Taka-chin suffers a serious injury, when he is run over by a car. Yamazaki is finally able to notice this. Sinpachi takes the race forward while Gintoki carries him to the hospital. After a while, the viewer shall be utterly surprised to find that Gintoki is running at top speed accompanied by a Taka-chin look-alike. In the mean time, Sinpachi is just about to reach the crowd when, the rest of the group forms a preventive Genbu wall before him. Sinpachi desperately tries to pass through and in this attempt; he starts to run on the rails of the bridge.

The cuteness of the kitten makes her decide that it can stay on with them from now on. But then, gradually all hell seems to break loose. The kitten is discovered to be far removed from the initial adorability that it had previously demanded. It appears to be full of mischief and there happens to be a serious turn of events. The most notable factor out here is that this kitten is found to be a part of all the events that followed in the house from after its arrival. Its innocence stands challenged and Hayate and Tama discover themselves falling into the trap of all these events.

When Taka-chin is injured, Yamazaki is not able to initially notice it. Gintoki is busy carrying him to the hospital while Sinpachi begins to run ahead of him. Within a very short while, Gintoki manages to get hold o a Taka-chin look-alike and he appears running at a great speed. Sinpachi is about to reach the crowd which is right before him this group form a Genbu wall in order to prevent him from reaching or passing through. As he tries his best to overcome this new hurdle, he ends up running on the rails of the bridge from where the Otakus are crossing.

The seventh episode bears the title ‘The Jealousy Yakaretate Japan’ and was aired on 16th May, 2009. In this episode of Hayate no Gotuku 2!! the viewer will find Hayate’s lover Hina in a pretty distraught state. This is caused when she encounters Hayate and Maria in an objectionable state. She naturally happens to misunderstand the situation and whatever is happening between them. This discovery actually makes her extremely jealous as she is irresistibly drawn towards Hayate. In the later part of the episode, you will find Hayate and Maria spending the evening in each others company and with Nishizawa. Hina is again troubled at this fact. This funny anime has garnered 72 votes in tv.com rating charts.

As he aspires to gain total control over his body, he needs to cleanse himself of Toshi and Otaku. Gintoki arrives to watch the contest along with several others. There are in fact five thousand other Otaku who are aspiring participants to the contest as well. The first round constitutes of a ten kilometer running, that is, a distance that ends at the Oedo Television Station. The entire team stands disqualified the moment a single member of the team happens to give up. In the meanwhile, Taka-chin is hit by a cab but he is carried to the TV station instead of the hospital so as to prevent the team from losing. Then, there follows a certain turn of events. This tiny cute kitten is found to play a part in all of them and gradually, it becomes apparent that this adorable creature is not as innocent as it appears. Its behavior and actions spells out the fact that its real nature is far deviated from the initial comprehension of Hayate and Nagi. The title of Episode 7 is “The Jealousy Yakaretate Japan” and it aired on May 16, 2009. In this episode, the character of Hina happens to find Hayate and Maria in a sort of compromising state and she understands the situation in a wrong way. This makes her extremely jealous as she is deeply in love with Hayate. The situation further worsens and takes a more ugly turn when the duo, Hayate and Maria end up spending the evening along with Nishizawa. When Hina gets to know of this evening she gets even more upset due to jealousy and she begins to conjure up images of the two which adds on to her disturbed state of mind. This episode is like being a witness of a grand battle between the good forces of nature and the evil forces belonging to the dark world. Here, the viewer will be speechless watching the war of an extravagant sort. The endless war at first kicked off between Alphonsoe and the demonic-armed creature. Initially, there was a mortal combat between the two. The demonic creature was a tough enemy for Alphonsoe but slowly and steadily he could get the situation under control. He came to know that his attacker has got a name or number for itself. It was 66. When he was fighting with 66, on the other side it was Ed who was busy fighting with 48. Ed is found to get candid with the plans of 48 for the laboratory 5. Meanwhile, Alphonsoe succeeds in cutting off the head of the demon. But soon he realizes that the creature was a living armor. In this episode it is also revealed that 66 is actually the notorious executioner known as Barry, the chopper. The dramatic aspect of the episode culminates when Barry tries to make Alphonsoe believe that he was not a part of the human world any more. The episode comes to a tragic end with Ed being killed.

During the practice session Yui discovers that Azusa is a far better player with the guitar than herself. Sawako then appears with a pair of cat ears for Azusa. Yiu calls her ‘Azu-nyan’ because of these ears, much to her dismay. Mio asks the band to continue with their practice but the members lose their energy and again fall back on the laziness slump. Azusa is at a fix as she fails to apprehend the reason behind such absurd behavior of the members of her club. Mio has a conversation with her where she explains that it is the fun factor that encouraged her to stay with the band.
