Who would have thought that our old school gym lockers would be making such a fashion statement today. I won’t tell you how long ago, but I remember gym class and putting my clothes in those metal lockers. And rainy days were the best because we got to stay indoors and play bombardment, and get back at some of those not so nice classmates.

Well now metal gym lockers are all the rage in home furnishings. If you can find a vintage locker all the better but they are now being reproduced in mass as end tables, consoles and coffee tables. Industrial Metal Chaise Lounge

Industrial chaise lounge, you wouldn’t normally put those three words together. But get an old worn solid metal chaise lounge and add some vintage canvas padding and you’ve got some cool industrial style going on.

I like that the yellow paint on this chaise is practically worn down to the metal frame. It gives a nice vintage industrial look. And forget some pretty floral print that would usually go on the back porch. Get some heavy duty canvas in army green and you’ve got one great industrial strength chaise lounge.

Add a pad to the back and I could definitely do some serious lounging on this metal chaise!
