Yes, I was a make up snob. I worked in a high end department store for 34 years, so the very best and the very expensive was right there in front of me. I bought the best, I did not think anything of paying $14.00 plus for lipstick. Once I decided to try drug store lipstick...not for me, and to my way of thinking priced a little high also, no nothing like $14.00 and up, but high for not that great of quality merchandise.

I searched a long time to find a lipstick, that, stays on forever and has tons of gorgeous colors and when I found one, I really didn't mind paying $14.00 plus for.

In October of 2007 I retired from the high end department store. In 2009 I began selling Avon. Bottom line, Avon has great lipstick! I love the "Ultra Color Rich" and the "Pro to Go" they are fabulous! Best part, they retail for much less, than department store lipsticks. The price on the "Ultra Color Rich" right now is $8.00, of course it is always lower than that, Avon has a special now, with a any 2 for $5.99!! And a special on the"Pro To Go" also for $5.99 and in limited shades for $3.99!!

I am a connoisseur of lipstick and I have been for many years. My lipstick must stay on until I take it off and it must look good on and I want many colors to choose from. Through the years I worked at a major department store, I have found a few great lipsticks. A couple of weeks ago I started selling Avon and I thought I would try out one of Avon's lipsticks. WOW was I surprised, the Avon Ultra Color Rich is great!! It looked creamy and beautiful and it stayed on forever. The price is unbelievable, just $6.50, that is half of what I have been paying for lipstick. Right now Avon has a sale where you buy one and get one for just $1.99!! I love comfort sandals. I had a pair of fisherman style sandals that I purchased about 6 or 7 years ago. I wore those sandals just about year round. Well I wore those sandals out!
