On the other hand, television advertising will be around 27 percent by the year 2021. Outdoor advertising like billboards, posters will be 7 percent. The most dreaded time will come for the printed newspaper and magazines. By 2021, only 6 percent of the ads will be published in printed newspapers. At the same time, 5 percent ad will be broadcast on radio, 3 percent in magazines and only 1 percent advertising through cinema.

The main reason behind the scenario is availability of internet worldwide. According to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), about half of the world's population will be covered by the Internet this year. According to a study titled Tech Hearing and Technology Adaptation Trend 2019, the budget seems to be a major factor for IT staff in addition to technology staff. Twenty percent of organizations consider budget matters to the IT worker.

Siddhartha Gupta, CEO of Mercer Mettl said that most companies are now leaning towards automation. They are now facing the challenge of hiring and retaining skilled IT workers. The demand and supply of technical staff has made a huge difference.

According to the survey, 12 percent of companies do not have a framework for evaluating IT staff. In 21% of cases, the IT professional is required to appear face-to-face or direct interview. So far, only 18 percent of the institutions are using AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to get their primary job selection.

Facebook's Cryptocurrency Libra is Coming or Not !

They also said that there is no need of a bank for financial transactions in this digital currency system. It is possible to send money directly from any Smartphone to another across the world.

Expert opinion about Libra is that this digital coin of Facebook is going to bring a big change to the banking and financial system around the world. Facebook is creating its own 'digital currency' in the financial market. Not only that, but also to draw crystallization on the digital platform, Mark Zuckerberg already tied up with the bandwagon.

Although the decision for the organization is final, America and England have not been agreed yet. They are looking answers for a bunch of questions for the safety of users to Zuckerberg. The most popular use of this technology is the web resource Wikipedia.com.

Another way of viewing online collaboration is when users share, save and/or submit an entire webpage for others to see. Similar to bookmarking a website, these sites allow others to see what sites are being saved and shared. There are several of these social bookmarking sites such as the popular Yahoo-owned Delicious. Some of these sharing sites allow others to submit a website allowing the community to vote the submission up or down based on if they like it or not.

The popular sites move up the list while the unpopular slide to the bottom. The more popular (or most voted) sites begin to attract a lot of traffic. Examples of submission voting sites include Digg.com, Reddit.com and StumbleUpon.com. In each of these, one may connect with their friends to see what they are voting for.

New social media has changed the way people connect and interact today by allowing businesses to exchange in both private and public conversation with the public in new and exciting ways. There are many tools at our disposal each with its own set of social norms, goals, and audiences. Though one can jump right into the social media marketing arena, it is advisable to have a strategy and plan to gain success. When done strategically, one may see great success by being able to have a more personal relationship with people who are interested in, who you are and what you offer.

Erratically moving from one heading tag size to another

Use headings sparingly across the page:

Use heading tags where it makes sense. Too many heading tags on a page can make it hard for users to scan the content and determine where one topic ends and another begins.

Try to avoid:

Excessively using heading tags throughout the page
Putting all of the page's text into a heading tag
Using heading tags only for styling text and not presenting structure.

Make effective use of robots.txt:

Use more secure methods for sensitive content:

You shouldn't feel comfortable using robots.txt to block sensitive or confidential material. One reason is that search engines could still reference the URLs you block (showing just the URL, no title or snippet) if there happen to be links to those URLs somewhere on the Internet (like referrer logs). Also, non-compliant or rogue search engines that don't acknowledge the Robots Exclusion Standard could disobey the instructions of your robots.txt. Finally, a curious user could examine the directories or sub-directories in your robots.txt file and guess the URL of the content that you don't want seen. Encrypting the content or password-protecting it with .htaccess are more secure alternatives.

Try to avoid:

Allowing search result-like pages to be crawled - users dislike leaving one search result page and landing on another search result page that doesn't add significant value for them.
Allowing URLs created as a result of proxy services to be crawled.

Format links so they're easy to spot:

Make it easy for users to distinguish between regular text and the anchor text of your links. Your content becomes less useful if users miss the links or accidentally click them.

Using CSS or text styling that make links look just like regular text

Think about anchor text for internal links too:

You may usually think about linking in terms of pointing to outside websites, but paying more attention to the anchor text used for internal links can help users and Google navigate your site better.

Try to avoid:

Using excessively keyword-filled or lengthy anchor text just for search engines
Creating unnecessary links that don't help with the user's navigation of the site.

Optimize the use of Images in your site:

Use brief, but descriptive file names and alt text:

Like many of the other parts of the page targeted for optimization, filenames and alt text (for ASCII languages) are best when they're short, but descriptive.

