-2-1… It’s time for another episode of It Burns When I Pee. Amish BJ and I welcome Coldbeer Coley onto the show for her first run at being our female co-host. We talk about our Muddy Roots experience’s, read a couple of the submissions to the Amish BJ Hate Mail Contest, and we honor our newest friend PAGS from Canadian.

This episode also features a really great interview with Lucky Tubb. We will be playing a couple of songs off his new album, “Del Gaucho”. We also play music by Husky Burnette, The Left Lane Cruisers, John Howie Jr, Modern Earl, Cletus Got Shot, Hank Williams Sr, and Split Lip Rayfield. We also have an original song produced by IBWIP called Cocker’s Hollar. This is a tribute to our lost friend Cocker.

We also have a new IBWIP contest where you could win an autographed copy of Lucky’s new album! This album isn’t even available to the public yet! So make sure you listen close to the “rules” and get your submission in as soon as possible. There is a lot of stuff that we go over in this episode and we didn’t even scratch the surface of what was originally planned for this episode. To make a long story short (which is difficult for Coldbeer Coley to do) this is a long episode but worth it for sure.
