Muskan Limbu, a 19 years old ten from Lalitpur was crowned Miss Mongol 2013 on 6^th April. She also won the Miss Photogenic title at the same pageant held at Army Officer’s Club at Sundhara.

Just 19 years old and Muskan’s photos belongs to wide range of professional class modeling. Most of them are from ramp.

The answer to the question relating to the appreciation of opposite gender made her able to win the crown of Miss Mongol.

The final question asked by Sumnima Dewan (Miss Mongol 2011), was one of the judges who put down the question to the five finalists “What women can learn from men?”

Among the answer of those five contestants, Muskan’s answer was chosen the best for which she replied during her in the contest based on men’s leadership and how they can recover the situation despite the failure. With the crown of Miss Mongol 2013 on one hand, she was also awarded with total cash prize of Rs. 2,00,000 and four days stay in Mongolia at free of cost.

Finally, we have Shristi Shrestha as Miss Nepal 2012 – a UK based model. The event hosted by former Miss Nepal runner-up Sahana Bajracharya and Hits FM RJ Biraj Singh Khadka was held at Hotel Del Annapurna on May 6th. She was crowned as Miss Nepal 2012 by the former Miss Nepal 2011 – Malina Joshi. Shristi also was able to achieve the ‘Miss Confident’ title.

Among three semi-finalists, Shristi stood the first followed by Nagma Shrestha (left) as first runner-up and Subekshya Khadka (right) as second runner-up. These Nepali girls have now a chance to represent themselves at Miss World 2012, Miss Earth 2012, and Miss International 2012 respectively which will be going to held in China on August 18th this year.

She was born in Chitwan in 18th October 1988. Shristi Shrestha, a British-Nepali model, has finished her BSC Nursing Course in London. As expected and predicted by all, Shristi stood the first among other Miss Nepal 2012 contestants and won Rs. 50,000 cash prize along with a Pleasure Scooty.

The top 5 finalists were asked a question “Tell us something that makes us remember you?”

Miss Nepal 2012 Contestants

The time is coming near for the country to have new Miss Nepal for the year 2012. The 19th Miss Nepal organized by ‘The Hidden Treasure Pvt. Ltd.’ will be held at Hotel Del Annapurna on May 6, 2012. The contest will be telecasted live on Nepal Television.

The audition phase was held sooner than the previous year as to make enough time available for the winners to be prepared and trained. The contestant who will be crowned as Miss Nepal 2012 will represent Nepal at Miss World 2012. Similarly, the first and second runners up will compete at ‘Miss Earth’ and ‘Miss International’ respectively.

Altogether 17 contestants from different parts of the country were selected to compete for the national beauty pageant this year. However, predictions has already been started to flow and the result is yet to be announced. The competition is tough as it is not just about beauty but also talent.