Try to avoid:

Using generic file_names like "image1.jpg", "pic.gif", "1.jpg" when possible- some sites with thousands of images might consider automating the naming of images.
Writing extremely lengthy file names.
Stuffing keywords into alt text or copying and pasting entire sentences.

Supply alt text when using images as links:

If you do decide to use an image as a link, filling out its alt text helps Google understand more about the page you're linking to. Imagine that you're writing anchor text for a text link.

Try to avoid:

Writing excessively long alt text that would be considered spammy.
Using only image links for your site's navigation.

Supply an Image Sitemap file:

An Image Sitemap file can provide Googlebot with more information about the images found on your site. Its structure is similar to the XML Sitemap file for your web pages.

Best Practices for SEO - Part 2

This is the second part of Best Practices of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). These little practices bellow will help a lot for any websites or blogs to increasing traffic. Click to the link provided at the bottom of the post.

Improve the structure of your URLs:

Use words in URLs:

URLs with words that are relevant to your site's content and structure are friendlier for visitors navigating your site. Visitors remember them better and might be more willing to link to them.

Try to avoid:

Using lengthy URLs with unnecessary parameters and session IDs
Choosing generic page names like "page1.html"
Using excessive keywords

Create a simple directory structure:

Use a directory structure that organizes your content well and makes it easy for visitors to know where they're at on your site. Try using your directory structure to indicate the type of content found at that URL.

Try to avoid:

Having deep nesting of subdirectories like ".../dir1/dir2/dir3/dir4/dir5/dir6/page.html"
Using directory names that have no relation to the content in them.

Provide one version of a URL to reach a document:

To prevent users from linking to one version of a URL and others linking to a different version (this could split the reputation of that content between the URLs), focus on using and referring to one URL in the structure and internal linking of your pages. If you do find that people are accessing the same content through multiple URLs, setting up a 301 redirect from non-preferred URLs to the dominant URL is a good solution for this. You may also use canonical URL or use the rel="canonical" link element if you cannot redirect.

Try to avoid:

Having pages from sub-domains and the root directory access the same content - e.g. "domain.com/page.htm" and "sub.domain.com/page.htm".
Using odd capitalization of URLs, many users expect lower-case URLs and remember them better.

Make your site easier to navigate:

Create a naturally flowing hierarchy:

Make it as easy as possible for users to go from general content to the more specific content they want on your site. Add navigation pages when it makes sense and effectively work these into your internal link structure.

Try to avoid:

Creating complex webs of navigation links, e.g. linking every page on your site to every other page.
Going overboard with slicing and dicing your content (so that it takes twenty clicks).

Use mostly text for navigation:

Controlling most of the navigation from page to page on your site through text links makes it easier for search engines to crawl and understand your site. Many users also prefer this over other approaches, especially on some devices that might not handle Flash or JavaScript.

Try to avoid:

Having a navigation based entirely on drop-down menus, images, or animations,- many, but not all, search engines can discover such links on a site, but if a user can reach all pages on a site via normal text links, this will improve the accessibility of your site.

Put an HTML site map page on your site, and use an XML Sitemap file:

A simple site map page with links to all of the pages or the most important pages (if you have hundreds or thousands) on your site can be useful. Creating an XML Sitemap file for your site helps ensure that search engines discover the pages on your site.

Try to avoid:

Letting your HTML site map page become out of date with broken links
Creating an HTML site map that simply lists pages without organizing them, for example by subject.

Have a useful 404 page:

Users will occasionally come to a page that doesn't exist on your site, either by following a broken link or typing in the wrong URL. Having a custom 404 page that kindly guides users back to a working page on your site can greatly improve a user's experience. Your 404 page should probably have a link back to your root page and could also provide links to popular or related content on your site. Google provides a 404 widget that you can embed in your 404 page to automatically populate it with many useful features. You can also use Google Webmaster Tools to find the sources of URLs causing "not found" errors.

Try to avoid:

Allowing your 404 pages to be indexed in search engines (make sure that your web-server is configured to give a 404 HTTP status code when non-existent pages are requested)
Providing only a vague message like "Not found", "404", or no 404 page at all
Using a design for your 404 pages that isn't consistent with the rest of your site.

Best practices for Search Engine Optimization - SEO:

Try to create a Unique and Accurate Page Title for your site / blog:

Accurately describe the page's content choosing a title that has no relation to the content on the page using default or vague titles like "Untitled" or "New Page 1".

