Flashing instructions:

** note: Your phone must be application unlocked. If it is not, please run SDA Application Unlock.exe via Activesync (attached below).

Download and run SDA Application Unlock with the phone connected
Remove your SD Card
Download and unzip the file
Run Auto.bat
Follow the prompts in the DOS window
Hit "continue" on your phone, screen will turn white
Run RomUpdateUtility.exe (if it doesn't run via the script)
The flash will take about 8-10 minutes
Upon first boot, it will seem frozen for a few minutes, maybe even go black. This is NORMAL!
After first boot, I recommend doing a hard reset (Clear Storage)
Enjoy your new ROM!

In case something goes wrong:

Remove the battery and the SD Card--> Put ONLY the battery back in.
While holding the camera button, press the power button
The multicolor boot screen will pop up
Plug in the USB cable and flash back your shipped (HTC) ROM
Find out what went wrong and reflash this ROM properly

One is launched on January 5th, 2010.The Phone(Nexus One) runs on a Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon chip, has a super high-resolution OLED touchscreen, is thinner than the iPhone, has no keyboard, and two mics. The mic on the back of the phone helps eliminate background noise, and it also has a “weirdly” large camera for a phone. And if you don’t like the touchscreen keyboard, a voice-to-text feature is supposed to let you dictate emails and notes by speaking directly into the phone.

New features:

- New 6 day forecast layout (layout #7)

- Autoupdate using Yahoo's server time. No manual control over update interval anymore.

- Revised layouts to ensure correct wrapping

- HomeScreen update feature. No need to reboot to see forecast or layout changes. This option is turned off by default because it doesn't work for everybody. If you turn it on and you see problems with your phone's radio turning off, phone becoming very slow etc... turn it off. (it's option #10)

- Added new panel to the Settings panel at the bottom for easy access to the weather updates and settings.

- "Stardock icons" are default for forecast and regular panels.
