Woot! It’s a brand new week and new start of my Internship Day 1. A distance travel from my place to my working office and day 1 of reporting to work office was as smooth as I thought. As today was my day 1, I was told to get a quick brief about the company and familiarize with my working station. New friendly colleague also been met today and thanks for their lunch treat. Let’s hope the next 3 month will be great! All the best to myself! Yay ^^

Seafood Char Kway Teow at Hard Rock Cafe Singapore

Hard Rock Café Seafood Char Kway Teow, have you guys heard before? I was surprise when the word “Char Kway Teow” came into my mind, because all along I thought Hard Rock Café is serving food more on western side but now it has combine with our local favourable dishes such as Char Kway Teow, Satay Sweet and Sour Fish/Pork, Nasi Goreng in their main course menu.

This was my first time having Seafood Char Kway Teow from Hard Rock Café - Stir fried flat noodles tossed with bean sprouts, fish cake, Chinese sausage, egg, prawn, squid and a sweet and spicy soy sauce. The taste bud of the Seafood Char Kway Teow was there and I believe that either Singaporean or Foreigner will like it. Good News to all Japanese food lovers here! Previous Fisherman’s Market at The Central has now replaced by the Osaka-based Chiso Zanmai Buffet Restaurant. The authentic Japanese buffet consists of over 100 varieties of Japanese food and dessert for your lunch and dinner at the affordable price.

100 seasonal Japanese selections had split into four sections – Fresh Sushi and Sashimi prepared by Chef from Japan, cold section and hot section of Japanese cuisine and mouthful Desserts. Thus, apart from authentic Japanese cuisine, the menu had also features specially-created dishes such as steamed seabass with chilli sauce by the head chef to suit Singaporean taste buds.

In life, we passed many weeks and today we welcome weekend back again. Its weekend, how you people been doing this week? For me, although I have been mugging for my coming up the last 2 exam paper but I had a Joyful and fun moment with family and group of friends this week.

Nothing much happening in between this week, it’s just a normal night outing catching up with few friends having a chill out conversation and at the same time also hunting out for delicious foods and dessert in Singapore.

Time flies fast! As you can see, just a blink of eyes we are going to say goodbye to February 2012. “To me, the past is black and white, but the future is always color.” – Yes I agree! We should always look forward and foresee our bright future. Life is full of colours and different colour representing part of our life too.

“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” – I agree with this quote too. The new month is coming, what is your plan in this coming new month? Well, no worry, just let everything goes smoothly and you will have a steady lifestyle.

Woohoo! It’s my last time doing the write up for Guinness Live Singapore at FireFly because the competition has coming to the end! An excited moment has been through all along in this Guinness Live competition period and here are the highlights for today.

Competition singer of the night for this time round, we have Phoebee from Team DragonFly and Alfred from Team Firefly. Both have showcased their great singing momentum performance on stage and it led the crowds high along as the time goes.

Highlights of the night – other than Phoebee from Team DragonFly have performed her two great English songs; Alfred from Team Firefly, with his loud and clear voice, he gave an awesome impact to the audience tonight. Thus, he sings the Taiwanese most famous Hokkien song “我问天” and it’s really great to hear the live version from him. Check out the video below here:

Lastly, here comes the voting phrase from the audience and after the final decision score from the judges, the result score was 90 vs 79! Alfred from Team FireFly won the singing of the night with the score of 90 point. Congratulation to Alfred!

Its time to sleep and it’s time to wake up! My wonderful weekend just pass and now is a start of my brand new week. Hence, this also means that my exam is coming in 3 days time. There is three more exam paper I need to take before the end of my this semester! Woot!

If you have followed my twitter or path, you guys will know that recently I been attending events and meeting up with my usual clique. It was an excitement moment with my friends whereby we attended the same events together for the past 4 days.

From Reebok party, Guinness Live, Singapore Airshow 2012, Social Media Week and Super Junior SS4 Concert, I want to thanks to the organizer in-charge who have been inviting and sponsoring me for these events which gave me an awesome eye-opened golden opportunity to learn and know new things happening in my life.

Recently I been addicted to the use of Path application, I was amaze by its photo effect as well as the connection of publishing a short shout-out from Path. It makes my life more convenience in sharing my great moment to my audience/readers. Totally Love it! Well, you guys might be asking me, why not using instagram? Reason is because I am an android user. Hahaha… Fun!

Don’t worries, for today blog post the pictures won’t be synchronize with the paragraph text! I have nothing much to say for today, basically I’m just enjoying for the past few days and going to start preparing mugging for exam this week. Hoping that March would come even faster! Yay! Woohoo! I’m back from Super Junior SS4 Concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium today! The whole concert was filled up with full of Super Junior fans and supporter and the most impressive part of this SS4 concert was that it given audience a fantastic 3D spectacular concert view throughout the whole three hour.