Creating unique title tags for each page:

Each of your pages should ideally have a unique title tag, which helps Google know how the page is distinct from the others on your site. using a single title tag across all of your site's pages or a large group of pages.

Use brief, but descriptive titles:

Titles can be both short and informative. If the title is too long, Google will show only a portion of it in the search result. using extremely lengthy titles that are unhelpful to users stuffing unneeded keywords in your title tags.

Accurately summarize the page's content:
Write a description that would both inform and interest users if they saw your description meta tag as a snippet in a search result, try to avoid the following:

Writing a description meta tag that has no relation to the content on the page
Using generic descriptions like "This is a web page" or "Page about baseball cards".
Filling the description with only keywords.
Copying and pasting the entire content of the document into the description meta tag.

Use unique descriptions for each page:

Having a different description meta tag for each page helps both users and Google, especially in searches where users may bring up multiple pages on your domain. If your site has thousands or even millions of pages, hand-crafting description meta tags probably isn't feasible. In this case, you could automatically generate description meta tags based on each page's content.

Try to avoid using a single description meta tag across all of your site's pages or a large group of pages

Search Engine Optimization in my Blogs

I am working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and my six different blogs on six different topics helping me a lot on SEO. Some valuable tips and tricks related to SEO from the famous bloggers around the world, has published in my previous posts, most of those were "Off-Page Search Engine Optimization" related tips and tricks.

But today, this post is only about On-Page SEO and most of the tips here are my own tactics that I am applying currently in all of my blogs. These are not tips actually, I am just telling what I am doing right now with my six different blogs. I have paused all kind of off-page SEO techniques for my blogs such as, back_link (url / blog submission etc), social_site_marketing (facebook, twitter, stumbleupon, linkedin etc) techniques applying in my blogs.

I have started to thinking more about the contents of my blogs, what I ma providing in my blogs such as images, articles, useful-links, references, tips etc. "Quality Content is King", audience are looking on the internet which could help them, so I am focusing on the Content and the Quality of the posts I m providing. And for most often, I am trying to follow the Google Webmaster Guideline which really helping me a lot about matter related to Search engine Optimizations.

The traffic of all of my blogs has increased a little (especially from the last six months) and is increasing day by day after doing some On-Page Search Engine Optimization tactics. A little modification in the appearance, links, pages, etc in my blogs helps to increase the traffic. What am I doing right now with my blogs? These are not some special On-Page SEO tips but could help you a little:

Among those six blogs, four is running on Blogger and the other two is running on Wordpress platform. I have added a gadget in every blog which displays direct link to my other blogs as a list. Viewers can browse my other blogs by clicking on the link on the list at the side bar.
The expression of a single image / photo / picture can be larger than an Article of thousands words. I have started using more related images in my blogs. The traffics is increasing.
One of my blog is about Beautiful Bangladesh. I am trying to writing lots of review post about the Government Website / History / Organizations / / Landscape and Beauty / Positive and Good NEWS etc about the country.
Another blog is about Agriculture and Farming, which is my another place of interest. This is the most recent blog I've started on Wordpress platform. Currently I am writing review posts about various Agricultural related NEWS / Institutes / Organizations in Bangladesh. Than tips related to Agriculture and Farming will be publish.

You can see the changes I am doing in my other blogs your own. The most important thing to increase traffic in any blogs is, regular post. And presently I am giving more attention to make regular posting in my blogs.

Recently (on 5th April 2013) the Finance Minister of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh Abul Mal Abdul Muhit said that PayPal is going to start their operation in Bangladesh within the next one and half month. He told it in the inaugurating ceremony of Sylhet Trade Fair. This is the latest update, so we have to wait.

The son of the current Prime Minister of Bangladesh who is an ITC specialist Sajeeb Wazed Joy early said that PayPal is coming real soon in Bangladesh. To solve the problem of money transferring system for the Freelancers in Bangladesh, PayPal is going to start within a very short time in Bangladesh. In a conference organized “Digital World 2012” about the Freelancers, Sajeeb Wazed Joy told this about the PayPal transaction in Bangladesh.

Sajeeb Wazed Joy also told that the previous banking network of Bangladesh was running on analog system. Now the central Bank of the country, Bangladesh Bank has already been digitized and the E-Money transfer is possible in Bangladesh. The vice-president of Odesk, Mat Kooper, Freelancer vice president David Harrison was also present in the conference “Digital World 2012”.

