Hey How have you been?

2010-03-11T11:06:00.000-08:00

I haven't posted anything here for awhile. Well we moved to south San Clemente to a Flat with a gorgeous view of the Ocean. We had to sell our Home of 6 years. Boo hoo. But our new place has alot of great features... Like: we have a 15 shelf hidden rotating system in the kitchen. High end appliances Viking Stove and Sub zero Fridge. Garbage compactor and a hidden cabinet that comes out of the center island.. A futuristic Shower capsule thing that is awesome with jets coming out everywhere and a radio and jacuuzi tub.

So don't feel bad for us we are okay...My grandsons are growing up so fast. Dee and Jon are doing great with them. I am sure they are overwhelmed sometimes but that's raising kids.

I love my family so much. My sons are in Hawaii going to BYU. And Amber is in Utah wondering why. Hopefully she will go to hawaii too. Sold a house Jim has alot of orders coming in and a construction job so we are doing fine. Have a great week.

My blog is evolving!

2009-03-26T18:13:00.000-07:00

Hey everyone, I am working on my websites and blogs. I have added some new information and links.
I love the internet age of blogging and searching and finding information as well as helping others.

If you have found any great blogs or sites let me know.

Hey do you want to save your home?

2009-03-20T10:43:00.000-07:00

I have found the company to help us get a loan modification. I know everyone has heard all the bad press and what can happen if the company is a fraud. I finally found a true Real Estate Law Attorney.

WMG will go into the loan and find all the errors and deceit, every loan has errors.
The banks know that we will find out the truth with a real estate law attorney.
This attorney goes to bat for you and will only do it if you qualify.

WMG gets you a lower interest rate and fixed with smaller payments and balance. In some cases they reduce your first mortgage and if you have a second they negotiate it away for little money. (I have examples of this). One case had a $1,000,000 home, but now cannot sell it for $400,000. They negotiated it down to the market price and now she can keep her home.
If your property has lost value and you owe more than its worth, this is the answer.

Call me or email me for more information.

Real Estate in Southern Orange County

2009-01-13T13:21:00.001-08:00

I work with Keller Williams OC Coastal realty in San Clemente California. Currently I have a listing in the Talega Area of San Clemente.

The house is gorgeous and on a corner lot with beautiful Landscaping and is 2579 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath. This house is not a short sale as of yet.

The website is www.11viacuentanueva.com You can go there and see the property! I love real estate and working with the buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams of owning a home or selling a home.

Our office in San Clemente had 24 sales last month for December. That is fantastic. The mortgage and lending companies are starting to get things settled down. You still need full docs when applying for a loan but the interest rates are low and it is definitely a buyers market!

If you are ready to sell a home or are ready to buy call me and I will assist you in getting your home sold or getting you a great price on a home.

Email me if you have any real estate needs.

I can set you up on a listing account that you can search for properties yourself. Just let me know!
Have a great week.

Wow Christmas is over?

2008-12-28T14:44:00.000-08:00

I love Christmas and all the excitement in the air. I began singing in September so Christmas was three months for me. I joined again this year www.Theyuletidecarolersoc.com and we began rehearsal in Sept and then started performing on November 23. We were at the Sawdust winter Festival in Laguna Bch every weekend for 3 weeks. We did parties and events. We had such a great time with eachother and wearing the Dickens costumes. One day we went to the choc hopsital to sing to the sick children. We are touched everytime we do this. I cry and feel for the parents of these kids. I am thankful for my healthy children and my blessings.

Having music in our lives is the best. I had such a great spirit and not wanting to do the material things part. I tried to keep the spirit of giving and loving ...We had a very nice time with family and friends.

I did have my Keller Williams Realty party here at our home. I had my dickens girls come and we sang to them. They loved it and then I was asked to play guitar and sing at my office the next week. That was fun too.

I ended by performing a solo at the Christmas fireside at our church. Orchestra and beautiful music make the night a success...

I hope the new year finds everyone happy and healthy.

I took my daughter the other day to get a pedicure and wow it was nice to relax and stop for a few minutes...

Hey how are you?

