"Excellent (experience)! We were first time home buyers and the process was seamless and almost effortless with the help of our agent (Lisa Humlicek).

She kept in touch with us to update us about the process and current transactions taking place. She kept up with our needs and was always inquiring if there were any further needs we may have had and she explained everything thoroughly to us to make sure we knew every step of the process as it happened. She also made us aware beforehand if there were any special requirements and unknown factors that might have affected the transaction, so we were never surprised.

She was very friendly, detail oriented and personable, as well as a serious professional. There were many other great things too but those are just a few.

We had a small bidding war unexpectedly the day we decided to put an offer on our home. Like a good coach Lisa was with us, right there helping us through it and giving us advice and really coaching for us without pushing us. We felt no pressure and she always helped us with the next step and even went further to anticipate the next move so we could come out on top and we did! So thankful to have such a helpful and knowledgeable buyer’s agent on our side!

Always, constantly keeping up with our needs and wishes and worked to get us everything we requested. Even went out of her way to help us on some non-house related matters as newcomers to the area. And she didn’t push us to make any decisions, we always felt we had control of the transaction and were comfortable to drop off if we were too overwhelmed.

All the recommendations we got were spot on and worked out wonderfully for us. We used Amerispec for our home inspection and was a great experience. We used 1^st National Bank of Omaha as our lender and that went really well. We got a personal recommendation for some painting and work to be done as well and its going really well! All the recommendations we got we used and we couldn’t have worked with better people.

I interviewed several agents before going with Angela because I wanted to make sure we got the most for our money and I wanted to feel comfortable that everything that could be done to sell our house was being done. I felt the other agents I interviewed were not in the same class as Angela and her team. They didn't research the market like Angela did before the first interview, they didn't know the Military market like Angela, they didn't know our area like they should have, and they certainly didn't use the internet to post our house EVERYWHERE like Angela's team did.

Angela's team was on top of everything from day one. Angela hired a team to come help stage our home- definitely a help when every other house on our street is like ours and several are for sale. Our house was marketed professionally and in numerous ways that were all a benefit to us. Angela gave us honest feedback and updated us weekly letting us know when to change our price or to leave it alone. She knows the market in our area and when people are looking or not- putting us at ease when we didn't have any lookers for a week or two.