Since you have not done the transaction it will not be possible for you to send us the service detail. E-commerce will spread across the whole country,” A customer using a credit or debit card of any bank will be able to draw cash from any ATM booth and POS (point of sales) in the country. The transaction costs will significantly go down as the transactions will be routed through the NPS instead of Visa, Master or Amex card networks abroad. Purchases and Sales can be done with these cards through the internet and web portals within the whole country.

As on December, 2012 only three banks, Dutch-Bangla, Pubali and Southeast Bank has joined the NPS so far. The rest will definitely join the platform soon. Since the system has started once, it will roll on automatically.

In the launching ceremony of the NPS, the deputy governor of Bangladesh Bank Naznin Sultana said that all the banks will join the National Payment Switch. The BB governor said the NPS will facilitate easy access to funds, an increase in tax revenue, more flow of money in the economy, and financial inclusion. BB executive director Ahsan Ullah said, “Banks will not need to pay network fees to the Visa or Master Card; they can ultimately reduce fees paid by customers,”

The central bank has set up the National Payment Switch (NPS) at a cost of $5 million (40 crore TK around) funded by the World Bank. It took more than three years to install it.

On-Page SEO or Search Engine Optimization

In this post I am going to tell you a little about On-Page Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Search Engine Optimization is a huge and interesting subject. In the near future the internet world will need lots of SEO specialists. And the competition related to this field is getting harder day by day. Basically there are two kinds of search engine optimization method:

On-page SEO and

Off-page SEO

Since this post is about On-Page SE Optimization, you have to wait for my next post about Off-Page optimization. On-page optimization technique is a valuable tool / stuff to make a better rank for any website. Actually this is the basic method of search engine optimization. After successful application of on-page optimization in your pages you can take necessary steps for the Off-Page optimization for your website or blog. Off-page optimization means stuff that isn’t on the page that affects your ranking (namely, in-bound links). To get huge number of hit / traffic in any site, both type of optimization methods are important.

SEO specialists say that on-page optimization is more important in Search Engines like Yahoo and MSN, than it is for Google. Google relies more heavily on links than the other big two SE’s. Before applying that kind of SEO on any web pages, selection of Keyword is very important. I will post another article about Keyword selection.

Important things need to keep in mind for On-Page SEO:

Make sure that your domain name contains the main keywords.

Try to include maximum number of keywords in the title of your site or blog.

Make the very first text on the page the keywords in an H1 (header) tag.

Put an introductory paragraph that uses the keywords right after the H1 tag.

If you have a lot of text on the page, break it up with H2 tags that contain variations of my keywords.

For typical blog post try to keep one, two or more keywords in any post title.

There are other things that search engine marketer’s focuses on and spend a lot of time with (things like keyword density and image alt tag density, etc.),

Search Engine Optimization or SEO related Posts!

Hello Readers,
How are you today ?
I am going to publish some posts about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in this blog. This blog is a tips related blog about online money making. When I started this blog in 2009, I had a detailed plan about it and some of my other blogs. I have started some other blogs at the same time in Blogger platform. After publishing some posts in this blog, I was one kind of busy with my Job and others personal blah blah blah (!) and I was unable to make posts regularly.

At the beginning I have studied a lots about Online Money Making, Blogging, SEO, Traffic, Affiliate etc, I read lots of other blogs and downloaded lots of PDF, Doc related to these topic on the internet. I have applied some typical SEO methods in this blog and another Information related blog about Bangladesh. I said typical because submitting URL to other directories, BackLinks, Commenting on others etc. are these kind of tasks need to do if you want lots of traffic / hit / page view in you site or blog.

At the beginning, may be Blogging was called or compared as open journalism. That means if you have a blog than you could be an individual journalist! Strategy of Making Money from Blogging came within last few years. May be that time most blogger used to blogging as their hobby or as a part time writer! But today, I think Blogging is going to be a one of the most attractive global career in the this century.

Personally, I want to be a professional in the blogging field, I love this profession. So, what do you think ? Will I get benefited in the future based on this Blogging Profession ? Before 10 years I didn't see any job circular for any SEO related posts. But now? I have already saw some Job circulars regarding post: Search Engine Marketer / Sear Engine Optimizer / SEO Specialist etc.

So, if you think that these above discussed professions attracts you or you feel passion from inside for these kind of professions than > get prepared for the upcoming challenges in the future. I am a beginner blogger, I am now learning. This field is open for all, so the COMPETITION is HUGE ! If you want to survive in this field or if you want to do something in this field and want to make lots of money, start immediately. Your initial steps could be Reading others cause this is the first condition to become a successful blogger, you must have something that you can share with us or you can tell us a lot about it.

Anyway,
May be I am getting out of my track, I wanted to write this post about SEO !