2008-07-25T15:05:00.000-07:00

I am so happy today. I have been with my family at the Sunrider convention. We had a hotel in Anaheim and went to the convention center for all the classes and information. I love the chinese herbs and the formulations from Sunrider. Cleanse and Rebuild your systems and have beautiful skin and youth.... Our family has 5 daughters and 3 sons. We live either in California or Utah.
Our family loves to play sports, love music, and love business. My family has been in Sunrider for over 25 yrs. my 78 yr old mother just got her bonus check for 11000.00 Wow what a company. We are sharing the Franchise like business with everyone. you can change your life, In health and Wealth!!

I am so excited still for United First Financial. We are in the business of using the banks money and our money, to our benefit. We run your numbers in our software and through the math equations etc the software figures out how to save you thousands if not hundreds of thousands off the interest you would have paid and also the time on the loan.

So a 30 yr Loan can be paid off in 1/2 (15 yrs) to a 1/3 of the time or better. We have clients that have saved 500,000 to 750,000 off the life of the loan.

I love this company. The founders just received the Ernst and Young award for Entrepreneur of the year for the Utah region and are nominated in the National Entrepreneur category.

Let me know if your interested in seeing if you are able to save time and money without a change to your regular income and expenses.

Have a great day!

Amber is in China and doing great!!!

2008-03-28T15:01:00.000-07:00

I am so happy that we get to talk to Amber everyday at 6PM for free......
She is doing great. She has been there since the 18th of March. Ambua(Amber) has been teaching English classes to the middle school kids in the Foreign language school.
Her friend Jen ni hou (Jennifer)teaches is in the middle school.

China Horizons is the company she is working for. The Chinese school found out Amber is 18 and said, you have so much energy, we want to give you more classes to teach then Jen ni hou who is 20...Ha
So Amber teaches 14 classes a week. Wow. She is getting used to the time change and all the teaching etc. She loves the kids in her classes. They love Amber too and give her gifts etc.
She finally put pictures on her face book page so we can see where she is living (gross apt bathroom).
She has already grown since she has been there. She said, MOM we don't need anything. We have everything at home. She is seeing that people can live on nothing and still be happy.

I love to see how we change our perspectives when we see the world............

My Grandsons!!!

2008-03-18T09:14:00.000-07:00

I am so blessed to have a Cute daughter and son in law and of course my grandsons PRESTON AND EVERETTE!!! I love these boys so much. It has been so fun having them here close by. I love to see how they are growing. Preston is 4 yrs old and Everette is 10 months!!!!
They are the joy in my life right now. Preston is so fun with his cute personality and talks like he is older than he is.
Everette is so darling. We play ball and he throws it to Preston when we play. But I gave him a Thomas train and he threw that too. OOps! He is gabbing and in his walker he walks all over the house. He crawls like a wounded man. He slides his body and pulls with his arms.
They are kind of sick right now. I caught the sore throat from Prest, hopefully won't get the flu from Eve's.
I am grateful for my kids and all the joy they bring me. I hope that they someday will appreciate me for my love for them!!!

Hey everyone! Amber's going to CHINA!!!

2008-03-14T11:22:00.001-07:00

How are you? I have been very busy these last few weeks. The year is already cruising by. My husband and I took a fast trip to Utah this last weekend to pick our daughter Amber. Amber is going to China!! She leaves on Monday and I can't believe it. Amber is going to go there to teach English to the kids. She will have her friend Jenny with her and they will meet in San Francisco and then fly to China together. I didn't know that her group has already been there since Feb 14th.
They have to fly to Shanghai and then on to Quindo or something like that. It looks nice its close to the Ocean. I am alittle uneasy about the two of them by themselves traveling. They need to be very careful for sure. I think they are in for culture shock.
My little princess will have to deal with tons of people everywhere and not knowing what they are saying, will be very hard at first. But I think they will get used to it quickly. She will be gone for 5 months and then come home in August.
The olympics will be in Bejing and she wants to go and see them at the end of her stay. So they will travel once again alone there and then fly home.
She will grow. This will be a once in a lifetime experience for sure.
Maybe she will want to serve a mission after this trip.

We will then have our son Justin Home from his mission in Russia in October 08. That will be great to have them home for about a month or less and then gone again to school. I will be sad.

Lots to look forward to in the coming months!

