My name is Nagaraja Papanna, currently i am pursuing BA in Psychology. I have been in depression for more than 3 years and + months, While I was in depression i faced lot of Physical and Mental stress, This blog is all about, How I felt?, how I faced those days?, and How I found my way out of the depression?. I am hoping to convey what it means to the person who is in depression and your comments are welocme.&lt;br /&gt;

There are few question i asked my self at first and those question lead me to what i am now. All my articles on this blog will start with question, but i wont be answering those questions, instead through my writing I will make you answer or at least i will try to put a thought in your mind.&lt;br /&gt;

I am doing this purposefully to make one understand what it means to be depressed, Once it is understood, the way out from depression is very easy to understand.&lt;br /&gt;
