The Problems and Where They Come From If you experience any problems in behavior while you are trying HotRez 2.0, like for example newly made reservations not showing up in the occupancy table, or maybe you see reservations you just made disappearing, there is most likely an easy explanation to it. we realize that most users will click around and try out if all buttons work, then enter a few guests to the software and check if they show in the occupancy table... - They Won't! this is not because of the software not working, but simply because some of the necessary settings have not been set yet. Obviously on the plus side of a free hotel reservation software is that it is FREE! That means that even the smallest resort can work with a software today.