Jonathan is playing Lacrosse on the High School Team!! I love that game. I hadn't seen it played before this. Its fast and exciting to watch. We took years off playing sports and I am glad that we have him to cheer for now!!!

Happy February?

2008-02-19T17:16:00.000-08:00

Hey Happy February!! I can't believe that this month is cruising by. Sorry about the weird ads on my blog. I added google adsense and sometimes the ads are terrible. Right now it says cheating wives...Whatever. I will have to let google know that this is unacceptable. Anyway!
I am happy to report that my son is on his way again to Moscow today and has to travel many hours by train to get there. He has to renew his visa again. It is every three months now because of the Orthodox Church. Oh well He gets another vacation.
We only received three lines in his email this week. The weeks fly by when we can hear from him every week. Hey my daughter Amber is coming home from BYU in two weeks to go to China for 5 months. Scarey and an awesome experience for her. She will be there when the Olympics start.
Valentines are funny aren't they. I love February its also my husbands Birthday!!!!
Have a great one.

This year is going by too fast already!

2008-02-06T12:07:00.000-08:00

I can't believe it is already Feb 08. I am having anxiety about my son coming home from his misson in Russia. He is talking to me about going to school and all. He wants to be here with us for a couple months before going away again to school. Me Too!!! I want him to stay but he is 22 in May so its his choice.
I have found the neatest things about Russia. I love the Ice and snow festivals with lights and all. Justin never complains about the snow or cold at all. He is a stud!

I love my family. I love my grandsons. They are a joy to me. This week I have been thinking about my family, my church etc since the passing of my dear Prophet.

I miss him Gordon B Hinckley so much!!! I know that he is with his lovely wife Marjorie.
He was the greatest man ever. He contributed so much to our church and our lives.
We have a new Prophet Pres. Monson and we are so excited for the new chapter in church history!
I love the lord Jesus Christ and want to be as his servants are Worthy and of Service to others. Full of Faith and Hope and Love for all mankind. loves

Yeah I passed my State Real Estate Exam!!!

2008-01-16T10:04:00.000-08:00

I am so excited and tired. I finally passed my Real Estate Exam! Third times a Charm right? That would be great but I still have to pass 3 more exams. My brain isn't like it used to be. I have to concentrate or I can't keep my mind on the things I need to study.
I guess I have too many interests and distractions.

I am a Notary signing agent, United First Financial Agent, A Grandma, A Mother, A wife, a sister, an aunt, a daughter etc and I am now soon to be a Real Estate Agent. And not necessarily in that order. HA
Wow my life is full isn't it.

Happy New Year!!!

2008-01-03T11:59:00.000-08:00

New years eve was a blast!!
We went out with our friends the Dave and Rachel Bulloch. Cedar Creek Inn for dinner. Beautiful atmosphere. Garden with heaters and a Jazz band with candle lighting. Perfect evening.
Later we went to the halls for food and games.
Wow this year went by so fast. Amber is going back to BYU this weekend. We will miss her. She is planning on going to China to teach english with a group from BYU.
I can't believe our son Justin has been on a mission for 14 months. Jonathan after breaking his wrist and having surgery he went snowboarding. Fun times.

Talked to my son in Russia for 2 1/2 hours

2007-12-28T13:01:00.000-08:00

Merry Christmas!!! We called our son in Russia on his mission. We tried to talk to him on a calling card and we paid 30.00 only 19 minutes each. So we threw that money away after we found out about skype. We paid 10.00 and talked for 2 hours and 45 min. We only used 9.67 cents of it. Wow we had a fun time talking to him. He is doing so well. He sounds so grown up and he is a man.
All of his sisters and brother talked to him and they were so happy.
We joked around and asked him alot of questions about the food and the area and what his companion is like etc. He is so loving his mission. He was most excited about the investigator he had that committed to baptism in his last area!!
He is in -38 weather right now and says his face freezes as well as his eyelashes and eyebrows.
They have to check eachother for white spots. That means frost bite for sure.
We had such a wonderful Christmas. We sang alot and had family parties. Fun times.
The most fun I had was to sing with my friends the Yuletide Carolers to the Elderly and the children at Choc Hospital!!!!