Nevertheless, SS4 give everyone a ‘WOW’ and the “loudest scream” when it comes to the “surprising” section. Not to forgot that, SS4 concert really make my day! Because one of the Super Junior members – Lee Teuk gives me a hand shakes!!! Yay! Happy Night for today! ^^

Singapore Airshow week, Welcome to Singapore Airshow 2012! Are you guys ready to fly with the awesomeness plane? Let’s check out the largest aerospace display at the Changi Exhibition Centre now!

It was a major exclusive event in Singapore whereby everyone has to pass by the tight security scan and check before entering into the exhibition centre.

Yay! We successfully enter the "Air Base"

Sunny weather enhance the Airshow exhibition atmosphere, clear and sharp Aerobatic Flying Displays above the sky attracted the crowds of getting face-to-face with the power and glory of warbirds and graceful commercial aircrafts.

First of all, let me bring you people to visit the static aircraft display, seeing the legend plane from different part of world and the featured of aircraft display for this year. It was a great opportunity for visitor to take a close up picture with their favourite plane in mind and also experience and know more knowledge about the happening in military defence industry.

Likewise, this was my first time visiting the largest Airshow exhibition in Singapore together with two of my good friends, William and Jerome. Hence, it’s also an eye opening for me to see and touch the latest aviation's finest.

Some of the featured aircraft displays are Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Dassault Falcon 900 LX, United States Air Force F-22 Raptor, F-15E Strike Eagle, F-35 Lightning II, Airbus A380 and etc… Without further do, let’s check out the aircraft display picture below here! Below this executive jet Embraer Legacy 650 belongs to the world famous actor, businessman, and philanthropist Jackie Chan. The Legacy 650 has a Jackie Chan’s iconic dragon logo and this jet was one of the featured at the Singapore Airshow 2012.

Surprising, there was a butterfly garden inside the exhibition hall. A peaceful place for you to chill out after visiting Airshow display and at the same time you are able to capture the colourful flower and attractive butterfly photography moment.

It opened from 9.30am to 5pm, each adult ticket is priced at $20 and each child ticket is priced at $8. Dance Workshop at Studio Wu and SAFRA Dance Fiesta 2012

Last week, attended a JKPop (Japanese/Korean Pop) dance workshop for SAFRA dance Fiesta 2012 at Studio Wu located at Singapore Management University (SMU). Back for Dance Fiesta 2nd year, this campaign was a 3 months long dance festival featuring street dance competitions, and a series of dance workshops conducted by renowned instructors.

Hence, with the one hour dance session I attended, Studio Wu instructors – Yi Wen had also chosen the most popular JKpop song and teaches her student on the trendy dance step and movement and below here are the video I had taken throughout their dance practice session.

Well, SAFRA Dance Fiesta Preliminary competition – Hip Hop Solo and team category will be held at this Sunday, 19 Feb 2012 at Orchard Central follow by the semi final and grand final which will be held at St James Power Station. Here are the schedule:

Taiwan Love Movie Synopsis:

Singapore, 11 February 2012 – Today, thousands of people across all seven continents, 60 countries and more than 600 venues, celebrated the world’s first ‘World Happy Day 2012’. The first of its kind to be celebrated worldwide, they came together to watch a film titled “HAPPY” in hopes of understanding the keys of searching for happiness and increase their grasp of pursuing a more fulfilling, healthier and happier live.

NESCAFÉ® Singapore, together with Qi GLOBAL, a social enterprise whose vision is to create human progress in harmony with nature, presented “HAPPY” in Singapore at the School of Thought Auditorium on Queen Street this evening. “HAPPY” is a feature - length documentary that leads viewers on a journey across five continents in search of the keys to happiness. The film addresses many of the fundamental issues we face in today’s society: how do we balance the allure of money, fame and social status with our needs for strong relationships, health and personal fulfilment?

A message from the film’s producer, Eiji Han Shimizu, on the purpose and nature of the film was screened prior to the start of the film. Speaking at the event were Mr. Stephen Lew, Founder and Director from the School of Positive Psychology; Dr. Christie Napa Scollon, Associate Professor of Psychology at the Singapore Management University (SMU); and Mr. James Norris, Founder of Self Spark. This esteemed panel of speakers shared their insights on Positive Psychology and how better to lead healthier and happier lives.

As the world celebrates and recognises the value of being happy, NESCAFÉ® Singapore wants to give a special group of people the gift of happiness – in support of Operation Smile Singapore, an organisation that helps children in developing countries who are born with cleft lips and other facial deformities regain their smile through corrective surgery.

Mr. Nannini and the senior management of Nestlé (Singapore) were at 313 Somerset giving out cups of NESCAFÉ® coffee today. Members of the public were encouraged to smile and have their photographs taken on the spot with a cup of NESCAFÉ® in hand.
