1.    Listerine

This home remedy for acne works because Listerine is full of bacteria fighting ingredients, so not only will it kill off the bacteria in your mouth, but also the bacteria on your face.  Simply dab some on to your face before bed and after a couple of days of doing this the acne should be gone.

2.    Egg + Honey

This solution requires an egg white and some honey.  Just mix in a teaspoon of honey with the egg white and stir it until its well mixed.  Next, dip some cotton in this and use it to apply it all over your face.  Leave this on for at least 20 minutes before washing it off with warm water.

3.     Oatmeal + Honey

This is just like the previous solution, except it’s probably going to smell a little better.  Just mix these 2 components into a bowel until you have a nice sticky paste then smear it onto your face until you’ve got a nice mask going on.  Leave that on for about 20-30 minutes and let it do it’s thing.  Wash it off with warm water when you’re done.

1.    Avocado Paste

This is one of the easiest pimple home remedies, simply get an avocado and mix some of it up with some water to form a paste.  With that, apply it to the face and form a mask.  Leave it on for a while before washing it off.

2.    Oregon Grape

This has some antibiotic properties which help stimulate your immune system, try taking one of these 3 times a day:

Oregon Grape in a tincture – 6-12ml / 1.5-3 teaspoons
Brewed tea from 2-4 grams of the dried root(Steep it in some boiled water).
Take it in powder/capsule form, 250-500mg

3.    Sun Therapy

Simply being out in the sun can help to clear your skin.  The rason this works is due to the ultraviolet radiation from the sun, it helps to kill off bacteria and dry up any excess oil that’s built up on your skin.  Alternatively a sunlamp can be used.

4.    Colloidal Silver

This is a natural antibiotic which has been used for over 100 years.  It can work to clear up your acne although  I probably shouldn’t have included this here as there are reports of this turning peoples skin blue!  I’m dead serious.  Just go to Google images and look up “colloidal silver” and you’ll see for yourself.

1.    Strawberries and Strawberry Leaves

2.     Amaranth

This works well as a tea.  To make one, boil 3 cups of water and then add 2 teaspoons of amaranth seeds to it.  Cover this concoction and let it sit for about 5 minutes.  Now if you have some amaranth leaves, what you can do at this point is remove the pot and then add the leaves to steep for 30 minutes.  If you don’t have the leaves, that’s fine, let it steep and then drink it once the 30 minutes are up.

3.     Sugar

Now normally sugar is something you’d want to avoid eating as when ingested it can cause breakouts, but when used externally it’s a whole other story.  Simply add a little bit of water to white sugar until you form a paste, then dab that onto the affected areas.  Sugar has an anti-bacterial effect used in this way.

1.     Visine

Visine is great for pimple redness, it’s normally meant to get the red out of your eyes, but the same thing that gets rid of the redness there gets rid of the redness on your blemishes.  Try applying it directly to your acne right before bed and you should wake up to some clearer skin.

2.     Ice Cubes

1.     Witch Hazel

1.    Fels-Naptha

One way how to get rid of a pimple is with fels-naptha soap.  It’s a very pure soap with no detergents.  This works well for those who have oily skin.

2.    Molasses
